NEW JERUSALEM	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 [For the choirmaster In sickness Poem Of David] The fool has said in his heart, 'There is no God!'They are corrupt, vile and unjust, not one of them does right.	1 Del maestro de coro. Para la enfermedad. Poema de David.
2 God looks down from heaven at the children of Adam, to see if a single one is wise, a single oneseeks God.	2 El necio se dice a sí mismo: «No hay Dios». Todos están pervertidos, hacen cosas abominables, nadie practica el bien.
3 Al have proved faithless, al alike turned sour, not one of them does right, not a single one.	3 Dios observa desde el cielo a los seres humanos, para ver si hay alguien que sea sensato, alguien que busque a Dios.
4 Are they not aware, these evil-doers? They are devouring my people; this is the bread they eat, andthey never call upon God.	4 Todos están extraviados, igualmente corrompidos; nadie practica el bien, ni siquiera uno solo.
5 They wil be gripped with fear, just where there is no need for fear, for God scatters the bones of himwho besieges you; they are mocked because God rejects them.	5 ¿Nunca aprenderán los malvados, los que devoran a mi pueblo como si fuera pan, y no invocan al Señor?
6 Who wil bring from Zion salvation for Israel? When God brings his people home, what joy for Jacob,what happiness for Israel!	6 Ellos temblaron de espanto donde no había nada que temer; Dios ha dispersado los huesos de tus agresores: tú los has confundido, porque Dios los rechazó.
	7 ¡Ojalá venga desde Sión la salvación de Israel! Cuando el Señor cambie la suerte de su pueblo, se alegrará Jacob, se regocijará Israel.
