Psalms 116

NEW AMERICAN BIBLE	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 I love the LORD, who listened to my voice in supplication,	1 احببت لان الرب يسمع صوتي تضرعاتي‎.
2 Who turned an ear to me on the day I called.	2 ‎لانه امال اذنه اليّ. فادعوه مدة حياتي‎.
3 I was caught by the cords of death; the snares of Sheol had seized me; I felt agony and dread.	3 ‎اكتنفتني حبال الموت اصابتني شدائد الهاوية. كابدت ضيقا وحزنا.
4 Then I called on the name of the LORD, "O LORD, save my life!"	4 وباسم الرب دعوت آه يا رب نج نفسي‎.
5 Gracious is the LORD and just; yes, our God is merciful.	5 ‎الرب حنّان وصديق والهنا رحيم‎.
6 The LORD protects the simple; I was helpless, but God saved me.	6 ‎الرب حافظ البسطاء. تذللت فخلصني‎.
7 Return, my soul, to your rest; the LORD has been good to you.	7 ‎ارجعي يا نفسي الى راحتك لان الرب قد احسن اليك‎.
8 For my soul has been freed from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling.	8 ‎لانك انقذت نفسي من الموت وعيني من الدمعة ورجلي من الزلق‎.
9 I shall walk before the LORD in the land of the living.	9 ‎اسلك قدام الرب في ارض الاحياء
10 I kept faith, even when I said, "I am greatly afflicted!"	10 آمنت لذلك تكلمت. انا تذللت جدا‎.
11 I said in my alarm, "No one can be trusted!"	11 ‎انا قلت في حيرتي كل انسان كاذب‎.
12 How can I repay the LORD for all the good done for me?	12 ‎ماذا ارد للرب من اجل كل حسناته لي‎.
13 I will raise the cup of salvation and call on the name of the LORD.	13 ‎كاس الخلاص اتناول وباسم الرب ادعو‎.
14 I will pay my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people.	14 ‎اوفي نذوري للرب مقابل كل شعبه
15 Too costly in the eyes of the LORD is the death of his faithful.	15 عزيز في عيني الرب موت اتقيائه‎.
16 LORD, I am your servant, your servant, the child of your maidservant; you have loosed my bonds.	16 ‎آه يا رب. لاني عبدك. انا عبدك ابن امتك. حللت قيودي‎.
17 I will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving and call on the name of the LORD.	17 ‎فلك اذبح ذبيحة حمد وباسم الرب ادعو‏‎.
18 I will pay my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people,	18 ‎اوفي نذوري للرب مقابل شعبه
19 In the courts of the house of the LORD, in your midst, O Jerusalem. Hallelujah!	19 في ديار بيت الرب في وسطك يا اورشليم. هللويا
