Leviticus 8

NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	1 وكلم الرب موسى قائلا
2 'Take Aaron and with him his sons, the vestments, the anointing oil, the bul for the sacrifice for sin, thetwo rams and the basket of unleavened bread.	2 خذ هرون وبنيه معه والثياب ودهن المسحة وثور الخطية والكبشين وسل الفطير
3 Then cal the whole community together at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.'	3 واجمع كل الجماعة الى باب خيمة الاجتماع.
4 Moses did as Yahweh ordered; the community gathered at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting,	4 ففعل موسى كما امره الرب. فاجتمعت الجماعة الى باب خيمة الاجتماع.
5 and Moses said to them, 'This is what Yahweh has ordered to be done.'	5 ثم قال موسى للجماعة هذا ما امر الرب ان يفعل.
6 He made Aaron and his sons come forward and washed them with water.	6 فقدم موسى هرون وبنيه وغسلهم بماء.
7 He then dressed him in the tunic, passed the waistband round his waist, vested him in the robe and putthe ephod on him. He then put the waistband of the ephod round his waist, fastening it to him.	7 وجعل عليه القميص ونطّقه بالمنطقة وألبسه الجبة وجعل عليه الرداء ونطّقه بزنّار الرداء وشدّه به.
8 He put the breastplate on him, and placed the urim and thummim in it.	8 ووضع عليه الصدرة وجعل في الصدرة الاوريم والتّمّيم.
9 He put the turban on his head, and on the front of the turban, the golden flower; this was the symbol ofholy consecration, which Yahweh had prescribed to Moses.	9 ووضع العمامة على راسه ووضع على العمامة الى جهة وجهه صفيحة الذهب الاكليل المقدس كما امر الرب موسى.
10 Moses then took the anointing oil and anointed the Dwel ing and everything inside it, to consecratethem.	10 ثم اخذ موسى دهن المسحة ومسح المسكن وكل ما فيه وقدسه.
11 He sprinkled the altar seven times and anointed the altar and its accessories, the basin and its stand,to consecrate them.	11 ونضح منه على المذبح سبع مرات ومسح المذبح وجميع آنيته والمرحضة وقاعدتها لتقديسها.
12 He then poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron's head and anointed him to consecrate him.	12 وصب من دهن المسحة على راس هرون ومسحه لتقديسه.
13 Moses then made Aaron's sons come forward; he dressed them in tunics, passed the waistbandsround their waists and put on their head-dresses, as Yahweh had ordered him.	13 ثم قدم موسى بني هرون والبسهم اقمصة ونطّقهم بمناطق وشدّ لهم قلانس كما امر الرب موسى
14 He then had the bull for the sacrifice for sin brought forward. Aaron and his sons laid their hands onthe victim's head	14 ثم قدّم ثور الخطية ووضع هرون وبنوه ايديهم على راس ثور الخطية
15 and Moses slaughtered it. He then took the blood and with his finger put some of it on the horns on thecorners of the altar to purify the altar. He then poured the rest of the blood at the foot of the altar, which heconsecrated by performing the rite of expiation over it.	15 فذبحه واخذ موسى الدم وجعله على قرون المذبح مستديرا باصبعه وطهر المذبح ثم صبّ الدم الى اسفل المذبح وقدّسه تكفيرا عنه.
16 He then took all the fat covering the entrails, the mass of fat over the liver, both kidneys and their fat;and he burnt this on the altar,	16 واخذ كل الشحم الذي على الاحشاء وزيادة الكبد والكليتين وشحمهما واوقده موسى على المذبح
17 but the bul 's skin, its meat and its offal he burnt outside the camp, as Yahweh had ordered Moses.	17 واما الثور جلده ولحمه وفرثه فاحرقه بنار خارج المحلّة كما امر الرب موسى
18 He then had the ram for the burnt offering brought forward. Aaron and his sons laid their hands on theram's head	18 ثم قدم كبش المحرقة فوضع هرون وبنوه ايديهم على راس الكبش.
19 and Moses slaughtered it. He poured its blood al around the altar.	19 فذبحه ورشّ موسى الدم على المذبح مستديرا.
20 He then quartered the ram and burned the head, the quarters and the fat.	20 وقطع الكبش الى قطعه واوقد موسى الراس والقطع والشحم.
21 He then washed the entrails and shins, and burnt the whole ram on the altar, as a burnt offering,offered to be a pleasing smel , as food burnt for Yahweh, as Yahweh had ordered Moses.	21 واما الاحشاء والاكارع فغسلها بماء واوقد موسى كل الكبش على المذبح. انه محرقة لرائحة سرور. وقود هو للرب. كما امر الرب موسى
22 He then had the other ram brought forward, the ram for the investiture sacrifice. Aaron and his sonslaid their hands on its head	22 ثم قدّم الكبش الثاني كبش الملء فوضع هرون وبنوه ايديهم على راس الكبش.
23 and Moses slaughtered it. He took some of its blood and put it on the lobe of Aaron's right ear, on thethumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot.	23 فذبحه واخذ موسى من دمه وجعل على شحمة اذن هرون اليمنى وعلى ابهام يده اليمنى وعلى ابهام رجله اليمنى.
24 He then made Aaron's sons come forward and he put some of the blood on the lobes of their rightears, on the thumbs of their right hands and on the big toes of their right feet. Next, Moses poured the rest of theblood al around the altar.	24 ثم قدّم موسى بني هرون وجعل من الدم على شحم آذانهم اليمنى وعلى اباهم ايديهم اليمنى وعلى اباهم ارجلهم اليمنى. ثم رشّ موسى الدم على المذبح مستديرا.
25 He then took the fat: the tail, al the fat covering the entrails, the mass of fat over the liver, both kidneysand their fat, and the right thigh.	25 ثم اخذ الشحم الألية وكل الشحم الذي على الاحشاء وزيادة الكبد والكليتين وشحمهما والساق اليمنى
26 From the basket of unleavened bread placed before Yahweh, he took an unleavened cake, a cake ofbread made with oil, and a wafer; he placed these on the fat and the right thigh,	26 ومن سل الفطير الذي امام الرب اخذ قرصا واحدا فطيرا وقرصا واحدا من الخبز بزيت ورقاقة واحدة ووضعها على الشحم وعلى الساق اليمنى
27 and put it al into Aaron's hands and those of his sons, and made the gesture of offering beforeYahweh.	27 وجعل الجميع على كفّي هرون وكفوف بنيه ورددها ترديدا امام الرب.
28 Moses then took them away from them and burned them on the altar, with the burnt offering. This wasthe investiture sacrifice, offered to be a pleasing smel , as food burnt for Yahweh.	28 ثم اخذها موسى عن كفوفهم واوقدها على المذبح فوق المحرقة. انها قربان ملء لرائحة سرور. وقود هي للرب.
29 Moses then took the forequarter and made the gesture of offering before Yahweh. This was the portionof the ram of investiture that reverted to Moses, as Yahweh had ordered Moses.	29 ثم اخذ موسى الصدر وردده ترديدا امام الرب من كبش الملء لموسى كان نصيبا كما امر الرب موسى.
30 Moses then took some of the anointing oil and some of the blood that was on the altar and sprinkledAaron and his vestments, and his sons and their vestments, with it. In this way he consecrated Aaron and hisvestments and his sons and their vestments.	30 ثم اخذ موسى من دهن المسحة ومن الدم الذي على المذبح ونضح على هرون وعلى ثيابه وعلى بنيه وعلى ثياب بنيه معه وقدّس هرون وثيابه وبنيه وثياب بنيه معه.
31 Moses then said to Aaron and his sons, 'Cook the meat at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting, and eatit there, as also the bread of the investiture sacrifice stil in the basket of the investiture offerings, as I ordered,when I said, "Aaron and his sons must eat it."	31 ثم قال موسى لهرون وبنيه اطبخوا اللحم لدى باب خيمة الاجتماع وهناك تأكلونه والخبز الذي في سل قربان الملء كما امرت قائلا هرون وبنوه يأكلونه.
32 What remains of the meat and bread you wil burn.	32 والباقي من اللحم والخبز تحرقونه بالنار.
33 For seven days you wil not leave the entrance to the Tent of Meeting, until the time of your investitureis complete; for your investiture wil require seven days.	33 ومن لدن باب خيمة الاجتماع لا تخرجون سبعة ايام الى يوم كمال ايام ملئكم لانه سبعة ايام يملأ ايديكم.
34 Yahweh has ordered us to do as we have done today to perform the rite of expiation for you;	34 كما فعل في هذا اليوم قد امر الرب ان يفعل للتكفير عنكم.
35 hence, for seven days, day and night, you wil remain at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting observingYahweh's ritual; do this, and you wil not incur death. For this was the order I received.'	35 ولدى باب خيمة الاجتماع تقيمون نهارا وليلا سبعة ايام وتحفظون شعائر الرب فلا تموتون لاني هكذا أمرت.
36 So Aaron and his sons did everything that Yahweh had ordered through Moses.	36 فعمل هرون وبنوه كل ما امر به الرب على يد موسى
