Zechariah 5

NEW JERUSALEM	Biblia Tysiąclecia
1 Again raising my eyes, I had a vision. There was a flying scrol .	1 Potem znowu podniósłszy oczy patrzyłem. I oto [ukazał się] zwój latający.
2 The angel who was talking to me said, 'What do you see?' I replied, 'I see a flying scroll; it is twenty cubits long and ten cubits wide.'	2 I zapytał mnie [anioł]: Co widzisz? Odpowiedziałem: Widzę zwój, długości dwudziestu łokci i szerokości dziesięciu łokci, unoszący się w powietrzu.
3 He then said to me, 'This is God's curse sweeping across the face of the whole country; for, accordingto what it says on one side, every thief wil be banished and, according to what it says on the other, everyonewho commits perjury in my name wil be banished from it.	3 Wytłumaczył mi znowu: To jest przekleństwo, które zawisło nad całym krajem. Według niego zostanie każdy złodziej i każdy krzywoprzysięzca stąd wytępiony.
4 I am going to release it -- Yahweh Sabaoth declares -- for it to enter the house of the thief and ofanyone who commits perjury in my name, for it to settle deep within his house and consume it, timber, stone andal .'	4 Pozwolę mu działać - wyrocznia Pana Zastępów - a spadnie ono na dom złodzieja i na dom tego, kto fałszywą przysięgą bezcześci moje Imię, wtargnie do wnętrza i w zgliszcza zamieni przyciesie i mury.
5 The angel who was talking to me appeared and said to me, 'Raise your eyes, and see what this is,going along.'	5 Potem ukazał się anioł, który mówił do mnie, i rzekł: Podnieś oczy i popatrz na zbliżający się przedmiot.
6 I said, 'What is it?' He said, 'It is a bushel measure going along.' He went on, 'This is their guiltthroughout the country.'	6 Zapytałem: Co to jest? Odpowiedział: Zbliża się dzban. I dodał: To zresztą można zobaczyć w każdym zakątku świata.
7 At this, a disc of lead was raised, and I saw a woman sitting inside the barrel.	7 Potem podniosła się ołowiana pokrywa i zobaczyłem we wnętrzu dzbana siedzącą kobietą.
8 He said, 'This is Wickedness.' And he rammed her back into the barrel and jammed its mouth shut withthe mass of lead.	8 I rzekł: To jest bezbożność, i zepchnął ją z powrotem do wnętrza dzbana, a otwór zakrył ołowianą płytą.
9 I raised my eyes, and there were two women appearing. The wind caught their wings -- they had wingslike a stork's; they raised the barrel midway between earth and heaven.	9 Potem podniósłszy oczy patrzyłem. I oto zobaczyłem dwie kobiety. Zbliżały się na skrzydłach, rozpostartych na wietrze niby skrzydła bociana, i poniosły dzban wysoko między niebem a ziemią.
10 I then said to the angel who was talking to me, 'Where are they taking the barrel?'	10 Zwróciłem się do anioła, który do mnie mówił, z zapytaniem: Dokąd one poniosą ten dzban?
11 He replied, 'To build a temple for it in the land of Shinar and make a pedestal on which to put it.'	11 Odpowiedział: Do kraju Szinear, by tam zbudować dla niego dom. Tam złożą dzban na ustalonej dla niego podstawie.
