1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron and said:	1 E il Signore parlò a Mosè e ad Aronne, e disse:
2 'The Israelites must pitch their tents, each man by his own standard, under their family emblems. Theymust pitch their tents round the Dwelling where the Testimony is, some distance away.	2 I figliuoli d'Israele avranno gli alloggiamenti intorno al tabernacolo dell'alleanza,ciascheduno nella sua schiera, e sotto le insegne, e gli stendardi di sua famiglia, ecasata.
3 'Encamped on the east side: 'Furthest towards the east, the standard of the camp of Judah, unit byunit. Leader of the Judahites: Nahshon son of Amminadab.	3 La tribù di Giuda pianterà le sue tende da levante divisa nelle sue schiere di combattenti:e di essa sarà principe Nahasson figliuolo di Aminadab:
4 His company: seventy-four thousand six hundred men.	4 E tutto il numero dei combattenti della stirpe di Giuda settanta quattro mila secento.
5 'Next to him: 'The tribe of Issachar. Leader of the Issacharites: Nethanel son of Zuar.	5 Presso a Giuda ebbero il suo alloggiamento quelli della tribù di Issachar, de' quali fuprincipe Nathanael figliuolo di Suar:
6 His company: fifty-four thousand four hundred men.	6 E tutto il numero dei suoi combattenti cinquanta quattro mila quattrocento.
7 'The tribe of Zebulun. Leader of the Zebulunites: Eliab son of Helon.	7 Della tribù di Zabulon fu principe Eliab, figliuolo di Helon.
8 His company: fifty-seven thousand four hundred men.	8 Tutta la truppa dei combattenti di questa stirpe fu di cinquanta sette mila quattro cento.
9 'The tribal forces in the camp of Judah number in al a hundred and eighty-six thousand four hundred.These will be the first to break camp.	9 La somma di quelli che si contarono nell'accampamento di Giuda, fu di cento ottantasei milaquattrocento. 13 His company: fifty-nine thousand three hundred men.	13 E tutto il corpo de' suoi combattenti, che furon contati, era di cinquantanove milatrecento.
14 'The tribe of Gad. Leader of the Gadites: Eliasaph son of Reuel.	14 Della tribù di Gad fu principe Eliasaph, figliuolo di Duel:
15 His company: forty-five thousand six hundred and fifty men.	15 E tutto il corpo de' suoi combattenti, che furon contati, era di quarantacinque mila secentocinquanta.
16 'The tribal forces in the camp of Reuben number in al a hundred and fifty-one thousand four hundredand fifty. They will be second to break camp.	16 Tutta la somma di quelli che si contaron nell'accampamento di Ruben, fu cento cinquant'unmila quattrocento cinquanta divisi nelle loro schiere: questi si metteranno in via isecondi.
17 'Next, the Tent of Meeting wil move, since the camp of the Levites is situated in the middle of the other camps. The order of movement wil be the order of encampment, each man under his own standard.	17 Il tabernacolo del testimonio disfatto sarà portato da' Leviti divisi nelle loro schieresecondo i diversi ufficii: si erigerà, e si disfarà col medesimo ordine. Ei partirannociascuno al suo posto, e nella sua squadra.
18 'On the west side, the standard of the camp of Ephraim, unit by unit. Leader of the Ephraimites:Elishama son of Ammihud.	18 Dalla parte di occidente sarà l'accampamento de' figliuoli di Ephraim, dei quali è principeElisama figliuolo di Ammiud:
19 His company: forty thousand five hundred men.	19 Tutto il corpo de' suoi combattenti, che furon contati, fu di quaranta mila cinquecento.
20 'Next to him: 'The tribe of Manasseh. Leader of the Manassehites: Gamaliel son of Pedahzur.	20 E con essi la tribù dei figliuoli di Manasse, de' quali fu principe Gamaliele, figliuolo diPhadassur:
21 His company: thirty-two thousand two hundred men.	21 E tutto il corpo dei suoi combattenti, che furon contati, trentadue mila dugento.
22 'The tribe of Benjamin. Leader of the Benjaminites: Abidan son of Gideoni.	22 Della tribù de' figliuoli di Beniamin il principe sarà Abidan, figliuolo di Gedeone:
23 His company: thirty-five thousand four hundred men.	23 E tutto il corpo dei suoi combattenti, che furon contati, trentacinque mila quattrocento.
24 'The tribal forces in the camp of Ephraim number in all a hundred and eight thousand one hundred.They wil be third to break camp.	24 Si contavano in tutto nell'accampamento d'Efraim cento otto mila cento uomini in varieschiere; questi hanno il terzo luogo nel viaggiare.
25 'On the north side, the standard of the camp of Dan, unit by unit. Leader of the Danites: Ahiezer sonof Ammishaddai.	25 Dalla parte di settentrione porranno gli alloggiamenti i figliuoli di Dan, dei quali saràprincipe Ahiezer, figliuolo di Ammisaddai:
26 His company: sixty-two thousand seven hundred men.	26 Tutto il corpo de' suoi combattenti, che furon contati, settantadue mila settecento.
27 'Next to him: 'The tribe of Asher. Leader of the Asherites: Pagiel son of Ochran.	27 Presso a Dan pianteranno le tende quelli della tribù di Aser: de' quali è principe Phegiel,figliuolo di Ochran:
28 His company: forty-one thousand five hundred men.	28 Tutto il corpo de' suoi combattenti, che furon contati, quarant'un mila cinquecento,
29 'The tribe of Naphtali. Leader of the Naphtalites: Ahira son of Enan.	29 Della tribù de' figliuoli di Nephtali sarà principe Ahira, figliuolo di Enan:
30 His company: fifty-three thousand four hundred men.	30 Tutto il corpo de' suoi combattenti cinquantatré mila quattrocento.
31 'The tribal forces in the camp of Dan number in all a hundred and fifty-seven thousand six hundred.They wil be the last to break camp. 'Al under their appropriate standards.'	31 Si contarono in tutto negli alloggiamenti di Dan cento cinquantasette mila secento uomini: equesti nel viaggio sarannno gli ultimi.
32 Such was the tally of the Israelites when the census was taken by families. The ful count of the entirecamp, unit by unit, came to six hundred and three thousand five hundred and fifty.	32 Così il numero de' figliuoli d'Israele divisi nelle loro schiere secondo le loro case, efamiglie ascendeva a secento tre mila cinquecento cinquanta.
33 But, as Yahweh had ordered Moses, the Levites were not included in the census of the Israelites.	33 I Lieviti però non entrarono nel novero de' figliuoli d'Israele: perocché così avevacomandato il Signore a Mosè.
34 The Israelites did exactly as Yahweh had ordered Moses. This was how they pitched camp, groupedby standards. This was how they broke camp, each man in his own clan, each man with his own family.	34 E i figliuoli d'Israele adempierono tutto quello che aveva ordinato il Signore. Posero glialloggiamenti, e fecer cammino divisi nelle loro squadre secondo le famiglie, e le caseloro.
