Revelation 4

NEW JERUSALEM	KÁLDI-NEOVULGÁTA
1 Then, in my vision, I saw a door open in heaven and heard the same voice speaking to me, the voicelike a trumpet, saying, 'Come up here: I will show you what is to take place in the future.'	1 Ezek után látomásom volt, és íme, ajtó nyílt meg az égben, és az előbbi hang, amelyet mint harsonát hallottam velem beszélni, így szólt: »Jöjj fel ide , és megmutatom neked azt, aminek ezek után történnie kell!«
2 With that, I fel into ecstasy and I saw a throne standing in heaven, and the One who was sitting on thethrone,	2 Azonnal elragadtatásba estem a Lélekben, és íme, trón volt elhelyezve az égben, és a trónon ült valaki.
3 and the One sitting there looked like a diamond and a ruby. There was a rainbow encircling the throne,and this looked like an emerald.	3 Az ott ülő hasonlónak látszott a jáspishoz és a karneolhoz; szivárvány volt a trón körül, hasonló a smaragd színéhez .
4 Round the throne in a circle were twenty-four thrones, and on them twenty-four elders sitting, dressedin white robes with golden crowns on their heads.	4 A trón körül huszonnégy szék, és a székeken huszonnégy vén ült fehér ruhába öltözve, a fejükön arany korona.
5 Flashes of lightning were coming from the throne, and the sound of peals of thunder, and in front of thethrone there were seven flaming lamps burning, the seven Spirits of God.	5 A trónból villámok, zúgás és mennydörgések törtek elő . Hét fáklya égett a trón előtt: Isten hét szelleme.
6 In front of the throne was a sea as transparent as crystal. In the middle of the throne and around it,were four living creatures al studded with eyes, in front and behind.	6 A trón előtt mintegy üvegtenger volt, kristályhoz hasonló, és a trón közepén, és a trón körül négy élőlény , elöl és hátul tele szemekkel.
7 The first living creature was like a lion, the second like a bull, the third living creature had a human face,and the fourth living creature was like a flying eagle.	7 Az első élőlény oroszlánhoz volt hasonló, a második élőlény bikához volt hasonló, a harmadik élőlénynek emberéhez hasonló arca volt, és a negyedik élőlény repülő sashoz hasonlított .
8 Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was studded with eyes all the way round as well asinside; and day and night they never stopped singing: Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God, the Almighty; who was,and is and is to come.'	8 A négy élőlény mindegyikének hat-hat szárnya volt, körös-körül és belül tele voltak szemekkel . Éjjel-nappal pihenés nélkül azt mondták: »Szent, szent, szent az Úr , a mindenható Isten, aki volt és aki van és aki eljövendő!«
9 Every time the living creatures glorified and honoured and gave thanks to the One sitting on the throne,who lives for ever and ever,	9 Mikor ezek az élőlények dicsőséget, tiszteletet és hálát zengtek a trónon ülőnek, az örökkön örökké élőnek,
10 the twenty-four elders prostrated themselves before him to worship the One who lives for ever andever, and threw down their crowns in front of the throne, saying:	10 a huszonnégy vén leborult a trónon ülő előtt, imádta az örökkön örökké élőt , letette koronáját a trón előtt, és így szólt:
11 You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honour and power, for you made the wholeuniverse; by your wil , when it did not exist, it was created.	11 »Méltó vagy, Urunk, Istenünk, hogy tied legyen a dicsőség, a tisztelet és a hatalom, mert te teremtettél mindent, és a te akaratod által jöttek létre a teremtmények!«
