NEW JERUSALEM	BIBBIA VOLGARE
1 Al eluia! I give thanks to Yahweh with al my heart, in the meeting-place of honest people, in theassembly.	1 Alleluia, del ritornare di Agge? e Zacaria. Beato l'uomo che teme il Signore; molto desidera nelli suoi comandamenti.
2 Great are the deeds of Yahweh, to be pondered by al who delight in them.	2 Il suo seme sarà potente nella terra; sarà benedetta la generazione de' dritti.
3 Ful of splendour and majesty his work, his saving justice stands firm for ever.	3 Nella sua casa saranno gloria e ricchezze; e la sua giustizia starà ferma IN SECULUM SECULI.
4 He gives us a memorial of his great deeds; Yahweh is mercy and tenderness.	4 Egli è nasciuto alli dritti il lume nelle tenebre; (il Signore è) misericordioso e pieno di misericordia e giusto.
5 He gives food to those who fear him, he keeps his covenant ever in mind.	5 Egli è giocondo l'uomo che ha misericordia e presta; ordina nel giudicio il parlare suo;
6 His works show his people his power in giving them the birthright of the nations.	6 per che già mai non si moverà.
7 The works of his hands are fidelity and justice, al his precepts are trustworthy,	7 Nella eterna memoria sarà il giusto; non temerà dal male udire. Apparecchiato è il suo cuore a sperare nel Signore;
8 established for ever and ever, accomplished in fidelity and honesty.	8 confirmato il cuore suo; non si commoverà, insino ch' e' dispregia li suoi nemici.
9 Deliverance he sends to his people, his covenant he imposes for ever; holy and awesome his name.	9 Disperse, e dètte alli poveri; la giustizia sua IN SECULUM SECULI starà; la sua umilità si esalterà in gloria.
10 The root of wisdom is fear of Yahweh; those who attain it are wise. His praise wil continue for ever.	10 Vederà il peccatore, e adirarassi; colli suoi denti ansierà, e verrà meno; il desiderio de' peccatori perirà.
