1 Blessed are all they that fear the Lord: that walk in his ways.	1 Cântico das subidas. Desde o mais profundo clamo a ti, Senhor;
2 For thou shalt eat the labours of thy hands: blessed art thou, and it shall be well with thee.	2 Senhor, ouve a minha voz! Estejam atentos os teus ouvidos à voz da minha súplica.
3 Thy wife as a fruitful vine, on the sides of thy house.	3 Se conservares a lembrança dos delitos, ó Senhor, quem, Senhor, poderá subsistir (em tua presença)?
4 Behold, thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord.	4 Porém junto de ti está o perdão dos pecados, para que com reverência sejas servido.
5 May the Lord bless thee out of Sion: and mayest thou see the good things of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.	5 Espero no Senhor, na sua palavra espera a minha alma; à espera do Senhor está
6 And mayest thou see thy children's children, peace upon Israel.	6 a minha alma, mais do que a sentinela (à espera) da aurora. Mais do que a sentinela (à espera) da aurora,
	7 Israel está à espera do Senhor, porque no Senhor está a misericórdia, e nele é abundante a redenção:
	8 ele mesmo redimirá Israel de todas as suas iniquidades.
