Leviticus 27

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBLIA
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	1 Habló Yahveh a Moisés, diciendo;
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "If anyone vows the value of a person to Yahweh and wishes todischarge the vow:	2 Habla a los israelitas y diles: Si alguien quiere cumplir ante Yahveh un voto relativo al valor de tasación de una persona,
3 "a man between twenty and sixty years of age wil be valued at fifty silver shekels -- the sanctuaryshekel;	3 si se trata de un varón de veinte a sesenta años, el valor se estimará en cincuenta siclos de plata, en siclos del santuario.
4 a woman wil be valued at thirty shekels;	4 Mas si se trata de una mujer, el valor será de treinta siclos.
5 "between five and twenty years, a boy wil be valued at twenty shekels, a girl at ten shekels;	5 De los cinco a los veinte años el valor será: para varón, veinte siclos; para mujer, diez siclos.
6 "between one month and five years, a boy wil be valued at five silver shekels, a girl at three silvershekels;	6 De un mes hasta la edad de cinco años, el valor será: para niño, cinco siclos de plata; para niña, tres siclos de plata.
7 "at sixty years and over, a man will be valued at fifteen shekels and a woman at ten shekels.	7 De sesenta años en adelante el valor será: para varón, quince siclos; para mujer, diez siclos.
8 "If the person who made the vow cannot meet this valuation, he wil present the person concerned tothe priest, and the priest wil set a value proportionate to the resources of the person who made the vow.	8 Si uno es tan pobre que no puede pagar esta valoración, presentará la persona al sacerdote, el cual estimará su valor; el sacerdote la valuará en proporción a los recursos del oferente.
9 "In the case of an animal suitable for offering to Yahweh, any such animal given to Yahweh wil beholy.	9 Si se trata de un animal que se puede ofrecer a Yahveh como ofrenda, todo lo que se entregue así a Yahveh será cosa sagrada.
10 It cannot be exchanged or replaced, a good one instead of a bad one, or a bad one instead of a goodone. If one animal is substituted for another, both of them wil become holy.	10 No se cambiará ni se sustituirá bueno por malo, ni malo por bueno; y si se sustituye un animal por otro, tanto el permutado como su sustituto serán cosa sagrada.
11 In the case of an unclean animal unsuitable for offering to Yahweh, whatever it may be, it will bepresented to the priest	11 Mas si se trata de un animal impuro, de los que no se pueden ofrecer como ofrenda a Yahveh, se presentará el animal al sacerdote,
12 and he wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. His valuation will be decisive;	12 el cual lo tasará según sea bueno o malo; y se estará a su tasación.
13 but if the person wishes to redeem it, he will add one-fifth to the valuation.	13 Si uno quiere rescatarlo, añadirá un quinto más a su valuación.
14 "If a man consecrates his house to Yahweh, the priest wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. Hisvaluation wil be decisive.	14 Si alguno consagra su casa, como cosa sagrada, a Yahveh, el sacerdote la tasará, según sea buena o mala. Conforme a la tasación del sacerdote, así se fijará.
15 If the man who has vowed his house wishes to redeem it, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and itwil revert to him.	15 Si el que consagró la casa desea rescatarla, añadirá la quinta parte al precio de su tasación, y será suya.
16 "If a man consecrates one of the fields of his ancestral property to Yahweh, its value wil becalculated in terms of its yield, at the rate of fifty silver shekels to one homer of barley.	16 Si uno consagra parte del campo de su propiedad a Yahveh, será estimado según su sembradura, a razón de cincuenta siclos de plata por cada carga de cebada de sembradura.
17 "If he consecrates the field during the jubilee year, he wil abide by this valuation.	17 Si él consagró su campo durante el año del jubileo se atenderá a esta tasación.
18 But if he consecrates it after the jubilee, the priest wil calculate the price in terms of the number ofyears stil to run until the next jubilee and the valuation wil be reduced accordingly.	18 Pero si consagra su campo después del jubileo, el sacerdote calculará su precio a razón de los años que quedan hasta el año del jubileo; y lo descontará de la tasación.
19 "If he wishes to redeem the field, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and the field wil revert to him.	19 Si el que consagró el campo desea rescatarlo, añadirá la quinta parte al precio de la tasación, y será suyo.
20 If he does not redeem it but sel s it to someone else, the right of redemption ceases;	20 Pero si nos rescata el campo, y éste se vende o otro, el campo no podrá ser rescatado en adelante.
21 when the purchaser has to vacate it at the jubilee year, it becomes consecrated to Yahweh, like afield vowed unconditional y; ownership of it passes to the priest.	21 Ese campo, cuando quede libre en el jubileo, será consagrada a Yahveh como campo de anatema y será propiedad del sacerdote.
22 "If he consecrates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, but which is not part of his ancestralproperty,	22 Si alguno consagra a Yahveh un campo que compró y que no forma parte de su propiedad,
23 the priest wil calculate the valuation in terms of the number of years stil to run before the jubileeyear; and the man wil pay this sum the same day since it is consecrated to Yahweh.	23 el sacerdote calculará el importe de su valor hasta el año del jubileo; y él pagará ese mismo día la suma de la tasación como cosa sagrada de Yahveh.
24 In the jubilee year the field wil revert to the vendor, the man to whose ancestral property the landbelongs.	24 El año del jubileo volverá el campo al vendedor, al que pertenece como propiedad de la tierra.
25 All your valuations will be made in sanctuary shekels, at the rate of twenty gerah to the shekel.	25 Toda tasación se hará en siclos del santuario; veinte óbolos equivalen a un siclo.
26 "The first-born of livestock is born to Yahweh; no one may consecrate it, whether it be cattle or sheep, for it belongs to Yahweh anyway.	26 Nadie, sin embargo, podrá consagrar los primogénitos de su ganado que ya, por ser tales, pertenecen a Yahveh. Sean del ganado mayor o del menor, pertenecen a Yahveh.
27 But if it is an unclean animal, it may be redeemed at the valuation price with one-fifth added; if theanimal is not redeemed, it wil be sold at the valuation price.	27 Si se trata de un animal impuro, y lo quiere rescatar según la tasación, añadirá la quinta parte al precio; pero si no es rescatado, será vendido, conforme a la tasación.
28 "Nothing, however, that someone vows unconditional y to Yahweh may be redeemed, nothing hepossesses, be it a human being or animal or field of his ancestral property. What is vowed unconditional y isespecial y holy and belongs to Yahweh.	28 Nada de lo que a uno pertenece - hombre, animal o campo de su propiedad - que haya sido consagrado a Yahveh con anatema podrá venderse ni rescatarse. Todo anatema es cosa sacratísima para Yahveh.
29 A human being vowed unconditional y cannot be redeemed but wil be put to death.	29 Ningún ser humano consagrado como anatema podrá ser rescatado; deberá morir.
30 "Al tithes on land, levied on the produce of the soil or on the fruit of trees, belong to Yahweh; they areconsecrated to Yahweh.	30 El diezmo entero de la tierra, tanto de las semillas de la tierra como de los frutos de los árboles, es de Yahveh; es cosa sagrada de Yahveh.
31 If anyone wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he will add one-fifth to its value.	31 Si alguno quiere rescatar parte de su diezmo, añadirá la quinta parte de su valor.
32 "In al tithes on herds or flocks, the tenth animal of al that pass under the herdsman's staff wil beconsecrated to Yahweh;	32 Todo diezmo de ganado mayor o menor, es decir, cada décima cabeza que pasa bajo el cayado, será cosa sagrada de Yahveh.
33 there wil be no examining whether it is good or bad, and no substitution. If substitution takes place,the animal and its substitute wil both become holy without possibility of redemption." '	33 No se escogerá entre animal bueno o malo, ni se le puede sustituir; y si se hace cambio, tanto el animal permutado como su sustituto serán cosas sagradas; no podrán ser rescatados.
34 Such were the orders which Yahweh gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.	34 Estos son los mandamientos que Yahveh encomendó a Moisés para los hijos de Israel en el monte Sinaí.
