1 Salmo dello stesso Davidde. Cantate al Signore un cantico nuovo, perché mirabili cose egli ha fatto.	1 Yahweh is king! Let earth rejoice, the many isles be glad!
2 La destra di lui, e il suo braccio santo si operarono la salute.	2 Cloud, black cloud enfolds him, saving justice and judgement the foundations of his throne.
3 Il Signore ha manifestata la sua salute: ha rivelata la sua giustizia agli occhi delle nazioni.	3 Fire goes before him, sets ablaze his enemies al around;
4 Si è ricordato della sua misericordia, e della sua verità a favor della casa di Israele. Gli ultimi confini della terra hanno tutti veduto la salute del nostro Dio.	4 his lightning-flashes light up the world, the earth sees it and quakes.
5 Canti con giubilo laude a Dio tutta quanta la terra: cantate, ed esultate al suono de' musicali strumenti.	5 The mountains melt like wax, before the Lord of all the earth.
6 Cantate cantici al Signore sopra la cetra, sulla cetra, e sul saltero, al suono di trombe di metallo, e di buccine.	6 The heavens proclaim his saving justice, all nations see his glory.
7 Cantate con voci di giubilo alla presenza del Signore, che è Re: sia in movimento il mare, e tutto quello, che lo riempie, la terra tutta, e quelli, che l'abitano.	7 Shame on all who serve images, who pride themselves on their idols; bow down to him, al you gods!
8 I fiumi batteranno le mani: i monti eziandio esulteranno dinanzi al Signore: perché egli è venuto a governare la terra.	8 Zion hears and is glad, the daughters of Judah exult, because of your judgements, Yahweh.
9 Egli governerà la terra con giustizia, e i popoli con equità.	9 For you are Yahweh, Most High over al the earth, far transcending al gods.
	10 Yahweh loves those who hate evil, he keeps safe his faithful, rescues them from the clutches of thewicked.
	11 Light dawns for the upright, and joy for honest hearts.
	12 Rejoice in Yahweh, you who are upright, praise his unforgettable holiness.
