Zechariah 13

NEW JERUSALEM	JERUSALEM
1 'When that day comes, a fountain will be opened for the House of David and the inhabitants ofJerusalem, to wash sin and impurity away.	1 En ce jour-là, il y aura une fontaine ouverte pour David et pour les habitants de Jérusalem, pourlaver péché et souillure.
2 'When that day comes -- Yahweh declares -- I shall cut off the names of the idols from the country, and they will never be remembered again; I shal also rid the country of the prophets, and of the spirit of impurity.	2 Il arrivera en ce jour-là - oracle du Seigneur - que je retrancherai du pays les noms des idoles: onn'en fera plus mémoire. De même les prophètes et l'esprit d'impureté, je les chasserai du pays.
3 Then, if anyone still goes on prophesying, his parents, his own father and mother wil say to him, "Youshall not live, since you utter lies in Yahweh's name." And even while he is prophesying, his parents, his ownfather and mother wil pierce him through.	3 Si quelqu'un veut encore prophétiser, son père et sa mère qui l'ont engendré lui diront: "Tu nevivras pas, car ce sont des mensonges que tu prononces au nom de Yahvé", et pendant qu'il prophétisera, sonpère et sa mère qui l'ont engendré le transperceront.
4 When that day comes, the prophets wil al be ashamed to relate their visions when they prophesy andno longer put on their hair cloaks with intent to deceive.	4 Il arrivera, en ce jour-là, que les prophètes rougiront de leur vision quand ils prophétiseront. Ils nerevêtiront plus le manteau de poil avec le dessein de mentir.
5 Instead, they wil say, "I am no prophet. I am a man who til s the soil, for the land has been my livingsince I was a boy."	5 Mais ils diront: "Je ne suis pas prophète, moi, je suis un homme qui travaille la terre, car la terreest mon bien depuis ma jeunesse."
6 And if anyone asks him, "What are those gashes on your chest?" he wil reply, "I got them when I was with my friends." '	6 Et si on lui dit: "Que sont ces blessures sur ta poitrine?" Il dira: "Celles que j'ai reçues chez mesamis."
7 Awake, sword, against my shepherd, against the man who is close to me- declares Yahweh Sabaoth!Strike the shepherd, scatter the sheep! And I shal turn my hand against the young!	7 Epée, éveille-toi contre mon pasteur et contre l'homme qui m'est proche, oracle de Yahvé Sabaot.Frappe le pasteur, que soient dispersées les brebis, et je tournerai la main contre les petits.
8 So it wil be, throughout the country- declares Yahweh Sabaoth- two-thirds in it wil be cut off (be kil ed)and the other third wil be left.	8 Alors il arrivera, dans tout le pays, oracle de Yahvé - que deux tiers en seront retranchés(périront) et que l'autre tiers y sera laissé.
9 I shall pass this third through the fire, refine them as silver is refined, test them as gold is tested. Hewil cal on my name and I shal answer him; I shal say, 'He is my people,' and he will say, 'Yahweh is my God!'	9 Je ferai entrer ce tiers dans le feu; je les épurerai comme on épure l'argent, je les éprouveraicomme on éprouve l'or. Lui, il invoquera mon nom, et moi je lui répondrai; je dirai: "Il est mon peuple" et luidira "Yahvé est mon Dieu!"
