1 "The Dwelling itself you shall make out of sheets woven of fine linen twined and of violet, purple and scarlet yarn, with cherubim embroidered on them.	1 Die Wohnstätte sollst du aus zehn Zelttüchern herstellen; aus gezwirntem Byssus, violettem und rotem Purpur und Karmesin mit Kerubim sollst du sie machen, wie es ein Kunstweber macht.
2 The length of each shall be twenty-eight cubits, and the width four cubits; all the sheets shall be of the same size.	2 Ein Zelttuch soll achtundzwanzig Ellen lang und vier Ellen breit sein; alle Zelttücher sollen dasselbe Maß haben.
3 Five of the sheets are to be sewed together, edge to edge; and the same for the other five.	3 Fünf Zelttücher sollen jeweils aneinander gefügt sein.
4 Make loops of violet yarn along the edge of the end sheet in one set, and the same along the edge of the end sheet in the other set.	4 Mach Schleifen aus violettem Purpur am Rand des einen Zelttuchs, am Ende des zusammengefügten Stückes; ebenso sollst du es am Rand des letzten Zelttuchs des außen zusammengefügten Stückes machen.
5 There are to be fifty loops along the edge of the end sheet in the first set, and fifty loops along the edge of the corresponding sheet in the second set, and so placed that the loops are directly opposite each other.	5 Fünfzig Schleifen sollst du an dem einen Zelttuch anbringen und fünfzig Schleifen am Zelttuchende des zweiten zusammengefügten Stückes; die Schleifen sollen einander entsprechen.
6 Then make fifty clasps of gold, with which to join the two sets of sheets, so that the Dwelling forms one whole.	6 Du sollst auch fünfzig Goldhaken machen und die Zelttücher mit den Haken verbinden, eines mit dem andern; so soll die Wohnstätte ein Ganzes bilden.
7 "Also make sheets woven of goat hair, to be used as a tent covering over the Dwelling.	7 Mach Decken aus Ziegenhaar für das Zelt über der Wohnstätte; elf Stück sollst du herstellen.
8 Eleven such sheets are to be made; the length of each shall be thirty cubits, and the width four cubits: all eleven sheets shall be of the same size.	8 Eine Decke soll dreißig Ellen lang und vier Ellen breit sein; die elf Decken sollen dasselbe Maß haben.
9 Sew five of the sheets, edge to edge, into one set, and the other six sheets into another set. Use the sixth sheet double at the front of the tent.	9 Verbinde fünf Decken zu einem Stück und sechs Decken zu einem Stück; die sechste Decke sollst du an der Vorderseite des Zeltes doppelt zusammenlegen.
10 Make fifty loops along the edge of the end sheet in one set, and fifty loops along the edge of the end sheet in the second set.	10 Fünfzig Schleifen mach am Saum der Decke, die das Ende eines zusammengesetzten Stückes bildet, und ebenso fünfzig Schleifen am Saum der Decke, die das Ende des andern zusammengesetzten Stückes bildet.
11 Also make fifty bronze clasps and put them into the loops, to join the tent into one whole.	11 Fertige fünfzig Kupferhaken an, häng die Haken in die Schleifen und setz das Zelt so zusammen, dass es ein Ganzes bildet.
12 There will be an extra half sheet of tent covering, which shall be allowed to hang down over the rear of the Dwelling.	12 Den herabhängenden überschüssigen Teil der Zeltdecke lass zur Hälfte an der Rückseite der Wohnstätte herabhängen!
13 Likewise, the sheets of the tent will have an extra cubit's length to be left hanging down on either side of the Dwelling to protect it.	13 Die überschüssige Elle auf beiden Längsseiten der Zeltdecken soll auf die beiden Seiten der Wohnstätte herabhängen, sodass sie sie bedeckt.
14 Over the tent itself you shall make a covering of rams' skins dyed red, and above that, a covering of tahash skins.	14 Schließlich mach für das Zelt eine Decke aus rötlichen Widderfellen und darüber eine Decke aus Tahaschhäuten!
15 "You shall make boards of acacia wood as walls for the Dwelling.	15 Mach für die Wohnstätte Bretter aus Akazienholz zum Aufstellen!
16 The length of each board is to be ten cubits, and its width one and a half cubits.	16 Jedes Brett soll zehn Ellen lang und anderthalb Ellen breit sein;
17 Each board shall have two arms that shall serve to fasten the boards in line. In this way all the boards of the Dwelling are to be made.	17 jedes Brett soll durch zwei Zapfen mit dem nächsten verbunden werden. So mach es mit allen Brettern für die Wohnstätte!
18 Set up the boards of the Dwelling as follows: twenty boards on the south side,	18 An Brettern für die Wohnstätte verfertige zwanzig für die Südseite!
19 with forty silver pedestals under the twenty boards, so that there are two pedestals under each board, at its two arms;	19 Stell vierzig Sockel aus Silber her als Unterlage für die zwanzig Bretter je zwei Sockel als Unterlage eines Brettes für seine beiden Zapfen!
20 twenty boards on the other side of the Dwelling, the north side,	20 Für die zweite Seite der Wohnstätte, die Nordseite, ebenfalls zwanzig Bretter
21 with their forty silver pedestals, two under each board;	21 und vierzig Sockel aus Silber, je zwei Sockel als Unterlage eines Brettes.
22 six boards for the rear of the Dwelling, to the west;	22 Für die Rückseite der Wohnstätte, die Westseite, verfertige sechs Bretter
23 and two boards for the corners at the rear of the Dwelling.	23 und zwei Bretter stell für die Eckstücke an der Rückseite der Wohnstätte her!
24 These two shall be double at the bottom, and likewise double at the top, to the first ring. That is how both boards in the corners are to be made.	24 Sie sollen einander entsprechen und von unten bis oben zum ersten Ring reichen. So soll es mit den beiden Brettern geschehen, die die Eckstücke bilden.
25 Thus, there shall be in the rear eight boards, with their sixteen silver pedestals, two pedestals under each board.	25 Acht Bretter und sechzehn Sockel aus Silber sollen vorhanden sein, je zwei Sockel als Unterlage für jedes Brett.
26 Also make bars of acacia wood: five for the boards on one side of the Dwelling,	26 Verfertige Querlatten aus Akazienholz, fünf für die Bretter auf der einen Seite der Wohnstätte,
27 five for those on the other side, and five for those at the rear, toward the west.	27 fünf für die Bretter der zweiten Seite der Wohnstätte und fünf für die Bretter der Rückseite der Wohnstätte, der Westseite!
28 The center bar, at the middle of the boards, shall reach across from end to end.	28 Die mittlere Querlatte soll in der Mitte der Bretter angebracht werden und von einem Ende zum andern reichen.
29 Plate the boards with gold, and make gold rings on them as holders for the bars, which are also to be plated with gold.	29 Überzieh die Bretter mit Gold und mach Ringe aus Gold, welche die Querlatten aufnehmen; auch die Querlatten überzieh mit Gold!
30 You shall erect the Dwelling according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.	30 So errichte die Wohnstätte nach dem Muster, das dir auf dem Berg gezeigt worden ist.
31 "You shall have a veil woven of violet, purple and scarlet yarn, and of fine linen twined, with cherubim embroidered on it.	31 Mach einen Vorhang aus violettem und rotem Purpur, Karmesin und gezwirntem Byssus; wie Kunstweberarbeit soll er gemacht werden, mit Kerubim.
32 It is to be hung on four gold-plated columns of acacia wood, which shall have hooks of gold and shall rest on four silver pedestals.	32 Häng ihn an die vier mit Gold überzogenen Akaziensäulen, die auf vier Sockeln aus Silber stehen sollen. Auch die Nägel der Säulen sollen aus Gold sein.
33 Hang the veil from clasps. The ark of the commandments you shall bring inside, behind this veil which divides the holy place from the holy of holies.	33 Häng den Vorhang an die Haken und bring dorthin, hinter den Vorhang, die Lade der Bundesurkunde! Der Vorhang trenne euch das Heiligtum vom Allerheiligsten.
34 Set the propitiatory on the ark of the commandments in the holy of holies.	34 Setz die Deckplatte auf die Lade der Bundesurkunde im Allerheiligsten!
35 "Outside the veil you shall place the table and the lampstand, the latter on the south side of the Dwelling, opposite the table, which is to be put on the north side.	35 Stell den Tisch außen vor den Vorhang, den Leuchter gegenüber dem Tisch an die Südseite der Wohnstätte; den Tisch stell an die Nordseite!
36 For the entrance of the tent make a variegated curtain of violet, purple and scarlet yarn and of fine linen twined.	36 Für den Eingang des Zeltes mach einen Vorhang aus violettem und rotem Purpur, Karmesin und gezwirntem Byssus; Arbeit eines Buntwirkers soll er sein.
37 Make five columns of acacia wood for this curtain; have them plated with gold, with their hooks of gold; and cast five bronze pedestals for them.	37 Für den Vorhang mach fünf Akaziensäulen, überzieh sie mit Gold und gieß für sie fünf kupferne Sockel! Auch die Nägel der Säulen sollen aus Gold sein.
