1 Then Job spoke again and said:	1 И отвечал Иов и сказал:
2 What help you give to the powerless, what strength to the feeble arm!	2 как ты помог бессильному, поддержал мышцу немощного!
3 How you counsel, as though he had no wisdom; how profuse is the advice you offer!	3 Какой совет подал ты немудрому и как во всей полноте объяснил дело!
4 With whose help have you uttered those words, and whose is the breath that comes forth from you?	4 Кому ты говорил эти слова, и чей дух исходил из тебя?
5 The shades beneath writhe in terror, the waters, and their inhabitants.	5 Рефаимы трепещут под водами, и живущие в них.
6 Naked before him is the nether world, and Abaddon has no covering.	6 Преисподняя обнажена пред Ним, и нет покрывала Аваддону.
7 He stretches out the North over empty space, and suspends the earth over nothing at all;	7 Он распростер север над пустотою, повесил землю ни на чем.
8 He binds up the waters in his clouds, yet the cloud is not rent by their weight;	8 Он заключает воды в облаках Своих, и облако не расседается под ними.
9 He holds back the appearance of the full moon by spreading his clouds before it.	9 Он поставил престол Свой, распростер над ним облако Свое.
10 He has marked out a circle on the surface of the deep as the boundary of light and darkness.	10 Черту провел над поверхностью воды, до границ света со тьмою.
11 The pillars of the heavens tremble and are stunned at his thunderous rebuke;	11 Столпы небес дрожат и ужасаются от грозы Его.
12 By his power he stirs up the sea, and by his might he crushes Rahab;	12 Силою Своею волнует море и разумом Своим сражает его дерзость.
13 With his angry breath he scatters the waters, and he hurls the lightning against them relentlessly; His hand pierces the fugitive dragon as from his hand it strives to flee.	13 От духа Его--великолепие неба; рука Его образовала быстрого скорпиона.
14 Lo, these are but the outlines of his ways, and how faint is the word we hear!	14 Вот, это части путей Его; и как мало мы слышали о Нем! А гром могущества Его кто может уразуметь?
