13 And Shallum begat Hilkiah, and Hilkiah begat Azariah,	13 Sellum generò Elcia, Elcia generò Azaria,
14 And Azariah begat Seraiah, and Seraiah begat Jehozadak,	14 Azaria ge­nerò Saraia, Saraia generò Iosedec.
15 And Jehozadak went into captivity, when the LORD carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.	15 Iosedec uscì dal paese quan­do il Signore trasportò Giuda e Gerusalemme per mezzo di Nabucodonosor.
16 The sons of Levi; Gershom, Kohath, and Merari.	16 Dunque figli di Levi: Gerson, Caat e Merari.
17 And these be the names of the sons of Gershom; Libni, and Shimei.	17 Questi i nomi dei figli di Gerson: Lobni e Semei.
18 And the sons of Kohath were, Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.	18 Figli di Caat: Amram, Isaar, Hebron, Oziel.
19 The sons of Merari; Mahli, and Mushi. And these are the families of the Levites according to their fathers.	19 Figli di Merari: Moholi e Musi. Queste le paren­tele di Levi secondo le loro fami­glie:
20 Of Gershom; Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,	20 di Gerson fu figlio Lobni, di Lobni Iahat, di Iahat Zamma,

28 And the sons of Samuel; the firstborn Vashni, and Abiah.	28 Figlidi Samuele: il primogeni­to Vasseni e Abia.
29 The sons of Merari; Mahli, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzza his son,	29 Figli di Me­rari: Moholi, Lobni, figlio di que­sto, Semei figlio di Lobni, Oza di Semei,
30 Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.	30 Sammaa di Oza, Rag gia di Sammaa, Asaia di Raggia.
31 And these are they whom David set over the service of song in the house of the LORD, after that the ark had rest.	31 Ecco quelli che David stabilì sopra i cantori della casa del Si­gnore, dopo che vi fu collocata l'arca.
32 And they ministered before the dwelling place of the tabernacle of the congregation with singing, until Solomon had built the house of the LORD in Jerusalem: and then they waited on their office according to their order.	32 Essi servivano cantando dinanzi al Tabernacolo del testi­monio, finché Salomone non ebbe edificata la casa del Signore in Gerusalemme, ed esercitavano il loro ministero secondo il loro turno.
33 And these are they that waited with their children. Of the sons of the Kohathites: Heman a singer, the son of Joel, the son of Shemuel,	33 Ecco quelli che serviva­no con i loro figli tra i figli di Caat: Heman, cantore, figlio di Iohel, figlio di Samuel,
34 The son of Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Toah,	34 figlio di Elcana, figlio di Ieroham, fi­glio di Eliel, figlio di Thohu,
35 The son of Zuph, the son of Elkanah, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai,	35 figlio di Suf, figlio di Elca­na, figlio di Mahat, figlio di Ama­sai,
36 The son of Elkanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zephaniah,	36 figlio di Elcana, figlio di loel, figlio di Azaria, figlio di Sofonia,
37 The son of Tahath, the son of Assir, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah,	37 figlio di Tahat, figlio di Asir, figlio di Abiasaf, figlio di Core,

45 The son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Hilkiah,	45 fi­glio di Asabia, figlio di Amasia, figlio di Elcia,
46 The son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shamer,	46 figlio di Amasai, figlio di Boni, figlio di Somer,
47 The son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.	47 figlio di Moholi, figlio di Musi, figlio di Merari, figlio di Levi.
48 Their brethren also the Levites were appointed unto all manner of service of the tabernacle of the house of God.	48 I leviti loro fratelli furono ordinati a fare tutto il servizio del Taber­nacolo della casa del Signore.
49 But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of the burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, and were appointed for all the work of the place most holy, and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.	49 Aronne e i suoi figli bruciava­no l'incenso sopra l'altare degli olocausti e sopra l'altare dei pro­fumi, e compivano tutto ciò che doveva farsi nel Santo dei Santi, e pregavano per Israele, secondo tutte le prescrizioni di Mosè servo di Dio.
50 And these are the sons of Aaron; Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,	50 Questi sono i figli di Aronne: Eleazaro suo figlio, Finees figlio di Eleazaro, Abisue di Finees,
51 Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,	51 Bocci di Abisue, Ozi di Bocci, Zaraia di Ozi,
52 Meraioth his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son,	52 Meraiot di Zaraia, Amaria di Meraiot, Achitob di Amaria,
53 Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.	53 Sadoc di Achitob, Achimaas di Sadoc.
54 Now these are their dwelling places throughout their castles in their coasts, of the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites: for theirs was the lot.	54 Ecco le loro abitazioni nei villaggi e nei dintorni, le abita­zioni dei figli di Aronne, secondo le famiglie dei Caatiti, e loro toc­cate in sorte.

60 And out of the tribe of Benjamin; Geba with her suburbs, and Alemeth with her suburbs, and Anathoth with her suburbs. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen cities.	60 e, della tribù di Be­niamino, Gabee coi suoi sobbor­ghi, Almat coi suoi sobborghi, Anatot coi suoi sobborghi; in tutto tredici città divise tra le loro fa­miglie.
61 And unto the sons of Kohath, which were left of the family of that tribe, were cities given out of the half tribe, namely, out of the half tribe of Manasseh, by lot, ten cities.	61 Ai figli di Caat, restati della sua famiglia, diedero in pos­sesso dieci città della mezza tri­bù di Manasse.
62 And to the sons of Gershom throughout their families out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.	62 Ai figli di Gerson, secondo le loro famiglie, furon date tredici città della tribù d'Issacar, della tribù di Aser e della tribù di Nettali e della tribù di Manasse in Basan.
63 Unto the sons of Merari were given by lot, throughout their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.	63 Ai figli di Merari, secondo le loro famiglie, diedero a sorte dodici città della tribù di Ruben, della tribù di Gad e della tribù di Zàbulon.
64 And the children of Israel gave to the Levites these cities with their suburbs.	64 Così i figli d'Israele diedero ai leviti queste città coi loro sob­borghi, e
65 And they gave by lot out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Benjamin, these cities, which are called by their names.	65 diedero a sorte nella tri­bù dei figli di Giuda, nella tribù dei figli di Simeone e nella tribù dei figli di Beniamino queste cit­tà, da essi chiamate coi loro no­mi.
66 And the residue of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities of their coasts out of the tribe of Ephraim.	66 Quelli della stirpe dei figli di Caat ebbero le loro città di dominio nella tribù di Efraim.
67 And they gave unto them, of the cities of refuge, Shechem in mount Ephraim with her suburbs; they gave also Gezer with her suburbs,	67 Diedero loro le città di rifugio, Sichem coi suoi sobborghi sul monte Efraim, e Gazer coi suoi sobborghi,
68 And Jokmeam with her suburbs, and Beth-horon with her suburbs,	68 e Iecmaam coi suoi sobborghi, così pure Betoron,
69 And Aijalon with her suburbs, and Gath-rimmon with her suburbs:	69 e Helon coi suoi sobborghi, ed ugualmente, Getremmon.
70 And out of the half tribe of Manasseh; Aner with her suburbs, and Bileam with her suburbs, for the family of the remnant of the sons of Kohath.	70 Nella mezza tribù di Manasse diedero Aner coi suoi sobborghi, Balaam coi suoi sobborghi a quei che re­stavano della stirpe dei figli di Caat.
71 Unto the sons of Gershom were given out of the family of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with her suburbs, and Ashtaroth with her suburbs:	71 Ai figli di Gerson diedero, sulla famiglia della mezza tribù di Manasse, Gaulon in Basan coi suoi sobborghi, Astarot coi suoi sobborghi.
72 And out of the tribe of Issachar; Kedesh with her suburbs, Daberath with her suburbs,	72 Slla tribù d'Issacar: Cedes coi suoi sobborghi, Daberet coi suoi sobborghi,
73 And Ramoth with her suburbs, and Anem with her suburbs:	73 Ramot coi suoi sobborghi, Anem coi suoi sobborghi.
74 And out of the tribe of Asher; Mashal with her suburbs, and Abdon with her suburbs,	74 Sulla tribù di Aser: Masal coi suoi sobborghi, e Abdon,
75 And Hukok with her suburbs, and Rehob with her suburbs:	75 Ucac coi suoi sobbor­ghi, e Rohob coi suoi sobborghi.
76 And out of the tribe of Naphtali; Kedesh in Galilee with her suburbs, and Hammon with her suburbs, and Kirjathaim with her suburbs.	76 Sulla tribù di Nettali: Cedes nella Galilea coi suoi sobborghi, Hamon coi suoi sobborghi, Cariatiarim coi suoi sobborghi.
77 Unto the rest of the children of Merari were given out of the tribe of Zebulun. Rimmon with her suburbs, Tabor with her suburbs:	77 Ai figli di Merari che restavano diedero sulla tribù di Zàbulon, Remmon coi suoi sobborghi, e Tabor coi suoi sobborghi.
78 And on the other side Jordan by Jericho, on the east side of Jordan, were given them out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness with her suburbs, and Jahzah with her suburbs,	78 Di là dal Gior dano dirimpetto a Gerico, ad oriente del Giordano, diedero, sul­la tribù di Ruben, Eosor nel de­serto coi suoi sobborghi, Iassa coi suoi sobborghi,
79 Kedemoth also with her suburbs, and Mephaath with her suburbs:	79 e Cademot coi suoi sobborghi e Mefaat coi suoi sobborghi.
80 And out of the tribe of Gad; Ramoth in Gilead with her suburbs, and Mahanaim with her suburbs,	80 Inoltre sulla tribù di Gad, Ramot in Galaad coi suoi sobborghi. Manaim coi suoi sob­borghi,
81 And Heshbon with her suburbs, and Jazer with her suburbs.	81 e Esebon coi suoi sob­borghi, e Iezer coi suoi sobborghi.
