Exodus 25

NEW JERUSALEM	SAGRADA BIBLIA
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	1 O Senhor disse a Moisés:
2 'Tel the Israelites to set aside a contribution for me; you wil accept a contribution from everyonewhose heart prompts him to give it.	2 "Dize aos israelitas que me façam uma oferta. Aceitareis essa oferenda de todo homem que a fizer de bom coração.
3 And this is what you wil accept from them: gold, silver and bronze;	3 Eis o que aceitareis à guisa de oferta: ouro, prata, cobre,
4 materials dyed violet-purple, red-purple and crimson, fine linen, goats' hair;	4 púrpura violeta e escarlate, carmesim, linho fino, peles de cabra,
5 rams' skins dyed red, fine leather, acacia wood;	5 peles de carneiro tintas de vermelho, peles de golfinho, madeira de acácia,
6 oil for the light, spices for the anointing oil and fragrant incense;	6 azeite para candeeiro, aromas para o óleo de unção e para os incensos odoríferos,
7 cornelian and other stones to be set in the ephod and breastplate.	7 pedras de ônix e outras pedras para os cabochões do efod e do peitoral.
8 Make me a sanctuary so that I can reside among them.	8 Far-me-ão um santuário e habitarei no meio deles.
9 You will make it al according to the design for the Dwel ing and the design for its furnishings which Ishall now show you.	9 Construireis o tabernáculo e todo o seu mobiliário exatamente segundo o modelo que vou mostrar-vos".
10 'You must make me an ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, one and a half cubits wide andone and a half cubits high.	10 "Farão uma arca de madeira de acácia; seu comprimento será de dois côvados e meio, sua largura de um côvado e meio, e sua altura de um côvado e meio.
11 You wil overlay it, inside and out, with pure gold and make a gold moulding al round it.	11 Tu a recobrirás de ouro puro por dentro, e farás por fora, em volta dela, uma bordadura de ouro.
12 You wil cast four gold rings for it and fix them to its four supports: two rings on one side and tworings on the other.	12 Fundirás para a arca quatro argolas de ouro, que porás nos seus quatro pés, duas de um lado e duas de outro.
13 You wil also make shafts of acacia wood and overlay them with gold	13 Farás dois varais de madeira de acácia, revestidos de ouro,
14 and pass the shafts through the rings on the sides of the ark, by which to carry it.	14 que passarás nas argolas fixadas dos lados da arca, para se poder transportá-la.
15 The shafts wil stay in the rings of the ark and not be withdrawn.	15 Uma vez passados os varais nas argolas, delas não serão mais removidos.
16 Inside the ark you wil put the Testimony which I am about to give you.	16 Porás na arca o testemunho que eu te der.
17 'You wil also make a mercy-seat of pure gold, two and a half cubits long and one and a half cubitswide,	17 Farás também uma tampa de ouro puro, cujo comprimento será de dois côvados e meio, e a largura de um côvado e meio.
18 and you wil model two great winged creatures of beaten gold, you wil make them at the two ends ofthe mercy-seat.	18 Farás dois querubins de ouro; e os farás de ouro batido, nas duas extremidades da tampa, um de um lado e outro de outro,
19 Model one of the winged creatures at one end and the other winged creature at the other end; youwil model the winged creatures of a piece with the mercy-seat at either end.	19 fixando-os de modo a formar uma só peça com as extremidades da tampa.
20 The winged creatures must have their wings spread upwards, protecting the mercy-seat with theirwings and facing each other, their faces being towards the mercy-seat.	20 Terão esses querubins suas asas estendidas para o alto, e protegerão com elas a tampa, sobre a qual terão a face inclinada.
21 You wil put the mercy-seat on the top of the ark, and inside the ark you will put the Testimony which Iam about to give you.	21 Colocarás a tampa sobre a arca e porás dentro da arca o testemunho que eu te der.
22 There I shall come to meet you; from above the mercy-seat, from between the two winged creatureswhich are on the ark of the Testimony, I shall give you al my orders for the Israelites.	22 Ali virei ter contigo, e é de cima da tampa, do meio dos querubins que estão sobre a arca da aliança, que te darei todas as minhas ordens para os israelitas."
23 'You must also make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long, one cubit wide and one and a halfcubits high.	23 "Farás uma mesa de madeira de acácia, cujo comprimento será de dois côvados, a largura de um côvado e a altura de um côvado e meio.
24 You wil overlay it with pure gold, and make a gold moulding al round it.	24 Recobri-la-ás de ouro puro e farás em volta dela uma bordadura de ouro.
25 You wil fit it with struts of a hand's breadth and make a gold moulding round the struts.	25 Farás em volta dela uma orla de um palmo de largura com uma bordadura de ouro corrente ao redor.
26 You wil make four gold rings for it and fix the four rings at the four corners where the four legs are.	26 Farás para essa mesa quatro argolas de ouro, que fixarás nos quatro ângulos de seus pés.
27 The rings must lie close to the struts to hold the shafts for carrying the table.	27 Essas argolas, colocadas à altura da orla, receberão os varais destinados a transportar a mesa.
28 You must make the shafts of acacia wood and overlay them with gold. The table must be carried bythese.	28 Farás, de madeira de acácia, varais revestidos de ouro, que servirão para o transporte da mesa.
29 You must make dishes, cups, jars and libation bowls for it; you must make these of pure gold,	29 Farás de ouro puro os seus pratos, seus incensários, seus copos e suas taças, que servirão para as libações.
30 and on the table, in my presence, you wil always put the loaves of permanent offering.	30 Porás sobre essa mesa os pães da proposição, que ficarão constantemente diante de mim."
31 'You wil also make a lamp-stand of pure gold; the lamp-stand must be of beaten gold, base andstem. Its cups, calyxes and petals, must be of a piece with it.	31 "Farás um candelabro de ouro puro; e o farás de ouro batido, com o seu pedestal e sua haste: seus cálices, seus botões e suas flores formarão uma só peça com ele.
32 Six branches must spring from its sides: three of the lamp-stand's branches from one side, three ofthe lamp-stand's branches from the other.	32 Seis braços sairão dos seus lados, três de um lado e três de outro.
33 The first branch must carry three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with its calyx and petals;the second branch, too, must carry three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with its calyx and bud, andsimilarly for all six branches springing from the lamp-stand.	33 Num braço haverá três cálices em forma de flor de amendoeira, com um botão e uma flor; noutro haverá três cálices em forma de flor de amendoeira, com um botão e uma flor e assim por diante para os seis braços do candelabro.
34 The lamp-stand itself must carry four cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with its calyx and bud:	34 No próprio candelabro haverá quatro cálices em forma de flor de amendoeira, com seus botões e suas flores:
35 one calyx under the first two branches springing from the lamp-stand, one calyx under the next pairof branches and one calyx under the last pair of branches -- thus for al six branches springing from the lamp-stand.	35 um botão sob os dois primeiros braços do candelabro, um botão sob os dois braços seguintes e um botão sob os dois últimos: e assim será com os seis braços que saem do candelabro.
36 The calyxes and the branches wil be of a piece with the lamp-stand, and the whole made from asingle piece of pure gold, beaten out.	36 Esses botões e esses braços formarão um todo com o candelabro, tudo formando uma só peça de ouro puro batido.
37 You wil also make seven lamps for it and mount the lamps in such a way that they light up the spacein front of it.	37 Farás sete lâmpadas, que serão colocadas em cima, de maneira a alumiar a frente do candelabro.
38 The snuffers and trays must be of pure gold.	38 Seus espevitadores e seus cinzeiros serão de ouro puro.
39 You wil use a talent of pure gold for the lamp-stand and al its accessories;	39 Empregar-se-á um talento de ouro puro para confeccionar o candelabro e seus acessórios.
40 and see that you work to the design which was shown you on the mountain.'	40 Cuida para que se execute esse trabalho segundo o modelo que te mostrei no monte."
