Psalms 69

NEW AMERICAN BIBLE	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 For the leader; according to "Lilies." Of David.	1 لامام المغنين على السوسن. لداود‎. ‎خلصني يا الله لان المياه قد دخلت الى نفسي‎.
2 Save me, God, for the waters have reached my neck.	2 ‎غرقت في حمأة عميقة وليس مقر. دخلت الى اعماق المياه والسيل غمرني‎.
3 I have sunk into the mire of the deep, where there is no foothold. I have gone down to the watery depths; the flood overwhelms me.	3 ‎تعبت من صراخي. يبس حلقي. كلّت عيناي من انتظار الهي‎.
4 I am weary with crying out; my throat is parched. My eyes have failed, looking for my God.	4 ‎اكثر من شعر راسي الذين يبغضونني بلا سبب. اعتزّ مستهلكيّ اعدائي ظلما. حينئذ رددت الذي لم اخطفه
5 More numerous than the hairs of my head are those who hate me without cause. Too many for my strength are my treacherous enemies. Must I now restore what I did not steal?	5 يا الله انت عرفت حماقتي وذنوبي عنك لم تخف‎.
6 God, you know my folly; my faults are not hidden from you.	6 ‎لا يخز بي منتظروك يا سيد رب الجنود. لا يخجل بي ملتمسوك يا اله اسرائيل‎.
7 Let those who wait for you, LORD of hosts, not be shamed through me. Let those who seek you, God of Israel, not be disgraced through me	7 ‎لاني من اجلك احتملت العار. غطّى الخجل وجهي‎.
8 For your sake I bear insult, shame covers my face.	8 ‎صرت اجنبيا عند اخوتي وغريبا عند بني امي‎.
9 I have become an outcast to my kin, a stranger to my mother's children.	9 ‎لان غيرة بيتك اكلتني وتعييرات معيّريك وقعت عليّ‎.
10 Because zeal for your house consumes me, I am scorned by those who scorn you.	10 ‎وابكيت بصوم نفسي فصار ذلك عارا عليّ‎.
11 I have wept and fasted, but this led only to scorn.	11 ‎جعلت لباسي مسحا وصرت لهم مثلا‎.
12 I clothed myself in sackcloth; I became a byword for them.	12 ‎يتكلم فيّ الجالسون في الباب واغاني شرّابي المسكر
13 They who sit at the gate gossip about me; drunkards make me the butt of their songs.	13 اما انا فلك صلاتي يا رب في وقت رضى يا الله بكثرة رحمتك استجب لي بحق خلاصك‎.
14 But I pray to you, LORD, for the time of your favor. God, in your great kindness answer me with your constant help.	14 ‎نجني من الطين فلا اغرق نجني من مبغضيّ ومن اعماق المياه‎.
15 Rescue me from the mire; do not let me sink. Rescue me from my enemies and from the watery depths.	15 ‎لا يغمرني سيل المياه ولا يبتلعني العمق ولا تطبق الهاوية عليّ فاها‎.
16 Do not let the floodwaters overwhelm me, nor the deep swallow me, nor the mouth of the pit close over me.	16 ‎استجب لي يا رب لان رحمتك صالحة. ككثرة مراحمك التفت اليّ‎.
17 Answer me, LORD, in your generous love; in your great mercy turn to me.	17 ‎ولا تحجب وجهك عن عبدك. لان لي ضيقا. استجب لي سريعا‎.
18 Do not hide your face from your servant; in my distress hasten to answer me.	18 ‎اقترب الى نفسي. فكها. بسبب اعدائي افدني‎.
19 Come and ransom my life; because of my enemies redeem me.	19 ‎انت عرفت عاري وخزيي وخجلي. قدامك جميع مضايقيّ‎.
20 You know my reproach, my shame, my disgrace; before you stand all my foes.	20 ‎العار قد كسر قلبي فمرضت. انتظرت رقة فلم تكن ومعزّين فلم اجد
21 Insult has broken my heart, and I am weak; I looked for compassion, but there was none, for comforters, but found none.	21 ويجعلون في طعامي علقما وفي عطشي يسقونني خلا
22 Instead they put gall in my food; for my thirst they gave me vinegar.	22 لتصر مائدتهم قدامهم فخا وللآمنين شركا‎.
23 Make their own table a snare for them, a trap for their friends.	23 ‎لتظلم عيونهم عن البصر وقلقل متونهم دائما‎.
24 Make their eyes so dim they cannot see; keep their backs ever feeble.	24 ‎صبّ عليهم سخطك وليدركهم حمو غضبك‏‎.
25 Pour out your wrath upon them; let the fury of your anger overtake them.	25 ‎لتصر دارهم خرابا وفي خيامهم لا يكن ساكن‎.
26 Make their camp desolate, with none to dwell in their tents.	26 ‎لان الذي ضربته انت هم طردوه وبوجع الذين جرحتهم يتحدثون‎.
27 For they pursued the one you struck, added to the pain of the one you wounded.	27 ‎اجعل اثما على اثمهم ولا يدخلوا في برك‎.
28 Add that to their crimes; let them not attain to your reward.	28 ‎ليمحوا من سفر الاحياء ومع الصديقين لا يكتبوا
29 Strike them from the book of the living; do not count them among the just!	29 اما انا فمسكين وكئيب. خلاصك يا الله فليرفعني‎.
30 But I am afflicted and in pain; let your saving help protect me, God,	30 ‎اسبح اسم الله بتسبيح واعظمه بحمد‎.
31 That I may praise God's name in song and glorify it with thanksgiving.	31 ‎فيستطاب عند الرب اكثر من ثور بقر ذي قرون واظلاف‎.
32 My song will please the LORD more than oxen, more than bullocks with horns and hooves:	32 ‎يرى ذلك الودعاء فيفرحون وتحيا قلوبكم يا طالبي الله‎.
33 "See, you lowly ones, and be glad; you who seek God, take heart!	33 ‎لان الرب سامع للمساكين ولا يحتقر اسراه‎.
34 For the LORD hears the poor, does not spurn those in bondage.	34 ‎تسبحه السموات والارض البحار وكل ما يدبّ فيها‎.
35 Let the heavens and the earth sing praise, the seas and whatever moves in them!"	35 ‎لان الله يخلص صهيون ويبني مدن يهوذا فيسكنون هناك ويرثونها‎.
36 God will rescue Zion, rebuild the cities of Judah. God's servants shall dwell in the land and possess it;	36 ‎ونسل عبيده يملكونها ومحبو اسمه يسكنون فيها
37 7) it shall be the heritage of their descendants; those who love God's name shall dwell there.
