1 [For the choirmaster Tune: 'Do not destroy' Psalm Of Asaph Song] We give thanks to you, God, wegive thanks to you, as we cal upon your name, as we recount your wonders.	1 Al maestro del coro. Su «Non distruggere». Salmo. Di Asaf. Canto.
2 'At the appointed time I myself shal dispense justice.	2 Noi ti rendiamo grazie, o Dio, ti rendiamo grazie:invocando il tuo nome, raccontiamo le tue meraviglie.
3 The earth quakes and al its inhabitants; it is I who hold its pil ars firm.Pause	3 Sì, nel tempo da me stabilitoio giudicherò con rettitudine.
4 'I said to the boastful, "Do not boast!" to the wicked, "Do not flaunt your strength!	4 Tremi pure la terra con i suoi abitanti:io tengo salde le sue colonne.
5 Do not flaunt your strength so proudly, do not talk with that arrogant stance." '	5 Dico a chi si vanta: «Non vantatevi!»,e ai malvagi: «Non alzate la fronte!».
6 No longer from east to west, no longer in the mountainous desert,	6 Non alzate la fronte contro il cielo,non parlate con aria insolente.
7 is God judging in uprightness, bringing some down, raising others.	7 Né dall’oriente né dall’occidentené dal deserto viene l’esaltazione,
8 Yahweh is holding a cup fil ed with a heady blend of wine; he wil pour it, they wil drink it to the dregs, al the wicked on earth wil drink it.	8 perché Dio è giudice:è lui che abbatte l’uno ed esalta l’altro.
9 But I shal speak out for ever, shal make music for the God of Jacob.	9 Il Signore infatti tiene in mano una coppa,colma di vino drogato.Egli ne versa: fino alla feccia lo dovranno sorbire,ne berranno tutti i malvagi della terra.
10 I shal break down al the strength of the wicked, and the strength of the upright will rise high.	10 Ma io ne parlerò per sempre,canterò inni al Dio di Giacobbe.
	11 Piegherò la fronte dei malvagi,s’innalzerà la fronte dei giusti.
