1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the heights.	1 Alleluia. Lodate il Signore dai cieli, lodatelo dalle altezze.
2 Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.	2 Lodatelo, voi tutti suoi angeli, lodatelo, voi tutte sue schiere.
3 Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.	3 Lodatelo, sole e luna. Lodatelo, voi tutte stelle lucenti.
4 Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.	4 Lodatelo, cieli dei cieli, e acque che state al di sopra dei cieli.
5 Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.	5 Lodino il nome del Signore, poiché comandò e furono creati;
6 He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.	6 li stabilì per sempre, in eterno: diede un ordine che non verrà mai meno.
7 Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:	7 Lodate il Signore dalla terra: voi mostri marini e tutti gli abissi;
8 Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling his word:	8 fuoco e grandine, neve e nebbia; vento di tempesta che adempie la sua parola.
9 Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:	9 Voi monti e ogni specie di alture, alberi fruttiferi e tutti voi cedri.
10 Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:	10 Voi fiere e ogni specie di bestiame, rettili e uccelli alati.
11 Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:	11 Re della terra e voi popoli tutti, prìncipi e tutti voi, giudici della terra.
12 Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:	12 Giovani e ragazze, vecchi e fanciulli:
13 Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.	13 lodino il nome del Signore, poiché soltanto il suo nome è sublime, la sua maestà è sulla terra e nei cieli.
14 He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.	14 Egli ha innalzato la potenza del suo popolo. Lode di tutti i suoi fedeli, i figli d'Israele, popolo che gli è vicino. Alleluia.
