1 A psalm of Asaph. God rises in the divine council, gives judgment in the midst of the gods.	1 Psalam. Asafov. Bog ustaje u skupštini »bogova«, usred »bogova« sud održava.
2 "How long will you judge unjustly and favor the cause of the wicked? Selah	2 »Dokle ćete sudit’ krivo, ić’ na ruku bezbožnima?
3 Defend the lowly and fatherless; render justice to the afflicted and needy.	3 Štitite slaba i sirotu, vratite pravicu jadniku i siromahu!
4 Rescue the lowly and poor; deliver them from the hand of the wicked."	4 Izbavite potlačenog i ubogog: istrgnite ga iz ruku bezbožnih!«
5 The gods neither know nor understand, wandering about in darkness, and all the world's foundations shake.	5 Ne shvaćaju nit’ razumiju, po mraku hodaju: poljuljani su svi temelji zemlje.
6 I declare: "Gods though you be, offspring of the Most High all of you,	6 Rekoh doduše: »Vi ste bogovi i svi ste sinovi Višnjega!
7 Yet like any mortal you shall die; like any prince you shall fall."	7 Ali ćete k’o svi ljudi umrijeti, past ćete kao svatko od velikih!«
8 Arise, O God, judge the earth, for yours are all the nations.	8 Ustani, Bože, i sudi zemlju, jer si s pravom gospodar svih naroda.
