1 Aleluya. |Alabad al Señor, que la música es buena; | nuestro Dios merece una alabanza armoniosa.	1 Alleluia, of Aggeus and Zacharias.
2 El Señor reconstruye Jerusalén, | reúne a los deportados de Israel;	2 Praise the Lord, O my soul, in my life I will praise the Lord: I will sing to my God as long as I shall be. Put not your trust in princes:
3 él sana los corazones destrozados, | venda sus heridas.	3 in the children of men, in whom there is no salvation.
4 Cuenta el número de las estrellas, | a cada una la llama por su nombre.	4 His spirit shall go forth, and he shall return into his earth: in that day all their thoughts shall perish.
5 Nuestro Señor es grande y poderoso, | su sabiduría no tiene medida.	5 Blessed is he who hath the God of Jacob for his helper, whose hope is in the Lord his God:
6 El Señor sostiene a los humildes, | humilla hasta el polvo a los malvados.	6 who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all things that are in them.
7 Entonad la acción de gracias al Señor, | tocad la cítara para nuestro Dios,	7 Who keepeth truth for ever: who executeth judgment for them that suffer wrong: who giveth food to the hungry. The Lord looseth them that are fettered:
8 que cubre el cielo de nubes, | preparando la lluvia para la tierra; | que hace brotar hierba en los montes, | para los que sirven al hombre;	8 the Lord enlighteneth the blind. The Lord lifteth up them that are cast down: the Lord loveth the just.
9 que da su alimento al ganado | y a las crías de cuervo que graznan.	9 The Lord keepeth the strangers, he will support the fatherless and the widow: and the ways of sinners he will destroy.
10 No aprecia el vigor de los caballos, | no estima los jarretes del hombre:	10 The Lord shall reign for ever: thy God, O Sion, unto generation and generation.
11 el Señor aprecia a los que lo temen, | que confían en su misericordia.
12 Glorifica al Señor, Jerusalén; | alaba a tu Dios, Sión.
13 Que ha reforzado los cerrojos de tus puertas, | y ha bendecido a tus hijos dentro de ti;
14 ha puesto paz en tus fronteras, | te sacia con flor de harina.
15 Él envía su mensaje a la tierra, | y su palabra corre veloz;
16 manda la nieve como lana, | esparce la escarcha como ceniza.
17 Hace caer el hielo como migajas; | ante su helada, ¿quien resistirá?
18 envía una orden, y se derriten; | sopla su aliento, y corren las aguas.
19 Anuncia su palabra a Jacob, | sus decretos y mandatos a Israel;
20 con ninguna nación obró así, | ni les dio a conocer sus mandatos. ¡Aleluya!
