2 All you peoples, clap your hands; shout to God with joyful cries.	2 Tapsoljatok mindnyájan, nemzetek, örvendezzetek Istennek ujjongó szóval,
3 For the LORD, the Most High, inspires awe, the great king overall the earth,	3 mert az Úr felséges, rettenetes, hatalmas királya ő az egész földnek.
4 Who made people subject to us, brought nations under our feet,	4 Alánk vetette a népeket, lábunk alá a nemzeteket.
5 Who chose a land for our heritage, the glory of Jacob, the beloved. Selah	5 Kiszemelte nekünk örökségünket, Jákob ékességét, melyben kedvét leli.
6 God mounts the throne amid shouts of joy; the LORD, amid trumpet blasts.	6 Ujjongás közepette felvonul az Isten, harsonazengés között az Úr.

9 God rules over the nations; God sits upon his holy throne.	9 Isten uralkodik a nemzeteken, s ül szent trónusán az Isten.
10 The princes of the peoples assemble with the people of the God of Abraham. For the rulers of the earth belong to God, who is enthroned on high.	10 Egybegyűlnek a népek fejedelmei Ábrahám Istenének népével, mert az Istené a föld pajzsa: s igen fenséges ő.
