2 'The Israelites must pitch their tents, each man by his own standard, under their family emblems. Theymust pitch their tents round the Dwelling where the Testimony is, some distance away.	2 “Les Israélites camperont chacun autour de sa bannière sous les enseignes de leur clan; ils camperont autour de la Tente du Rendez-Vous et tournés vers elle.
3 'Encamped on the east side: 'Furthest towards the east, the standard of the camp of Judah, unit byunit. Leader of the Judahites: Nahshon son of Amminadab.	3 Juda campera avec ses troupes autour de sa bannière à l’orient, du côté du soleil levant, avec Nahasson, fils d’Aminadab, prince des fils de Juda.
4 His company: seventy-four thousand six hundred men.	4 Sa troupe compte d’après le recensement: 74 600 hommes.
5 'Next to him: 'The tribe of Issachar. Leader of the Issacharites: Nethanel son of Zuar.	5 À côté de lui campera la tribu d’Issacar avec Nétanéel, fils de Suar, prince des fils d’Issacar.
6 His company: fifty-four thousand four hundred men.	6 Sa troupe compte d’après le recensement: 54 400 hommes.
7 'The tribe of Zebulun. Leader of the Zebulunites: Eliab son of Helon.	7 Ensuite viendra la tribu de Zabulon avec Éliab, fils de Hélon, prince des fils de Zabulon.
8 His company: fifty-seven thousand four hundred men.	8 Sa troupe compte d’après le recensement: 57 400 hommes.
9 'The tribal forces in the camp of Judah number in al a hundred and eighty-six thousand four hundred.These will be the first to break camp.	9 Le total du camp de Juda d’après le recensement est donc de 186 400 hommes: ils se mettront en marche les premiers.
10 'On the south side, the standard of the camp of Reuben, unit by unit. Leader of the Reubenites: Elizurson of Shedeur.	10 Au sud, Ruben campera avec ses troupes autour de sa bannière avec Élisour, fils de Chédéour, prince des fils de Ruben.

12 'Next to him: 'The tribe of Simeon. Leader of the Simeonites: Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai.	12 À côté de lui campera la tribu de Siméon avec Cheloumiel, fils de Surichaddaï, prince des fils de Siméon.
13 His company: fifty-nine thousand three hundred men.	13 Sa troupe compte d’après le recensement: 59 300 hommes.
14 'The tribe of Gad. Leader of the Gadites: Eliasaph son of Reuel.	14 Après lui viendra la tribu de Gad avec Éliasaf, fils de Réouel, prince des fils de Gad.
15 His company: forty-five thousand six hundred and fifty men.	15 Sa troupe compte d’après le recensement: 45 650 hommes.
16 'The tribal forces in the camp of Reuben number in al a hundred and fifty-one thousand four hundredand fifty. They will be second to break camp.	16 Le total du camp de Ruben d’après le recensement est donc de 151 450 hommes, ils se mettront en marche les deuxièmes.
17 'Next, the Tent of Meeting wil move, since the camp of the Levites is situated in the middle of the other camps. The order of movement wil be the order of encampment, each man under his own standard.	17 La Tente du Rendez-Vous partira ensuite, le camp des Lévites se trouvant au milieu des autres camps. On partira dans l’ordre du campement, chacun à sa place autour de sa bannière.
18 'On the west side, the standard of the camp of Ephraim, unit by unit. Leader of the Ephraimites:Elishama son of Ammihud.	18 Éphraïm campera avec ses troupes autour de sa bannière à l’occident, avec Élichama, fils d’Ammihoud, prince des fils d’Éphraïm.
19 His company: forty thousand five hundred men.	19 Sa troupe compte d’après le recensement: 40 500 hommes.
20 'Next to him: 'The tribe of Manasseh. Leader of the Manassehites: Gamaliel son of Pedahzur.	20 À côté de lui campera la tribu de Manassé avec Gamliel, fils de Pedahsur, prince des fils de Manassé.
21 His company: thirty-two thousand two hundred men.	21 Sa troupe compte d’après le recensement: 32 200 hommes.
22 'The tribe of Benjamin. Leader of the Benjaminites: Abidan son of Gideoni.	22 Ensuite viendra la tribu de Benjamin avec Abidan, fils de Gidéoni, prince des fils de Benjamin.
23 His company: thirty-five thousand four hundred men.	23 Sa troupe compte d’après le recensement: 35 400 hommes.
24 'The tribal forces in the camp of Ephraim number in all a hundred and eight thousand one hundred.They wil be third to break camp.	24 Le total du camp d’Éphraïm d’après le recensement est donc de 108 100 hommes; ils se mettront en marche les troisièmes.
25 'On the north side, the standard of the camp of Dan, unit by unit. Leader of the Danites: Ahiezer sonof Ammishaddai.	25 Dan campera avec ses troupes autour de sa bannière au nord, avec Ahiézer, fils d’Amichaddaï, prince des fils de Dan.
26 His company: sixty-two thousand seven hundred men.	26 Sa troupe compte d’après le recensement: 62 700 hommes.
27 'Next to him: 'The tribe of Asher. Leader of the Asherites: Pagiel son of Ochran.	27 À côté de lui campera la tribu d’Asher avec Pagiel, fils d’Okran, prince des fils d’Asher.
28 His company: forty-one thousand five hundred men.	28 Sa troupe compte d’après le recensement: 41 500 hommes.
29 'The tribe of Naphtali. Leader of the Naphtalites: Ahira son of Enan.	29 Ensuite viendra la tribu de Nephtali avec Ahira, fils d’Énan, prince des fils de Nephtali.
30 His company: fifty-three thousand four hundred men.	30 Sa troupe compte d’après le recensement: 53 400 hommes.
31 'The tribal forces in the camp of Dan number in all a hundred and fifty-seven thousand six hundred.They wil be the last to break camp. 'Al under their appropriate standards.'	31 Le total du camp de Dan d’après le recensement est donc de 157 600 hommes; ils se mettront en marche les derniers autour de leur bannière.
32 Such was the tally of the Israelites when the census was taken by families. The ful count of the entirecamp, unit by unit, came to six hundred and three thousand five hundred and fifty.	32 Voilà les Israélites qui furent recensés selon leurs tribus. Le total de tous ces hommes répartis dans leurs différents camps selon leurs formations, est donc de 603 550 hommes.
33 But, as Yahweh had ordered Moses, the Levites were not included in the census of the Israelites.	33 Les Lévites ne furent pas recensés avec les autres Israélites, puisque Yahvé l’avait ordonné ainsi à Moïse.
34 The Israelites did exactly as Yahweh had ordered Moses. This was how they pitched camp, groupedby standards. This was how they broke camp, each man in his own clan, each man with his own family.	34 Les Israélites firent tout comme Yahvé l’avait ordonné à Moïse. C’est donc ainsi qu’ils campaient autour de leur bannière et qu’ils se mettaient en marche, chacun selon sa famille, selon sa tribu.
