1 [Psalm Canticle for the Dedication of the House Of David] I praise you to the heights, Yahweh, for youhave raised me up, you have not let my foes make merry over me.	1 מזמור שיר חנכת הבית לדוד ארוממך יהוה כי דליתני ולא שמחת איבי לי
2 Yahweh, my God, I cried to you for help and you healed me.	2 יהוה אלהי שועתי אליך ותרפאני
3 Yahweh, you have lifted me out of Sheol, from among those who sink into oblivion you have given melife.	3 יהוה העלית מן שאול נפשי חייתני מיורדי בור
4 Make music for Yahweh, al you who are faithful to him, praise his unforgettable holiness.	4 זמרו ליהוה חסידיו והודו לזכר קדשו
5 His anger lasts but a moment, his favour through life; In the evening come tears, but with dawn cries ofjoy.	5 כי רגע באפו חיים ברצונו בערב ילין בכי ולבקר רנה
6 Carefree, I used to think, 'Nothing can ever shake me!'	6 ואני אמרתי בשלוי בל אמוט לעולם
7 Your favour, Yahweh, set me on impregnable heights, but you turned away your face and I wasterrified.	7 יהוה ברצונך העמדתה להררי עז הסתרת פניך הייתי נבהל
8 To you, Yahweh, I cal , to my God I cry for mercy.	8 אליך יהוה אקרא ואל אדני אתחנן
9 What point is there in my death, my going down to the abyss? Can the dust praise you or proclaimyour faithfulness?	9 מה בצע בדמי ברדתי אל שחת היודך עפר היגיד אמתך
10 Listen, Yahweh, take pity on me, Yahweh, be my help!	10 שמע יהוה וחנני יהוה היה עזר לי
11 You have turned my mourning into dancing, you have stripped off my sackcloth and clothed me withjoy.	11 הפכת מספדי למחול לי פתחת שקי ותאזרני שמחה
12 So my heart wil sing to you unceasingly, Yahweh, my God, I shal praise you for ever.	12 למען יזמרך כבוד ולא ידם יהוה אלהי לעולם אודך
