Zechariah 5

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBLIA
1 Again raising my eyes, I had a vision. There was a flying scrol .	1 Volví a alzar los ojos y tuve una visión: Era un rollo volando.
2 The angel who was talking to me said, 'What do you see?' I replied, 'I see a flying scroll; it is twenty cubits long and ten cubits wide.'	2 Y me dijo el ángel: «¿Qué ves?» Respondí: «Veo un rollo volando, de veinte codos de largo y veinte de ancho».
3 He then said to me, 'This is God's curse sweeping across the face of the whole country; for, accordingto what it says on one side, every thief wil be banished and, according to what it says on the other, everyonewho commits perjury in my name wil be banished from it.	3 Me dijo: «Eso es la Maldición que sale sobre la haz de toda esta tierra. Pues todo ladrón será, según ella, echado de aquí, y todo el que jura será, según ella, echado de aquí.
4 I am going to release it -- Yahweh Sabaoth declares -- for it to enter the house of the thief and ofanyone who commits perjury in my name, for it to settle deep within his house and consume it, timber, stone andal .'	4 Yo la he hecho salir - oráculo de Yahveh Sebaot - para que entre en casa del ladrón y en casa del que jura por mi nombre en falso, para que se aloje en medio de su casa y la consuma, con su maderamen y sus piedras».
5 The angel who was talking to me appeared and said to me, 'Raise your eyes, and see what this is,going along.'	5 Salió el ángel que hablaba conmigo y me dijo: «Alza ahora tus ojos y mira qué es eso que sale».
6 I said, 'What is it?' He said, 'It is a bushel measure going along.' He went on, 'This is their guiltthroughout the country.'	6 Yo dije: «¿Qué es?» Dijo: «Es la medida que sale». Y añadió: «Esta es la culpa de ellos en todo el país».
7 At this, a disc of lead was raised, and I saw a woman sitting inside the barrel.	7 En esto, se levantó la tapa de plomo y había una Mujer sentada en medio de la medida.
8 He said, 'This is Wickedness.' And he rammed her back into the barrel and jammed its mouth shut withthe mass of lead.	8 Dijo él: «Esta es la Maldad». La echó dentro de la medida y volvió a poner la tapa de plomo en su boca.
9 I raised my eyes, and there were two women appearing. The wind caught their wings -- they had wingslike a stork's; they raised the barrel midway between earth and heaven.	9 Alcé luego los ojos y tuve una visión: Dos mujeres aparecieron, con viento en sus alas, porque tenían alas como de cigüeña. Y levantaron la medida entre la tierra y el cielo.
10 I then said to the angel who was talking to me, 'Where are they taking the barrel?'	10 Dije entonces al ángel que hablaba conmigo: «¿A dónde llevan ésas la medida?»
11 He replied, 'To build a temple for it in the land of Shinar and make a pedestal on which to put it.'	11 Me respondió: «Van a edificarle una casa en el país de Senaar, y cuando esté a punto será colocada allí sobre su base».
