Leviticus 27

1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	1 Il Signore parlò a Mosè e disse:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "If anyone vows the value of a person to Yahweh and wishes todischarge the vow:	2 «Parla agli Israeliti dicendo loro: “Se qualcuno vorrà adempiere un voto in onore del Signore, basandosi su valutazioni corrispondenti alle persone,
3 "a man between twenty and sixty years of age wil be valued at fifty silver shekels -- the sanctuaryshekel;	3 eccone i valori: per un uomo dai venti ai sessant’anni, il valore è di cinquanta sicli d’argento, conformi al siclo del santuario;
4 a woman wil be valued at thirty shekels;	4 invece per una donna, il valore è di trenta sicli.
5 "between five and twenty years, a boy wil be valued at twenty shekels, a girl at ten shekels;	5 Dai cinque ai venti anni, il valore è di venti sicli per un maschio e di dieci sicli per una femmina.
6 "between one month and five years, a boy wil be valued at five silver shekels, a girl at three silvershekels;	6 Da un mese a cinque anni, il valore è di cinque sicli d’argento per un maschio e di tre sicli d’argento per una femmina.
7 "at sixty years and over, a man will be valued at fifteen shekels and a woman at ten shekels.	7 Dai sessant’anni in su, il valore è di quindici sicli per un maschio e di dieci sicli per una femmina.
8 "If the person who made the vow cannot meet this valuation, he wil present the person concerned tothe priest, and the priest wil set a value proportionate to the resources of the person who made the vow.	8 Se colui che ha fatto il voto è troppo povero per pagare la somma fissata, dovrà presentare al sacerdote la persona consacrata con voto e il sacerdote ne farà la stima. Il sacerdote farà la stima in proporzione dei mezzi di colui che ha fatto il voto.
9 "In the case of an animal suitable for offering to Yahweh, any such animal given to Yahweh wil beholy.	9 Se si tratta di animali che possono essere presentati in offerta al Signore, ogni animale donato al Signore sarà cosa santa.
10 It cannot be exchanged or replaced, a good one instead of a bad one, or a bad one instead of a goodone. If one animal is substituted for another, both of them wil become holy.	10 Non lo si potrà commutare, né si potrà sostituire un animale di qualità con uno difettoso né uno difettoso con uno di buona qualità; se tuttavia qualcuno sostituisse un animale all’altro, entrambi gli animali diverranno cosa sacra.
11 In the case of an unclean animal unsuitable for offering to Yahweh, whatever it may be, it will bepresented to the priest	11 Se invece si tratta di qualunque animale impuro, che non si può presentare come offerta al Signore, l’animale sarà portato davanti al sacerdote;
12 and he wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. His valuation will be decisive;	12 egli valuterà se l’animale è in buono o cattivo stato e si starà al valore stabilito dal sacerdote.
13 but if the person wishes to redeem it, he will add one-fifth to the valuation.	13 Ma se qualcuno lo vorrà riscattare, aggiungerà un quinto al valore fissato.
14 "If a man consecrates his house to Yahweh, the priest wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. Hisvaluation wil be decisive.	14 Se qualcuno vorrà consacrare la sua casa come cosa sacra al Signore, il sacerdote ne farà la stima secondo che essa sia in buono o in cattivo stato; si starà alla stima stabilita dal sacerdote.
15 If the man who has vowed his house wishes to redeem it, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and itwil revert to him.	15 Se colui che ha consacrato la sua casa la vorrà riscattare, aggiungerà un quinto al prezzo della stima e sarà sua.
16 "If a man consecrates one of the fields of his ancestral property to Yahweh, its value wil becalculated in terms of its yield, at the rate of fifty silver shekels to one homer of barley.	16 Se qualcuno vorrà consacrare al Signore un terreno del suo patrimonio, il suo valore sarà stabilito in proporzione alla semente: cinquanta sicli d’argento per un homer di seme d’orzo.
17 "If he consecrates the field during the jubilee year, he wil abide by this valuation.	17 Se consacra il suo campo dall’anno del giubileo, il prezzo resterà intero secondo la stima;
18 But if he consecrates it after the jubilee, the priest wil calculate the price in terms of the number ofyears stil to run until the next jubilee and the valuation wil be reduced accordingly.	18 ma se lo consacra dopo il giubileo, il sacerdote ne valuterà il prezzo in proporzione agli anni che rimangono fino al giubileo e si farà una detrazione dalla stima.
19 "If he wishes to redeem the field, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and the field wil revert to him.	19 Se colui che ha consacrato il pezzo di terra lo vorrà riscattare, aggiungerà un quinto all’ammontare della stima e resterà suo.
20 If he does not redeem it but sel s it to someone else, the right of redemption ceases;	20 Se non riscatta il pezzo di terra e lo vende a un altro, non lo si potrà più riscattare;
21 when the purchaser has to vacate it at the jubilee year, it becomes consecrated to Yahweh, like afield vowed unconditional y; ownership of it passes to the priest.	21 ma quel pezzo di terra, quando al giubileo il compratore ne uscirà, sarà sacro al Signore, come un campo votato allo sterminio, e diventerà proprietà del sacerdote.
22 "If he consecrates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, but which is not part of his ancestralproperty,	22 Se uno vorrà consacrare al Signore un pezzo di terra comprato, che non fa parte del suo patrimonio,
23 the priest wil calculate the valuation in terms of the number of years stil to run before the jubileeyear; and the man wil pay this sum the same day since it is consecrated to Yahweh.	23 il sacerdote valuterà l’ammontare del prezzo fino all’anno del giubileo; quel tale pagherà il giorno stesso il prezzo fissato, come cosa consacrata al Signore.
24 In the jubilee year the field wil revert to the vendor, the man to whose ancestral property the landbelongs.	24 Nell’anno del giubileo la terra tornerà a colui da cui fu comprata e del cui patrimonio faceva parte.
25 All your valuations will be made in sanctuary shekels, at the rate of twenty gerah to the shekel.	25 Ogni valutazione si farà sulla base del siclo del santuario: il siclo corrisponde a venti ghera.
26 "The first-born of livestock is born to Yahweh; no one may consecrate it, whether it be cattle or sheep, for it belongs to Yahweh anyway.	26 Tuttavia nessuno potrà consacrare un primogenito del bestiame, il quale appartiene già al Signore, perché primogenito: sia esso di grosso bestiame o di bestiame minuto, appartiene al Signore.
27 But if it is an unclean animal, it may be redeemed at the valuation price with one-fifth added; if theanimal is not redeemed, it wil be sold at the valuation price.	27 Se si tratta di un animale impuro, lo si riscatterà al prezzo di stima, aggiungendovi un quinto; se non è riscattato, sarà venduto al prezzo di stima.
28 "Nothing, however, that someone vows unconditional y to Yahweh may be redeemed, nothing hepossesses, be it a human being or animal or field of his ancestral property. What is vowed unconditional y isespecial y holy and belongs to Yahweh.	28 Nondimeno, quanto uno avrà consacrato al Signore con voto di sterminio, fra le cose che gli appartengono, persona, animale o pezzo di terra del suo patrimonio, non potrà essere né venduto né riscattato; ogni cosa votata allo sterminio è cosa santissima, riservata al Signore.
29 A human being vowed unconditional y cannot be redeemed but wil be put to death.	29 Nessuna persona votata allo sterminio potrà essere riscattata; dovrà essere messa a morte.
30 "Al tithes on land, levied on the produce of the soil or on the fruit of trees, belong to Yahweh; they areconsecrated to Yahweh.	30 Ogni decima della terra, cioè delle granaglie del suolo e dei frutti degli alberi, appartiene al Signore: è cosa consacrata al Signore.
31 If anyone wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he will add one-fifth to its value.	31 Se uno vuole riscattare una parte della sua decima, vi aggiungerà un quinto.
32 "In al tithes on herds or flocks, the tenth animal of al that pass under the herdsman's staff wil beconsecrated to Yahweh;	32 Ogni decima del bestiame grosso o minuto, ossia il decimo capo di quanto passa sotto la verga del pastore, sarà consacrata al Signore.
33 there wil be no examining whether it is good or bad, and no substitution. If substitution takes place,the animal and its substitute wil both become holy without possibility of redemption." '	33 Non si farà cernita fra animale migliore e peggiore, né si faranno sostituzioni; qualora però avvenisse una sostituzione, entrambi gli animali diverranno cosa sacra: non si potranno riscattare”».
34 Such were the orders which Yahweh gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.	34 Questi sono i comandi che il Signore diede a Mosè per gli Israeliti sul monte Sinai.
