1 Praise ye the LORD. I will praise the LORD with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation.	1 Alléluia! De tout cœur je louerai le Seigneur, quand se rencontrent les justes, et dans l’assemblée.
2 The works of the LORD are great, sought out of all them that have pleasure therein.	2 Les œuvres du Seigneur sont toujours grandes, ceux qui s’y plaisent les repensent sans cesse.
3 His work is honourable and glorious: and his righteousness endureth for ever.	3 Grandeur et splendeur, c’est là toute son œuvre, sa justice tiendra à jamais.
4 He hath made his wonderful works to be remembered: the LORD is gracious and full of compassion.	4 Il a voulu qu’on rappelle ses miracles, le Seigneur n’est-il pas tendresse et pitié?
5 He hath given meat unto them that fear him: he will ever be mindful of his covenant.	5 Il a nourri ceux qui le craignent, toujours il se souvient de son alliance.
6 He hath shewed his people the power of his works, that he may give them the heritage of the heathen.	6 Son peuple a vu sa force dans ses œuvres quand il leur a donné la terre des païens.
7 The works of his hands are verity and judgment; all his commandments are sure.	7 Ses mains travaillent pour la fidélité, la justice, et ses décrets sont sûrs,
8 They stand fast for ever and ever, and are done in truth and uprightness.	8 appuyés sur une base inébranlable porteurs de vérité et de droiture.
9 He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name.	9 Il a envoyé à son peuple ses délivrances, il lui a prescrit son alliance éternelle: son Nom est saint et redoutable.
10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.	10 La sagesse commence avec la crainte du Seigneur bien avisés ceux qui en savent les pratiques! Sa louange sera là pour toujours.
