1 Again raising my eyes, I had a vision. There was a flying scrol .	1 E mi voltai, e alzai gli occhi, e vidi un volume, che svolazzava.
2 The angel who was talking to me said, 'What do you see?' I replied, 'I see a flying scroll; it is twenty cubits long and ten cubits wide.'	2 E quegli disse a me: Che vedi tu? Ed io dissi: Io veggo un volume, che vola, lungo venti cubiti, e largo dieci.
3 He then said to me, 'This is God's curse sweeping across the face of the whole country; for, accordingto what it says on one side, every thief wil be banished and, according to what it says on the other, everyonewho commits perjury in my name wil be banished from it.	3 E quegli disse a me: Questa è la maledizione, che si spande sopra tutta quanta la terra; perocché tutti i ladri secondo quello, che ivi sta scritto, saran condannati, e tutti quelli, che spergiurano, saran per esso egualmente condannati.
4 I am going to release it -- Yahweh Sabaoth declares -- for it to enter the house of the thief and ofanyone who commits perjury in my name, for it to settle deep within his house and consume it, timber, stone andal .'	4 Io lo metterò fuora, dice il Signore Dio degli eserciti, e caderà sulla casa del ladro, e sulla casa di quelli, che giurano il falso nel nome mio, e si poserà nel mezzo delle loro case, e le consumerà col legname, e co' sassi.
5 The angel who was talking to me appeared and said to me, 'Raise your eyes, and see what this is,going along.'	5 E usci fuora l'Angelo, che parlava in me, e mi disse: Alza gli occhi tuoi, e vedi, che sia quello, che comparisce.
6 I said, 'What is it?' He said, 'It is a bushel measure going along.' He went on, 'This is their guiltthroughout the country.'	6 E io dissi: Che cosa è mai? Ed egli disse: Ell'è un anfora, che vien fuora. E soggiunse: ella è quei ch'ei veggono in tutta la terra.
7 At this, a disc of lead was raised, and I saw a woman sitting inside the barrel.	7 Ed ecco un talento di piombo tenuto per aria e una donna, che sedeva in mezzo all'anfora.
8 He said, 'This is Wickedness.' And he rammed her back into the barrel and jammed its mouth shut withthe mass of lead.	8 E quegli disse: Questa è l' empietà. Ed ei gettola nel fondo dell'anfora, e sulla bocca di essa pose la massa di piombo.
9 I raised my eyes, and there were two women appearing. The wind caught their wings -- they had wingslike a stork's; they raised the barrel midway between earth and heaven.	9 E alzai i miei occhi, e osservai, ed ecco che venner fuora due donne, e il vento movea le loro ali, e avevano le ali come di nibbio, e alzaron l'anfora tra terra, e cielo.
10 I then said to the angel who was talking to me, 'Where are they taking the barrel?'	10 Ed io dissi ali' Angelo, che parlava in me : Dove portan elleno l'anfora?
11 He replied, 'To build a temple for it in the land of Shinar and make a pedestal on which to put it.'	11 Ed ei disse a me: Nella terra di Sommar, affinchè ivi siale edificata una casa, e ivi sia collocata, e posta sulla sua base.
