Leviticus 9

NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 On the eighth day Moses summoned Aaron and his sons and the elders of Israel;	1 وفي اليوم الثامن دعا موسى هرون وبنيه وشيوخ اسرائيل
2 he said to Aaron, 'Take a calf to offer a sacrifice for sin, and a ram for a burnt offering, both withoutblemish, and bring them before Yahweh.	2 وقال لهرون خذ لك عجلا ابن بقر لذبيحة خطية وكبشا لمحرقة صحيحين وقدّمهما امام الرب.
3 Then say to the Israelites, "Take a goat to be offered as a sacrifice for sin, a calf and a lamb one yearold (both without blemish) for a burnt offering,	3 وكلم بني اسرائيل قائلا خذوا تيسا من المعز لذبيحة خطية وعجلا وخروفا حوليّين صحيحين لمحرقة
4 a bul and a ram for communion sacrifices to be slaughtered before Yahweh, and a cereal offeringmixed with oil. For Yahweh wil appear to you today." '	4 وثورا وكبشا لذبيحة سلامة للذبح امام الرب وتقدمة ملتوتة بزيت. لان الرب اليوم يتراءى لكم.
5 They brought what Moses had ordered in front of the Tent of Meeting; then the whole communityapproached and stood before Yahweh.	5 فاخذوا ما امر به موسى الى قدام خيمة الاجتماع وتقدم كل الجماعة ووقفوا امام الرب.
6 Moses then said, 'This is what Yahweh has ordered you to do, so that his glory may be visible to you.'	6 فقال موسى هذا ما امر به الرب. تعملونه فيتراءى لكم مجد الرب.
7 Moses then addressed Aaron, 'Go to the altar and offer your sacrifice for sin and your burnt offering,and so perform the rite of expiation for yourself and your family. Then present the people's offering and performthe rite of expiation for them, as Yahweh has ordered.'	7 ثم قال موسى لهرون تقدم الى المذبح واعمل ذبيحة خطيتك ومحرقتك وكفّر عن نفسك وعن الشعب واعمل قربان الشعب وكفّر عنهم كما امر الرب.
8 Aaron went to the altar and slaughtered the calf as a sacrifice for his own sin.	8 فتقدم هرون الى المذبح وذبح عجل الخطية الذي له.
9 Aaron's sons then presented the blood to him; he dipped his finger in it and put some on the horns ofthe altar, and then poured the rest of the blood at the foot of the altar.	9 وقدّم بنو هرون اليه الدم فغمس اصبعه في الدم وجعل على قرون المذبح ثم صبّ الدم الى اسفل المذبح.
10 The fat of the sacrifice for sin and the kidneys and the mass of fat over the liver he burned on the altar,as Yahweh had ordered Moses,	10 والشحم والكليتين وزيادة الكبد من ذبيحة الخطية اوقدها على المذبح كما امر الرب موسى.
11 and the meat and the skin he burned outside the camp.	11 واما اللحم والجلد فاحرقهما بنار خارج المحلّة
12 He then slaughtered the burnt offering; Aaron's sons then handed him the blood, which he poured alaround the altar.	12 ثم ذبح المحرقة فناوله بنو هرون الدم فرشّه على المذبح مستديرا.
13 They then handed him the quartered victim and the head, and he burned these on the altar.	13 ثم ناولوه المحرقة بقطعها والراس. فاوقدها على المذبح.
14 He then washed the entrails and shins and burned them with the burnt offering on the altar.	14 وغسل الاحشاء والاكارع واوقدها فوق المحرقة على المذبح.
15 He then presented the people's offering. He took the goat for the people's sacrifice for sin, slaughteredit, and made a sacrifice for sin with it in the same way as with the first.	15 ثم قدم قربان الشعب واخذ تيس الخطية الذي للشعب وذبحه وعمله للخطية كالاول.
16 He then had the burnt offering brought forward and proceeded according to the ritual.	16 ثم قدم المحرقة وعملها كالعادة.
17 He then had the cereal offering brought forward, took a handful of it and burned it on the altar inaddition to the morning burnt offering.	17 ثم قدم التقدمة وملأ كفّه منها واوقدها على المذبح عدا محرقة الصباح.
18 Then he slaughtered the bul and the ram as a communion sacrifice for the people. Aaron's sonshanded him the blood and he poured it al around the altar.	18 ثم ذبح الثور والكبش ذبيحة السلامة التي للشعب وناوله بنو هرون الدم فرشّه على المذبح مستديرا.
19 The fat of the bul and the ram, the tail, the covering fat, the kidneys, the mass of fat over the liver,	19 والشحم من الثور ومن الكبش الألية وما يغشّي والكليتين وزيادة الكبد.
20 he placed on the ribs and then burned on the altar.	20 ووضعوا الشحم على الصدرين فاوقد الشحم على المذبح.
21 With the ribs and the right thigh Aaron made the gesture of offering as Yahweh had ordered Moses.	21 واما الصدران والساق اليمنى فرددها هرون ترديدا امام الرب كما امر موسى
22 Aaron then raised his hands towards the people and blessed them. Having thus performed thesacrifice for sin, the burnt offering and the communion sacrifice, he came down	22 ثم رفع هرون يده نحو الشعب وباركهم وانحدر من عمل ذبيحة الخطية والمحرقة وذبيحة السلامة.
23 and entered the Tent of Meeting with Moses. Then they came out together to bless the people and theglory of Yahweh appeared to the entire people:	23 ودخل موسى وهرون الى خيمة الاجتماع ثم خرجا وباركا الشعب. فتراءى مجد الرب لكل الشعب
24 a flame leapt out from Yahweh's presence and consumed the burnt offering and fat on the altar. At thissight the entire people shouted for joy and fel on their faces.	24 وخرجت نار من عند الرب واحرقت على المذبح المحرقة والشحم. فرأى جميع الشعب وهتفوا وسقطوا على وجوههم
