2 Give thanks to the God of gods, for his faithful love endures for ever.	2 Ai salici che vi erano appendemmo le nostre cetre.
3 Give thanks to the Lord of lords, for his faithful love endures for ever.	3 Perchè là quelli che ci avevan menati schiavi ci chiedevano dei canti, quelli che ci avevan portati via: « Cantateci qualcuno dei cantici di Sion ».
4 He alone works wonders, for his faithful love endures for ever.	4 Come potremo cantare il cantico del Signore in terra straniera?
5 In wisdom he made the heavens, for his faithful love endures for ever.	5 Se io ti dimenticherò, o Gerusalemme, resti paralizzata la mia destra.
