LA SACRA BIBBIA	KING JAMES BIBLE
1 Di Davide, quando si finse pazzo davanti ad Abimèlech, di modo che questi lo costrinse ad andarsene.	1 I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
2 Voglio benedire il Signore in ogni tempo, la sua lode sia sempre sulla mia bocca.	2 My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
3 Nel Signore si gloria l'anima mia, odano i poveri e si rallegrino.	3 O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.
4 Magnificate con me il Signore ed esaltiamo il suo nome tutti insieme.	4 I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
5 Mi sono rivolto al Signore e mi ha risposto, da ogni mia apprensione mi ha liberato.	5 They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.
6 Guardate a lui e sarete raggianti, i vostri volti non dovranno arrossire.	6 This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
7 Questo misero ha gridato e il Signore l'ha udito, e da tutte le sue angustie lo ha liberato.	7 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
8 L'angelo del Signore s'accampa attorno a quelli che lo temono e li libera.	8 O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.
9 Gustate e vedete che buono è il Signore: beato l'uomo che in lui si rifugia.	9 O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.
10 Temete il Signore, o suoi santi, perché non c'è indigenza per quelli che lo temono.	10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.
11 I potenti sono caduti in miseria e soffrono la fame, ma quelli che si rivolgono al Signore non mancano d'alcun bene.	11 Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
12 Venite, o figli, e ascoltatemi: il timore del Signore io voglio insegnarvi.	12 What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?
13 Qual è l'uomo cui piace la vita, che ama i giorni da gustare il bene?	13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
14 La tua lingua trattieni dal male e le tue labbra dal parlare con frode.	14 Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
15 Discòstati dal male e fa' il bene, ricerca la pace e corrile dietro.	15 The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
16 Gli occhi del Signore sono per i giusti e le sue orecchie al loro grido d'aiuto.	16 The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
17 L'attenzione del Signore è su quanti fanno il male per distruggere dalla terra la loro memoria.	17 The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
18 Gridarono i giusti e il Signore li udì e da ogni loro angustia li liberò.	18 The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
19 Vicino è il Signore a chi ha il cuore compunto, egli salva chi ha il cuore contrito.	19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.
20 Molti sono i mali del giusto, ma da tutti lo libera il Signore.	20 He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.
21 Egli custodisce tutte le sue ossa, non una di esse fu mai spezzata.	21 Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.
22 E' ucciso l'empio dalla sua malizia; quanti odiano il giusto ne scontano la pena.	22 The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.
23 Redime il Signore l'anima dei suoi servi; non subiscono alcuna pena quanti in lui si rifugiano.
