Psalms 82

NEW JERUSALEM	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 [Psalm Of Asaph] God takes his stand in the divine assembly, surrounded by the gods he givesjudgement.	1 Salmo de Asaf. Dios se levanta en la asamblea divina y juzga en medio de los dioses;
2 'How much longer wil you give unjust judgements and uphold the prestige of the wicked?	2 «¿Hasta cuándo juzgarán injustamente y favorecerán a los malvados?
3 Let the weak and the orphan have justice, be fair to the wretched and the destitute.Pause	3 ¡Defiendan al desvalido y al huérfano, hagan justicia al oprimido y al pobre;
4 'Rescue the weak and the needy, save them from the clutches of the wicked.	4 libren al débil y al indigente, rescátenlos del poder de los impíos!».
5 'Ignorant and uncomprehending, they wander in darkness, while the foundations of the world aretottering.	5 Pero ellos caminan en la oscuridad, faltos de inteligencia y comprensión, mientras vacilan los fundamentos de la tierra.
6 I had thought, "Are you gods, are al of you sons of the Most High?"	6 Yo había pensado: «Ustedes son dioses, todos son hijos del Altísimo».
7 No! you wil die as human beings do, as one man, princes, you will fal .'	7 Pero morirán como cualquier hombre, caerán como cualquiera de los príncipes.
8 Arise, God, judge the world, for al nations belong to you.	8 Levántate, oh Dios, juzga a la tierra, porque tú eres el dueño de todas las naciones.
