Psalms 26

1 Of David. Grant me justice, LORD! I have walked without blame. In the LORD I have trusted; I have not faltered.	1 לְדָוִד ׀ שָׁפְטֵנִי יְהוָה כִּי־אֲנִי בְּתֻמִּי הָלַכְתִּי וּבַיהוָה בָּטַחְתִּי לֹא אֶמְעָד
2 Test me, LORD, and try me; search my heart and mind.	2 בְּחָנֵנִי יְהוָה וְנַסֵּנִי [צְרֹופָה כ] (צָרְפָה ק) כִלְיֹותַי וְלִבִּי
3 Your love is before my eyes; I walk guided by your faithfulness.	3 כִּי־חַסְדְּךָ לְנֶגֶד עֵינָי וְהִתְהַלַּכְתִּי בַּאֲמִתֶּךָ
4 I do not sit with deceivers, nor with hypocrites do I mingle.	4 לֹא־יָשַׁבְתִּי עִם־מְתֵי־שָׁוְא וְעִם נַעֲלָמִים לֹא אָבֹוא
5 I hate the company of evildoers; with the wicked I do not sit.	5 נֵאתִי קְהַל מְרֵעִים וְעִם־רְשָׁעִים לֹא אֵשֵׁב
6 I will wash my hands in innocence and walk round your altar, LORD,	6 אֶרְחַץ בְּנִקָּיֹון כַּפָּי וַאֲסֹבְבָה אֶת־מִזְבַּחֲךָ יְהוָה
7 Lifting my voice in thanks, recounting all your wondrous deeds.	7 לַשְׁמִעַ בְּקֹול תֹּודָה וּלְסַפֵּר כָּל־נִפְלְאֹותֶיךָ
8 LORD, I love the house where you dwell, the tenting-place of your glory.	8 יְהוָה אָהַבְתִּי מְעֹון בֵּיתֶךָ וּמְקֹום מִשְׁכַּן כְּבֹודֶךָ
9 Do not take me away with sinners, nor my life with the violent.	9 אַל־תֶּאֱסֹף עִם־חַטָּאִים נַפְשִׁי וְעִם־אַנְשֵׁי דָמִים חַיָּי
10 Their hands carry out their schemes; their right hands are full of bribes.	10 אֲשֶׁר־בִּידֵיהֶם זִמָּה וִימִינָם מָלְאָה שֹּׁחַד
11 But I walk without blame; redeem me, be gracious to me!	11 וַאֲנִי בְּתֻמִּי אֵלֵךְ פְּדֵנִי וְחָנֵּנִי
	12 רַגְלִי עָמְדָה בְמִישֹׁור בְּמַקְהֵלִים אֲבָרֵךְ יְהוָה
