1 "The Dwelling itself you shall make out of sheets woven of fine linen twined and of violet, purple and scarlet yarn, with cherubim embroidered on them.	1 - Così poi farai il tabernacolo. Appresterai dieci cortine di bisso ritorto, di giacinto, di porpora e di cocco tinto due volte, a vario ricamo.
2 The length of each shall be twenty-eight cubits, and the width four cubits; all the sheets shall be of the same size.	2 La lunghezza di ciascuna cortina sarà di ventotto cubiti, la larghezza di quattro, e tutte saranno della stessa misura.
3 Five of the sheets are to be sewed together, edge to edge; and the same for the other five.	3 Cinque s'uniranno insieme, e le altre cinque insieme.
4 Make loops of violet yarn along the edge of the end sheet in one set, and the same along the edge of the end sheet in the other set.	4 Ai lati ed all'estremità delle cortine, porrai dei legaccioli di giacinto, per poterle legare una con l'altra.
5 There are to be fifty loops along the edge of the end sheet in the first set, and fifty loops along the edge of the corresponding sheet in the second set, and so placed that the loops are directly opposite each other.	5 Ogni cortina avrà cinquanta legaccioli per parte, così disposti che ogni legacciolo d'una corrisponda a quello dell'altra, e possano legarsi insieme.
6 Then make fifty clasps of gold, with which to join the two sets of sheets, so that the Dwelling forms one whole.	6 Farai anche cinquanta anelli d'oro, co' quali si possan riunire le due vele di cinque cortine, per far tutta una copertura.
7 "Also make sheets woven of goat hair, to be used as a tent covering over the Dwelling.	7 Farai poi undici teli di pelo di capra, per ricoprire il disopra del tabernacolo.
8 Eleven such sheets are to be made; the length of each shall be thirty cubits, and the width four cubits: all eleven sheets shall be of the same size.	8 La lunghezza di un telo sarà di trenta cubiti, e la larghezza di quattro; tutti i teli saranno di egual misura.
9 Sew five of the sheets, edge to edge, into one set, and the other six sheets into another set. Use the sixth sheet double at the front of the tent.	9 Di questi, cinque ne riunirai da sè, e gli altri sei da sè, di modo che il sesto venga ripiegato sul davanti del tabernacolo.
10 Make fifty loops along the edge of the end sheet in one set, and fifty loops along the edge of the end sheet in the second set.	10 Metterai cinquanta legacci sull'orlo di un telo, acciò possa unirsi con un altro; e cinquanta legaccioli sull'orlo di questo, per unirlo col primo.
11 Also make fifty bronze clasps and put them into the loops, to join the tent into one whole.	11 E farai cinquanta fibbie di bronzo, con le quali fermare i legaccioli, in modo da farne tutta una copertura.
12 There will be an extra half sheet of tent covering, which shall be allowed to hang down over the rear of the Dwelling.	12 Di quello che avanzerà di teli preparati per copertura, cioè di quel telo che è in più, con una metà coprirai la parte posteriore del tabernacolo.
13 Likewise, the sheets of the tent will have an extra cubit's length to be left hanging down on either side of the Dwelling to protect it.	13 Il telo che è di più in lunghezza, penderà d'un cubito da una parte e dall'altra, ricoprendo da ambedue i lati il tabernacolo.
14 Over the tent itself you shall make a covering of rams' skins dyed red, and above that, a covering of tahash skins.	14 Porrai poi sopra a questo un'altra copertura di pelli di montone tinte in rosso; e, sopra a questa, un'altra ancora di pelli tinte in violaceo.
15 "You shall make boards of acacia wood as walls for the Dwelling.	15 Farai anche di legno di setim le assi del tabernacolo, da stare dritte,
16 The length of each board is to be ten cubits, and its width one and a half cubits.	16 ed avranno ciascuna di lunghezza dieci cubiti, e di larghezza uno e mezzo.
17 Each board shall have two arms that shall serve to fasten the boards in line. In this way all the boards of the Dwelling are to be made.	17 Sui lati di ciascun'asse si faranno due incastrature, con le quali connettere un'asse con l'altra; e tutte saranno così preparate.
18 Set up the boards of the Dwelling as follows: twenty boards on the south side,	18 Venti di queste saranno nel lato meridionale, che guarda a mezzogiorno.
19 with forty silver pedestals under the twenty boards, so that there are two pedestals under each board, at its two arms;	19 E per esse fonderai quaranta basi d'argento, di modo che ogni asse posi pei due angoli su due basi.
20 twenty boards on the other side of the Dwelling, the north side,	20 Anche nel secondo lato del tabernacolo, rivolto a settentrione, staranno venti assi,
21 with their forty silver pedestals, two under each board;	21 su quaranta basi d'argento; sotto ad ogni asse, due basi.
22 six boards for the rear of the Dwelling, to the west;	22 Nel lato occidentale poi del tabernacolo porrai sei assi,
23 and two boards for the corners at the rear of the Dwelling.	23 ed altre due in più, da drizzarsi negli angoli di fondo del tabernacolo.
24 These two shall be double at the bottom, and likewise double at the top, to the first ring. That is how both boards in the corners are to be made.	24 Saranno congiunte da cima a fondo, e tutte egualmente incastrate una nell'altra. Anche le due assi degli angoli saranno così congiunte.
25 Thus, there shall be in the rear eight boards, with their sixteen silver pedestals, two pedestals under each board.	25 Saranno dunque in tutto otto assi, con sedici basi d'argento, contando due basi per asse.
26 Also make bars of acacia wood: five for the boards on one side of the Dwelling,	26 Farai anche, di legno di setim, cinque traverse per tener ferme le assi di una parete del tabernacolo;
27 five for those on the other side, and five for those at the rear, toward the west.	27 cinque altre per l'altra parete; e cinque ancora per quella che guarda ad occidente;
28 The center bar, at the middle of the boards, shall reach across from end to end.	28 ed andranno, fra le assi, da un'estremità all'altra.
29 Plate the boards with gold, and make gold rings on them as holders for the bars, which are also to be plated with gold.	29 Le assi poi, le coprirai di lamina d'oro, e vi porrai degli anelli d'oro pei quali passeranno le traverse che terranno fermo il tavolato; queste pur ricoprirai con lamina d'oro.
30 You shall erect the Dwelling according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.	30 E costruirai il tabernacolo conforme al modello che sul monte t'è stato mostrato.
31 "You shall have a veil woven of violet, purple and scarlet yarn, and of fine linen twined, with cherubim embroidered on it.	31 Inoltre farai un velo di giacinto, porpora, cocco tinto due volte, e bisso ritorto, tessuto di bella varietà con ricami;
32 It is to be hung on four gold-plated columns of acacia wood, which shall have hooks of gold and shall rest on four silver pedestals.	32 e lo appenderai sul davanti di quattro colonne di legno di setim, dorate esse pure, coi capitelli d'oro e le basi d'argento.
33 Hang the veil from clasps. The ark of the commandments you shall bring inside, behind this veil which divides the holy place from the holy of holies.	33 Il velo sarà sorretto da anelli; dividerà il santo dal santo dei santi e al di là di esso porrai l'arca dell'alleanza.
34 Set the propitiatory on the ark of the commandments in the holy of holies.	34 Nel santo de' santi, sull'arca della testimonianza, porrai il propiziatorio.
35 "Outside the veil you shall place the table and the lampstand, the latter on the south side of the Dwelling, opposite the table, which is to be put on the north side.	35 Al di qua poi del velo, la mensa; in faccia alla mensa, il candelabro, sul lato meridionale del tabernacolo; la mensa infatti starà dal lato settentrionale.
36 For the entrance of the tent make a variegated curtain of violet, purple and scarlet yarn and of fine linen twined.	36 Ed all'ingresso del tabernacolo porrai una tenda di giacinto, porpora, cocco tinto due volte, e bisso ritorto con ricami.
37 Make five columns of acacia wood for this curtain; have them plated with gold, with their hooks of gold; and cast five bronze pedestals for them.	37 Coprirai d'oro cinque colonne di legno di setim, davanti alle quali si tirerà quella tenda, ed avranno i capitelli d'oro e le basi di bronzo.
