1 "The Dwelling itself you shall make out of sheets woven of fine linen twined and of violet, purple and scarlet yarn, with cherubim embroidered on them.	1 « Il Tabernacolo poi lo farai di dieci cortine di bisso ritorto, di filo violaceo, porporino, cocciniglia, e variamente ricamate.
2 The length of each shall be twenty-eight cubits, and the width four cubits; all the sheets shall be of the same size.	2 La lunghezza d'ogni cortina sarà di ventetto cubiti, la larghezza di quattro; e tutte le cortine saranno della stessa misura.
3 Five of the sheets are to be sewed together, edge to edge; and the same for the other five.	3 Cinque cortine saranno unite insieme, così pure le altre cinque.
4 Make loops of violet yarn along the edge of the end sheet in one set, and the same along the edge of the end sheet in the other set.	4 Farai dei nastri di giacinto ai lati e all'estremità delle cortine, affinchè possano unirsi insieme.
5 There are to be fifty loops along the edge of the end sheet in the first set, and fifty loops along the edge of the corresponding sheet in the second set, and so placed that the loops are directly opposite each other.	5 Ogni cortina avrà cinquanta nastri da una parte e dall'altra, e attaccati in guisa che uno risponda all'altro e possano legarsi insieme.
6 Then make fifty clasps of gold, with which to join the two sets of sheets, so that the Dwelling forms one whole.	6 Farai pure cinquanta anelli d'oro per unire i veli delle cortine in modo da formare un solo Tabernacolo.
7 "Also make sheets woven of goat hair, to be used as a tent covering over the Dwelling.	7 Farai anche undici teli di pelo di capra, per coprire la parte superiore del Tabernacolo.
8 Eleven such sheets are to be made; the length of each shall be thirty cubits, and the width four cubits: all eleven sheets shall be of the same size.	8 Ogni telo sia lungo trenta cubiti e largo quattro, e sian tutti della medesima misura.
9 Sew five of the sheets, edge to edge, into one set, and the other six sheets into another set. Use the sixth sheet double at the front of the tent.	9 Di questi teli ne congiungerai cinque da parte, e unirai gli altri sei da se in modo da raddoppiare il sesto telo sul davanti del tetto.
10 Make fifty loops along the edge of the end sheet in one set, and fifty loops along the edge of the end sheet in the second set.	10 E metterai cinquanta nastri all'orlo di un telo, affinchè possa essere legato coll'altro, e cinquanta nastri all'orlo dell'altro, perchè possa essere legato col primo.
11 Also make fifty bronze clasps and put them into the loops, to join the tent into one whole.	11 Farai ancora cinquanta fibbie di bronzo per unire i nastri, in modo da formare un'unica copertura.
12 There will be an extra half sheet of tent covering, which shall be allowed to hang down over the rear of the Dwelling.	12 E quel che avanzerà delle cortine fatte per coprire il Tabernacolo, cioè la cortina che è di più, metà servirà per coprire la parte posteriore del Tabernacolo;
13 Likewise, the sheets of the tent will have an extra cubit's length to be left hanging down on either side of the Dwelling to protect it.	13 e ne penderà un cubito da una parte e un cubito dall'altra, e il di più della lunghezza delle coperte coprirà l'uno e l'altro lato del Tabernacolo.
14 Over the tent itself you shall make a covering of rams' skins dyed red, and above that, a covering of tahash skins.	14 Farai inoltre al Tabernacolo un'altra copertura di pelli di montoni tinte in rosso, e sopra questa un'altra copertura di pelli violette.
15 "You shall make boards of acacia wood as walls for the Dwelling.	15 Farai pure di legno di setim le assi del Tabernacolo, e dovranno essere messe per ritto.
16 The length of each board is to be ten cubits, and its width one and a half cubits.	16 Queste avranno ciascuna dieci cubiti di lunghezza e un cubito e mezzo di larghezza.
17 Each board shall have two arms that shall serve to fasten the boards in line. In this way all the boards of the Dwelling are to be made.	17 Ai lati di ciascun'asse saran fatte due incastrature, mediante le quali un'asse si unisca all'altra; saran fatte così tutte le assi,
18 Set up the boards of the Dwelling as follows: twenty boards on the south side,	18 venti delle quali saranno dal lato meridionale che guarda il mezzogiorno.
19 with forty silver pedestals under the twenty boards, so that there are two pedestals under each board, at its two arms;	19 Farai di getto quaranta basi d'argento, tali che due basi vengan messe sotto a ciascun'asse ai due angoli.
20 twenty boards on the other side of the Dwelling, the north side,	20 Anche al secondo lato del Tabernacolo che guarda al settentrione, vi saranno venti assi,
21 with their forty silver pedestals, two under each board;	21 con quaranta basi d'argento, cioè due basi sotto eiascun'asse.
22 six boards for the rear of the Dwelling, to the west;	22 Per il lato occidentale del Tabernacolo farai sei assi,
23 and two boards for the corners at the rear of the Dwelling.	23 più due altre assi che saran poste agli angoli del fondo del Tabernacolo.
24 These two shall be double at the bottom, and likewise double at the top, to the first ring. That is how both boards in the corners are to be made.	24 queste saranno unite insieme da cima a fondo, e tutte incastrate l'una nell'altra. E così pure saranno unite le due assi da porsi agli angoli.
25 Thus, there shall be in the rear eight boards, with their sixteen silver pedestals, two pedestals under each board.	25 Saranno in tutto otto assi con sedici basi d'argento, cioè due basi per ogni asse.
26 Also make bars of acacia wood: five for the boards on one side of the Dwelling,	26 Farai ancora delle traverse di legno di setim, cinque per fermare insieme le assi di un lato del Tabernacolo,
27 five for those on the other side, and five for those at the rear, toward the west.	27 altre cinque per l'altro lato, e altrettante pel lato occidentale;
28 The center bar, at the middle of the boards, shall reach across from end to end.	28 esse passeranno attraverso le assi da un'estremità all'altra.
29 Plate the boards with gold, and make gold rings on them as holders for the bars, which are also to be plated with gold.	29 Rivestirai d'oro anche le assi e vi farai d'oro gli anelli dentro i quali devono passare le traverse per tener fermo il tavolato, e anche le traverse saran rivestite d'oro.
30 You shall erect the Dwelling according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.	30 Il Tabernacolo lo erigerai secondo il modello che ti fu mostrato sul monte.
31 "You shall have a veil woven of violet, purple and scarlet yarn, and of fine linen twined, with cherubim embroidered on it.	31 Farai pure un velo di giacinto, di porpora, di cocciniglia e di bisso ritorto con ricami e tessuto con bella varietà;
32 It is to be hung on four gold-plated columns of acacia wood, which shall have hooks of gold and shall rest on four silver pedestals.	32 e lo sospenderai a quattro colonne di setim, rivestite anch'esse d'oro, a capi telli d'oro e a basi d'argento.
33 Hang the veil from clasps. The ark of the commandments you shall bring inside, behind this veil which divides the holy place from the holy of holies.	33 E il velo sarà sospeso per mezzo d'anelli, e dietro ad esso porrai l'arca del testimonio; per tal velo saran divisi il Santo e il Santo dei Santi.
34 Set the propitiatory on the ark of the commandments in the holy of holies.	34 Metterai poi il propiziatorio sopra l'arca del testimonio nel Santo dei Santi;
35 "Outside the veil you shall place the table and the lampstand, the latter on the south side of the Dwelling, opposite the table, which is to be put on the north side.	35 metterai la tavola fuori del velo, e dirimpetto alla tavola, ma dal lato meridionale del Tabernacolo, perchè la mensa deve stare dalla parte di settentrione, metterai il candelabro.
36 For the entrance of the tent make a variegated curtain of violet, purple and scarlet yarn and of fine linen twined.	36 Farai un velo di giacinto e di porpora e di cocco tinto due volte e di bisso ritorto con lavori di ricamo anche all'ingresso del Tabernacolo.
37 Make five columns of acacia wood for this curtain; have them plated with gold, with their hooks of gold; and cast five bronze pedestals for them.	37 E le cinque colonne di legno di setim, alle quali sarà appeso il velo, le rivestirai d'oro; i loro capitelli saran d'oro e le basi di rame.
