Exodus 31

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBLIA
1 Yahweh then spoke to Moses and said,	1 Habló Yahveh a Moisés diciendo:
2 'Look, I have singled out Bezalel son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah,	2 Mira que he designado a Besalel, hijo de Urí, hijo de Jur, de la tribu de Judá;
3 and have filled him with the spirit of God in wisdom, knowledge and skil in every kind of craft:	3 y le he llenado del espíritu de Dios concediéndole habilidad, pericia y experiencia en toda clase de trabajos;
4 in designing and carrying out work in gold and silver and bronze,	4 para concebir y realizar proyectos en oro, plata y bronce;
5 in cutting stones to be set, in wood carving and in executing every kind of work.	5 para labrar piedras de engaste, tallar la madera y ejecutar cualquier otra labor.
6 And to help him I have given him Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, and have endowedthe hearts of al the skilled men with the skil to make everything I have ordered you:	6 Mira que yo le he dado por colaborador a Oholiab, hijo de Ajisamak, de la tribu de Dan; y además, en el corazón de todos los hombres hábiles he infundido habilidad para que hagan todo lo que te he mandado:
7 the Tent of Meeting; the ark of the Testimony; the mercy-seat above it; and all the furniture of the tent;	7 la Tienda del Encuentro, el arca del Testimonio, el propiciatorio que la cubre y todos los utensilios de la Tienda;
8 the table and al its accessories; the pure lamp-stand and al its equipment; the altar of incense;	8 la mesa con sus utensilios, el candelabro con todos sus utensilios, el altar del incienso,
9 the altar of burnt offerings and al its accessories; the basin and its stand;	9 el altar del holocausto con todos sus utensilios, la pila con su base;
10 the liturgical vestments, the sacred vestments for Aaron the priest, and the vestments for his sons,for their priestly functions;	10 las vestiduras de ceremonia, las vestiduras sagradas del sacerdote Aarón, y las vestiduras de sus hijos para las funciones sacerdotales:
11 the anointing oil and the fragrant incense for the sanctuary. They wil do everything as I have orderedyou.'	11 el óleo de la unción y el incienso aromático para el Santuario. Ellos lo harán conforme a todo lo que te he ordenado.
12 Yahweh then said to Moses,	12 Habló Yahveh a Moisés diciendo:
13 'Speak to the Israelites and say, "You wil keep my Sabbaths properly, for this is a sign betweenmyself and you for all your generations to come, so that you will know that it is I, Yahweh, who sanctify you.	13 Habla tú a los israelitas y diles: No dejéis de guardar mis sábados; porque el sábado es una señal entre yo y vosotros, de generación en generación, para que sepáis que yo, Yahveh, soy el que os santifico.
14 You wil keep the Sabbath, then; you wil regard it as holy. Anyone who profanes it wil be put todeath; anyone who does any work on that day wil be outlawed from his people.	14 Guardad el sábado, porque es sagrado para vosotros. El que lo profane morirá. Todo el que haga algún trabajo en él será exterminado de en medio de su pueblo.
15 Work must be done for six days, but the seventh day wil be a day of complete rest, consecrated toYahweh. Anyone who works on the Sabbath day wil be put to death.	15 Seis días se trabajará; pero el día séptimo será día de descanso completo, consagrado a Yahveh. Todo aquel que trabaje en sábado, morirá.
16 The Israelites wil keep the Sabbath, observing the Sabbath for all their generations to come: this isan eternal covenant.	16 Los israelitas guardarán el sábado celebrándolo de generación en generación como alianza perpetua.
17 Between myself and the Israelites, this is a sign for ever, for in six days Yahweh made heaven andearth, but on the seventh day he rested and drew breath."	17 Será entre yo y los israelitas una señal perpetua; pues en seis días hizo Yahveh los cielos y la tierra, y el día séptimo descansó y tomó respiro.
18 When he had finished speaking to Moses on Mount Sinai, he gave him the two tablets of theTestimony, tablets of stone inscribed by the finger of God.	18 Después de hablar con Moisés en el monte Sinaí, le dio las dos tablas del Testimonio, tablas de piedra, escritas por el dedo de Dios.
