Zechariah 13

1 'When that day comes, a fountain will be opened for the House of David and the inhabitants ofJerusalem, to wash sin and impurity away.	1 Azon a napon forrás fakad Dávid házának és Jeruzsálem lakosainak számára, a bűnösnek és a havi tisztulást szenvedőnek megmosására.
2 'When that day comes -- Yahweh declares -- I shall cut off the names of the idols from the country, and they will never be remembered again; I shal also rid the country of the prophets, and of the spirit of impurity.	2 És azon a napon ezt mondja a Seregek Ura: Eltörlöm majd a bálványok nevét a földről, úgyhogy nem is említik őket többé; és eltávolítom a földről a hamis prófétákat és a tisztátalan lelket.
3 Then, if anyone still goes on prophesying, his parents, his own father and mother wil say to him, "Youshall not live, since you utter lies in Yahweh's name." And even while he is prophesying, his parents, his ownfather and mother wil pierce him through.	3 És ha valaki még ezután is prófétálna, így szól hozzá atyja és anyja, a saját szülei: ‘Nem maradsz életben, mert hazugságot mondtál az Úr nevében!’ És leszúrják őt atyja és anyja, a saját szülei, amikor prófétál.
4 When that day comes, the prophets wil al be ashamed to relate their visions when they prophesy andno longer put on their hair cloaks with intent to deceive.	4 És azon a napon majd szégyelli mindegyik próféta a látomását, ha elfogja a prófétálás, és nem öltenek majd szőrruhát, hogy hazudjanak,
5 Instead, they wil say, "I am no prophet. I am a man who til s the soil, for the land has been my livingsince I was a boy."	5 hanem így szólnak: ‘Nem vagyok én próféta! Földműves ember vagyok, földem van ifjúkorom óta.’
6 And if anyone asks him, "What are those gashes on your chest?" he wil reply, "I got them when I was with my friends." '	6 És ha azt kérdezik tőle: ‘Micsoda sebek ezek a kezeid között?’ – azt feleli: ‘Ezeket a sebhelyeket azok házában szereztem, akik szerettek engem.’
7 Awake, sword, against my shepherd, against the man who is close to me- declares Yahweh Sabaoth!Strike the shepherd, scatter the sheep! And I shal turn my hand against the young!	7 Kelj fel kard, az én pásztorom ellen, s a nemzetségemből való férfi ellen – mondja a Seregek Ura –; verd meg a pásztort, és elszélednek a juhok; én pedig a bojtárgyerekek ellen fordítom kezemet.
8 So it wil be, throughout the country- declares Yahweh Sabaoth- two-thirds in it wil be cut off (be kil ed)and the other third wil be left.	8 És akkor majd az történik az egész országban – mondja az Úr –, hogy két rész elpusztul és elvész benne, a harmadik rész azonban megmarad benne.
9 I shall pass this third through the fire, refine them as silver is refined, test them as gold is tested. Hewil cal on my name and I shal answer him; I shal say, 'He is my people,' and he will say, 'Yahweh is my God!'	9 És én a harmadik részt tűzbe vetem, és kiégetem őket, mint ahogyan kiégetik az ezüstöt, és megtisztítom őket, mint ahogy megtisztítják az aranyat.
