1 Then, in vision I saw that above the solid surface over the heads of the winged creatures there wasabove them something like sapphire, which seemed to be like a throne.	1 И видел я, и вот на своде, который над главами Херувимов, как бы камень сапфир, как бы нечто, похожее на престол, видимо было над ними.
2 He then said to the man dressed in linen, 'Go in between the wheels below the winged creatures; takea handful of burning coal from between the winged creatures and scatter it over the city.' He went in as Iwatched.	2 И говорил Он человеку, одетому в льняную одежду, и сказал: войди между колесами под Херувимов и возьми полные пригоршни горящих угольев между Херувимами, и брось на город; и он вошел в моих глазах.
3 The winged creatures were on the right of the Temple as the man went in, and the cloud fil ed theinner court.	3 Херувимы же стояли по правую сторону дома, когда вошел тот человек, и облако наполняло внутренний двор.
4 The glory of Yahweh rose from above the winged creatures, towards the threshold of the Temple; theTemple was fil ed by the cloud and the court was full of the brightness of the glory of Yahweh.	4 И поднялась слава Господня с Херувима к порогу дома, и дом наполнился облаком, и двор наполнился сиянием славы Господа.
5 The noise of the winged creatures' wings could be heard even in the outer court, like the voice of GodAlmighty when he speaks.	5 И шум от крыльев Херувимов слышен был даже на внешнем дворе, как бы глас Бога Всемогущего, когда Он говорит.
6 When he had given the order to the man dressed in linen, 'Take the fire from between the wheels,between the winged creatures,' the man went in and stood by one of the wheels.	6 И когда Он дал повеление человеку, одетому в льняную одежду, сказав: 'возьми огня между колесами, между Херувимами', и когда он вошел и стал у колеса, --
7 One of the winged creatures then reached his hand out towards the fire between the wingedcreatures, took some of it and put it into the hands of the man dressed in linen, who took it and came out again.	7 тогда из среды Херувимов один Херувим простер руку свою к огню, который между Херувимами, и взял и дал в пригоршни одетому в льняную одежду. Он взял и вышел.
8 There appeared to be what looked like a human hand under the winged creatures' wings.	8 И видно было у Херувимов подобие рук человеческих под крыльями их.
9 And I looked, and there were four wheels beside the winged creatures, one wheel beside each wingedcreature, and the appearance of the wheels was like the sparkle of chrysolite.	9 И видел я: и вот четыре колеса подле Херувимов, по одному колесу подле каждого Херувима, и колеса по виду как бы из камня топаза.
10 In appearance, al four looked alike, as though each wheel had another wheel inside it.	10 И по виду все четыре сходны, как будто бы колесо находилось в колесе.
11 In whichever of the four directions they moved, they did not need to turn as they moved, butwhichever way the head was facing there they fol owed; they did not turn as they moved,	11 Когда шли они, то шли на четыре свои стороны; во время шествия своего не оборачивались, но к тому месту, куда обращена была голова, и они туда шли; во время шествия своего не оборачивались.
12 and their entire bodies, their backs, their hands, their wings, as wel as the wheels, had eyes al theway round (the wheels of al four).	12 И все тело их, и спина их, и руки их, и крылья их, и колеса кругом были полны очей, все четыре колеса их.
13 In my hearing, these wheels were called 'galgal'.	13 К колесам сим, как я слышал, сказано было: 'галгал'.
14 Each had four faces; the first was a winged creature's face, the second a human face, the third alion's face and the fourth an eagle's face.	14 И у каждого [из] животных четыре лица: первое лице--лице херувимово, второе лице--лице человеческое, третье лице львиное и четвертое лице орлиное.
15 The winged creatures rose; this was the being I had seen by the River Chebar.	15 Херувимы поднялись. Это были те же животные, которых видел я при реке Ховаре.
16 When the winged creatures moved, the wheels moved beside them; and when the winged creaturesraised their wings to leave the ground, the wheels did not turn beside them.	16 И когда шли Херувимы, тогда шли подле них и колеса; и когда Херувимы поднимали крылья свои, чтобы подняться от земли, и колеса не отделялись, но были при них.
17 When the former halted the latter halted; when the former rose, the latter rose with them, since theyshared the same living spirit.	17 Когда те стояли, стояли и они; когда те поднимались, поднимались и они; ибо в них [был] дух животных.
18 The glory of Yahweh then came out over the Temple threshold and paused over the wingedcreatures.	18 И отошла слава Господня от порога дома и стала над Херувимами.
19 These raised their wings and rose from the ground as I watched, and the wheels were beside them.They paused at the entrance to the east gate of the Temple of Yahweh, with the glory of the God of Israel over them, above.	19 И подняли Херувимы крылья свои, и поднялись в глазах моих от земли; когда они уходили, то и колеса подле них; и стали у входа в восточные врата Дома Господня, и слава Бога Израилева вверху над ними.
20 This was the winged creature I had seen beneath the God of Israel by the River Chebar; I knew thatthey were winged creatures.	20 Это были те же животные, которых видел я в подножии Бога Израилева при реке Ховаре. И я узнал, что это Херувимы.
21 Each had four faces and four wings and what seemed to be human hands under their wings.	21 У каждого по четыре лица, и у каждого по четыре крыла, и под крыльями их подобие рук человеческих.
22 Their faces were like those I had seen by the River Chebar. Each one moved straight forward.	22 А подобие лиц их то же, какие лица видел я при реке Ховаре, --и вид их, и сами они. Каждый шел прямо в ту сторону, которая была перед лицем его.
