Leviticus 27

NEW JERUSALEM	SAGRADA BIBLIA
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	1 O Senhor disse a Moisés: "Dize aos israelitas o seguinte:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "If anyone vows the value of a person to Yahweh and wishes todischarge the vow:	2 se alguém fizer um voto, as pessoas serão do Senhor segundo a tua avaliação.
3 "a man between twenty and sixty years of age wil be valued at fifty silver shekels -- the sanctuaryshekel;	3 Se se tratar de um homem de vinte a sessenta anos, o valor será de cinqüenta siclos de prata, segundo o siclo do santuário;
4 a woman wil be valued at thirty shekels;	4 se for uma mulher, o valor será de trinta siclos.
5 "between five and twenty years, a boy wil be valued at twenty shekels, a girl at ten shekels;	5 Para a idade de cinco a vinte anos, o valor será de vinte siclos para o menino, e dez siclos para a menina.
6 "between one month and five years, a boy wil be valued at five silver shekels, a girl at three silvershekels;	6 De um mês até cinco anos, o valor será de cinco siclos de prata para um menino, e três para uma menina.
7 "at sixty years and over, a man will be valued at fifteen shekels and a woman at ten shekels.	7 Aos sessenta anos, e daí para cima, a estimação será de quinze siclos para um homem e dez siclos para uma mulher.
8 "If the person who made the vow cannot meet this valuation, he wil present the person concerned tothe priest, and the priest wil set a value proportionate to the resources of the person who made the vow.	8 Se aquele que tiver feito o voto for demasiado pobre e não puder pagar o valor que avaliaste, apresentar-se-á ao sacerdote, que fixará o valor segundo as posses daquele que fez o voto.
9 "In the case of an animal suitable for offering to Yahweh, any such animal given to Yahweh wil beholy.	9 Se se tratar de animais que se podem oferecer ao Senhor, todo animal que assim se tiver dado ao Senhor será coisa santa.
10 It cannot be exchanged or replaced, a good one instead of a bad one, or a bad one instead of a goodone. If one animal is substituted for another, both of them wil become holy.	10 Não poderá ser trocado nem substituído, bom por mau, ou mau por bom. Mas, se se trocar um animal por outro, eles serão coisa santa, tanto um como o outro.
11 In the case of an unclean animal unsuitable for offering to Yahweh, whatever it may be, it will bepresented to the priest	11 Se se tratar de um animal impuro que não se pode oferecer ao Senhor, será apresentado ao sacerdote:
12 and he wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. His valuation will be decisive;	12 ele o avaliará, conforme for bom ou mau, e sua estimação determinará o preço.
13 but if the person wishes to redeem it, he will add one-fifth to the valuation.	13 Se se quiser resgatá-lo, ajuntará uma quinta parte ao que tiver sido avaliado.
14 "If a man consecrates his house to Yahweh, the priest wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. Hisvaluation wil be decisive.	14 Se alguém consagrar ao Senhor a sua casa fazendo dela coisa santa, o sacerdote a avaliará segundo for boa ou má, e ela será vendida pelo preço dessa avaliação.
15 If the man who has vowed his house wishes to redeem it, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and itwil revert to him.	15 Mas, se aquele que consagrou a sua casa quiser resgatá-la, ajuntará um quinto ao preço da avaliação, e ela lhe pertencerá de novo.
16 "If a man consecrates one of the fields of his ancestral property to Yahweh, its value wil becalculated in terms of its yield, at the rate of fifty silver shekels to one homer of barley.	16 Se alguém consagrar ao Senhor uma parte da terra que lhe pertence, tu a avaliarás segundo a quantidade de grãos que se pode semear nela, à razão de cinqüenta siclos de prata por homer de cevada.
17 "If he consecrates the field during the jubilee year, he wil abide by this valuation.	17 Se consagrar o seu campo, a partir do ano do jubileu, far-se-á segundo a tua avaliação:
18 But if he consecrates it after the jubilee, the priest wil calculate the price in terms of the number ofyears stil to run until the next jubilee and the valuation wil be reduced accordingly.	18 mas, se o tiver feito depois do jubileu, o sacerdote estimará o seu preço segundo o número de anos que restam até o jubileu, e haverá uma redução sobre o preço da avaliação.
19 "If he wishes to redeem the field, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and the field wil revert to him.	19 Se aquele que consagrou o seu campo quiser resgatá-lo, ajuntará um quinto ao preço fixado, e possui-lo-á.
20 If he does not redeem it but sel s it to someone else, the right of redemption ceases;	20 Se não o resgatar e o vender a outro, esse campo não poderá mais ser resgatado.
21 when the purchaser has to vacate it at the jubilee year, it becomes consecrated to Yahweh, like afield vowed unconditional y; ownership of it passes to the priest.	21 Quando o campo ficar livre no jubileu, será consagrado ao Senhor como um campo votado ao interdito, e tornar-se-á propriedade do sacerdote.
22 "If he consecrates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, but which is not part of his ancestralproperty,	22 Se alguém consagrar ao Senhor um campo que comprou, o qual não faça parte de seu patrimônio,
23 the priest wil calculate the valuation in terms of the number of years stil to run before the jubileeyear; and the man wil pay this sum the same day since it is consecrated to Yahweh.	23 o sacerdote fixará o seu preço de acordo com a tua avaliação até o ano do jubileu, e esse homem pagará o preço fixado no mesmo dia; é uma coisa consagrada ao Senhor.
24 In the jubilee year the field wil revert to the vendor, the man to whose ancestral property the landbelongs.	24 No ano jubilar, o campo voltará ao vendedor, como patrimônio que lhe pertence.
25 All your valuations will be made in sanctuary shekels, at the rate of twenty gerah to the shekel.	25 Todas as avaliações se farão em siclos do santuário. O siclo vale vinte gueras.
26 "The first-born of livestock is born to Yahweh; no one may consecrate it, whether it be cattle or sheep, for it belongs to Yahweh anyway.	26 Entretanto, ninguém poderá consagrar os primogênitos de seu gado, pois pertencem já ao Senhor pelo seu título de primogênito: seja um boi, seja uma ovelha, são propriedade do Senhor.
27 But if it is an unclean animal, it may be redeemed at the valuation price with one-fifth added; if theanimal is not redeemed, it wil be sold at the valuation price.	27 Se se tratar de um animal impuro, será resgatado pelo preço que fixares, ajuntando-se mais uma quinta parte; se não for resgatado, será vendido segundo a tua avaliação.
28 "Nothing, however, that someone vows unconditional y to Yahweh may be redeemed, nothing hepossesses, be it a human being or animal or field of his ancestral property. What is vowed unconditional y isespecial y holy and belongs to Yahweh.	28 Se um homem consagrar ao Senhor por interdito alguma coisa que lhe pertence, seja qual for esse objeto - uma pessoa, um animal ou um campo de seu patrimônio - ela não poderá ser vendida, nem resgatada: tudo o que é votado por interdito é coisa consagrada ao Senhor.
29 A human being vowed unconditional y cannot be redeemed but wil be put to death.	29 Nenhuma pessoa votada ao interdito poderá ser resgatada: ela será morta.
30 "Al tithes on land, levied on the produce of the soil or on the fruit of trees, belong to Yahweh; they areconsecrated to Yahweh.	30 Todos os dízimos da terra, tomados das sementes do solo ou dos frutos das árvores são propriedade do Senhor: é uma coisa consagrada ao Senhor.
31 If anyone wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he will add one-fifth to its value.	31 Se alguém quiser resgatar alguma coisa de seus dízimos, ajuntará uma quinta parte.
32 "In al tithes on herds or flocks, the tenth animal of al that pass under the herdsman's staff wil beconsecrated to Yahweh;	32 Todos os dízimos do gado maior e menor, os dízimos do que passa sob o cajado do pastor, o décimo {animal} será consagrado ao Senhor.
33 there wil be no examining whether it is good or bad, and no substitution. If substitution takes place,the animal and its substitute wil both become holy without possibility of redemption." '	33 Não se fará escolha entre bom e mau e não se fará substituição. Se alguém o fizer, tanto o animal substituído como o que substituiu serão coisa consagrada: não poderão ser resgatados."
34 Such were the orders which Yahweh gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.	34 Tais são as ordenações que o Senhor deu a Moisés para os israelitas no monte Sinai.
