Psalms 47

1 For the leader. A psalm of the Korahites.	1 Del maestro de coro. De los hijos de Coré. Salmo.
2 All you peoples, clap your hands; shout to God with joyful cries.	2 Aplaudan, todos los pueblos, aclamen a Dios con gritos de alegría;
3 For the LORD, the Most High, inspires awe, the great king overall the earth,	3 porque el Señor, el Altísimo, es temible, es el soberano de toda la tierra.
4 Who made people subject to us, brought nations under our feet,	4 El puso a los pueblos bajo nuestro yugo, y a las naciones bajo nuestros pies;
5 Who chose a land for our heritage, the glory of Jacob, the beloved. Selah	5 él eligió para nosotros una herencia, que es el orgullo de Jacob, su predilecto.
6 God mounts the throne amid shouts of joy; the LORD, amid trumpet blasts.	6 Dios asciende entre aclamaciones, asciende al sonido de trompetas.
