Zechariah 14

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBBIA RICCIOTTI
1 Look, the Day of Yahweh is coming, when the spoils taken from you will be shared out among you.	1 - Ecco, che vengono i giorni del Signore, e si farà in mezzo a te la divisione delle tue spoglie.
2 For I shal gather al the nations to Jerusalem for battle. The city wil be taken, the houses plundered,the women ravished. Half the city wil go into exile, but the rest of the people wil not be ejected from the city.	2 E radunerò tutte le genti a combattere contro Gerusalemme e la città sarà presa; le case devastate e le donne violentate; e la metà dei cittadini uscirà per essere condotta schiava, e il rimanente del popolo non sarà tolto dalla città.
3 Then Yahweh wil sal y out and fight those nations as once he fought on the day of battle.	3 E il Signore uscirà e darà battaglia a quelle nazioni, come sa combattere nel dì della battaglia.
4 When that day comes, his feet will rest on the Mount of Olives, which faces Jerusalem on the east,and the Mount of Olives wil be split in half from east to west, forming a huge val ey; half the Mount will recedenorthwards, the other half southwards.	4 E in quel giorno poserà i suoi piedi sul monte degli Ulivi che è dirimpetto a Gerusalemme da levante; e il monte degli Ulivi si squarcerà da levante a ponente in una grandissima spaccatura, scostandosi, metà del monte verso settentrione e metà verso mezzodì.
5 The valley between the hills wil be fil ed in, yes, it will be blocked as far as Jasol, it wil be fil ed in as it was by the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. And Yahweh my God will come, and al the holyones with him.	5 E voi fuggirete attraverso la valle formata da quei monti; perchè la valle resterà congiunta fino ad Asal; e fuggirete come quei che fuggirono dal terremoto ai giorni di Ozia re di Giuda; e il Signore Dio mio verrà e tutti i suoi santi con lui.
6 That Day, there wil be no light, but only cold and frost.	6 E in quel giorno non vi sarà luce, ma freddo e gelo.
7 And it wil be one continuous day -- Yahweh knows -- there will be no more day and night, and it wilremain light right into the time of evening.	7 Sarà un giorno unico, noto al Signore, non giorno, non notte; arrivata la sera vi sarà luce.
8 When that Day comes, living waters wil issue from Jerusalem, half towards the eastern sea, halftowards the western sea; they will flow summer and winter.	8 E avverrà in quel giorno che acque vive usciranno da Gerusalemme, una metà di esse verso il mare orientale e l'altra metà verso il mare di ponente, e vi saranno tanto d'estate che d'inverno.
9 Then Yahweh wil become king of the whole world. When that Day comes, Yahweh will be the one andonly and his name the one name.	9 E il Signore sarà il re di tutta la terra: in quel giorno vi sarà il Signore solo e solo il suo nome.
10 The entire country wil be transformed into plain, from Geba to Rimmon in the Negeb, but Jerusalemwil stand high in her place and be full of people from the Benjamin Gate to the site of the earlier gate, to theCorner Gate, and from the Tower of Hananel to the king's wine-presses.	10 E tutta la terra tornerà fino al deserto, dal Colle Remmon al mezzodì di Gerusalemme; e sarà esaltata e sarà abitata nel suo sito, dalla Porta di Beniamino fino al luogo della Porta vecchia e fino alla Porta degli angoli; e dalla Torre di Ananeel fino agli Strettoi del re.
11 People wil make their homes there. The curse of destruction will be lifted; Jerusalem wil be safe tolive in.	11 Essa sarà abitata e non vi sarà più l'anatema, ma Gerusalemme sederà sicura.
12 And this is the plague with which Yahweh will strike al the nations who have fought againstJerusalem; their flesh wil rot while they are stil standing on their feet; their eyes wil rot in their sockets; theirtongues wil rot in their mouths.	12 E questa sarà la piaga colla quale il Signore percoterà tutte le genti che avranno combattuto Gerusalemme: ciascuno sentirà struggersi le carni mentre sta in piedi, e marcire gli occhi nelle orbite e imputridire la lingua nella bocca.
13 When that Day comes, a great terror will fal on them from Yahweh; each man wil grab hisneighbour's hand and they wil fal to fighting among themselves.	13 In quel giorno il Signore susciterà un grande scompiglio tra loro; l'uno afferrerà la mano dell'altro, e alzeranno le mani l'uno contro l'altro.
14 Even Judah will fight against Jerusalem. The wealth of al the surrounding nations wil be heapedtogether: gold, silver, clothing, in vast quantity.	14 Ma anche Giuda combatterà contro Gerusalemme; e le ricchezze di tutte le genti all'intorno saranno radunate, oro e argento e vestimenta, in grande quantità.
15 And the plague afflicting the horses, mules, camels, donkeys and al the other animals in thosearmies wil be the same.	15 E così andranno in rovina i cavalli, i muli, i cammelli, gli asini e tutte le bestie che saranno in quegli accampamenti, travolte nella stessa catastrofe.
16 After this, al the survivors of al the nations which have attacked Jerusalem wil come up year afteryear to worship the King, Yahweh Sabaoth, and to keep the feast of Shelters.	16 E tutti quelli che saranno rimasti delle genti che vennero contro Gerusalemme saliranno, anno per anno ad adorare il re, Signore degli eserciti, e a celebrare la festa dei tabernacoli.
17 Should one of the races of the world fail to come up to Jerusalem to worship the King, YahwehSabaoth, there wil be no rain for that one.	17 E avverrà che se qualcuna delle famiglie della terra non salirà a Gerusalemme ad adorare il re, Signore degli eserciti, non avrà la pioggia sopra di sè.
18 Should the race of Egypt fail to come up and pay its visit, on it wil fal the plague which Yahweh wilinflict on each of those nations which fail to come up to keep the feast of Shelters.	18 Che se qualche famiglia di Egitto non salirà e non verrà, neppure sopra di lei vi sarà pioggia, ma rovina colla quale il Signore percoterà tutte le genti che non saliranno a celebrare la festa dei tabernacoli.
19 Such will be the punishment for Egypt and the punishment for all the nations which fail to come up tokeep the feast of Shelters.	19 Questo sarà il peccato per l'Egitto e per tutte le nazioni che non saranno salite a celebrare la festa dei tabernacoli.
20 When that Day comes, the very bel s on the horses wil be inscribed with the words, 'Sacred toYahweh', and the cooking pots of the house of Yahweh wil be as holy as the sprinkling bowls before the altar.	20 In quel giorno l'ornamento della briglia del cavallo sarà consacrato al Signore e le caldaie nella casa del Signore saranno come le coppe innanzi all'altare.
21 Yes, every cooking pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shal be sacred to Yahweh Sabaoth, and al whocome to offer sacrifice will help themselves and do their cooking in them, and there wil be no more traders in the Temple of Yahweh Sabaoth, when that Day comes.	21 E tutte le caldaie di Gerusalemme di Giuda saranno consacrate al Signore degli eserciti, e tutti quelli che offriranno sacrificio verranno e le adopereranno per cuocervi le carni; e non vi sarà in quel giorno più alcun mercante nella casa del Signore degli eserciti».
