¹ Canto. Salmo de David.	¹ A Song. A Psalm of David. My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast! I will sing and make melody! Awake, my soul!
² Mi corazón está firme, Dios mío, mi corazón está firme. Voy a cantar al son de instrumentos: ¡despierta, alma mía!	² Awake, O harp and lyre! I will awake the dawn!
³ ¡Despierten, arpa y cítara, para que yo despierte a la aurora!	³ I will give thanks to thee, O LORD, among the peoples, I will sing praises to thee among the nations.
⁴ Te alabaré en medio de los pueblos, Señor, te cantaré entre las naciones,	⁴ For thy steadfast love is great above the heavens, thy faithfulness reaches to the clouds.
⁵ porque tu misericordia se eleva hasta el cielo y tu fidelidad hasta las nubes.	⁵ Be exalted, O God, above the heavens! Let thy glory be over all the earth!
⁶ ¡Levántate, Dios, por encima del cielo, y que tu gloria cubra toda la tierra!	⁶ That thy beloved may be delivered, give help by thy right hand, and answer me!
⁷ ¡Sálvanos con tu poder, respóndenos, para que se pongan a salvo tus predilectos!	⁷ God has promised in his sanctuary: "With exultation I will divide up Shechem, and portion out the Vale of Succoth.
⁸ Dios habló desde su Santuario: «Yo repartiré triunfalmente a Siquem y distribuiré el valle de Sucot.	⁸ Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim is my helmet; Judah my scepter.
⁹ Mío es Galaad, Manasés me pertenece, Efraím es mi yelmo, mi cetro es Judá.	⁹ Moab is my washbasin; upon Edom I cast my shoe; over Philistia I shout in triumph."
¹⁰ Moab es la vasija donde yo me lavo; plantaré mis sandalias en Edom y cantaré victoria sobre Filistea».	¹⁰ Who will bring me to the fortified city? Who will lead me to Edom?
¹¹ ¿Quién me llevará hasta la ciudad fortificada, quién me conducirá hasta Edom,	¹¹ Hast thou not rejected us, O God? Thou dost not go forth, O God, with our armies.
¹² si tú, oh Dios, nos has rechazado y ya no sales con nuestro ejército?	¹² O grant us help against the foe, for vain is the help of man!
¹³ Danos tu ayuda contra el adversario, porque es inútil el auxilio de los hombres.	¹³ With God we shall do valiantly; it is he who will tread down our foes.
¹⁴ Con Dios alcanzaremos la victoria, y él aplastará a nuestros enemigos.
