NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 [Psalm Canticle for the Dedication of the House Of David] I praise you to the heights, Yahweh, for youhave raised me up, you have not let my foes make merry over me.	1 مزمور اغنية تدشين البيت. لداود‎. ‎اعظمك يا رب لانك نشلتني ولم تشمت بي اعدائي‎.
2 Yahweh, my God, I cried to you for help and you healed me.	2 ‎يا رب الهي استغثت بك فشفيتني‎.
3 Yahweh, you have lifted me out of Sheol, from among those who sink into oblivion you have given melife.	3 ‎يا رب اصعدت من الهاوية نفسي احييتني من بين الهابطين في الجب‎.
4 Make music for Yahweh, al you who are faithful to him, praise his unforgettable holiness.	4 ‎رنموا للرب يا اتقياءه واحمدوا ذكر قدسه‎.
5 His anger lasts but a moment, his favour through life; In the evening come tears, but with dawn cries ofjoy.	5 ‎لان للحظة غضبه. حياة في رضاه. عند المساء يبيت البكاء وفي الصباح ترنم
6 Carefree, I used to think, 'Nothing can ever shake me!'	6 وانا قلت في طمأنينتي لا اتزعزع الى الابد‎.
7 Your favour, Yahweh, set me on impregnable heights, but you turned away your face and I wasterrified.	7 ‎يا رب برضاك ثبت لجبلي عزّا. حجبت وجهك فصرت مرتاعا‎.
8 To you, Yahweh, I cal , to my God I cry for mercy.	8 ‎اليك يا رب اصرخ والى السيد اتضرع‎.
9 What point is there in my death, my going down to the abyss? Can the dust praise you or proclaimyour faithfulness?	9 ‎ما الفائدة من دمي اذا نزلت الى الحفرة. هل يحمدك التراب. هل يخبر بحقك‎.
10 Listen, Yahweh, take pity on me, Yahweh, be my help!	10 ‎استمع يا رب وارحمني يا رب كن معينا لي‎.
11 You have turned my mourning into dancing, you have stripped off my sackcloth and clothed me withjoy.	11 ‎حولت نوحي الى رقص لي. حللت مسحي ومنطقتني فرحا
12 So my heart wil sing to you unceasingly, Yahweh, my God, I shal praise you for ever.	12 لكي تترنم لك روحي ولا تسكت. يا رب الهي الى الابد احمدك
