Leviticus 27

NEW JERUSALEM	LA SACRA BIBBIA
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	1 Il Signore disse a Mosè:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "If anyone vows the value of a person to Yahweh and wishes todischarge the vow:	2 "Parla ai figli d'Israele e di' loro: Se un uomo vuole sciogliere un voto del valore di una vita davanti il Signore,
3 "a man between twenty and sixty years of age wil be valued at fifty silver shekels -- the sanctuaryshekel;	3 il valore di un maschio sarà: dai trent'anni ai sessant'anni, cinquanta sicli d'argento, calcolato secondo il siclo del santuario;
4 a woman wil be valued at thirty shekels;	4 se si tratta di una donna, il valore sarà di trenta sicli;
5 "between five and twenty years, a boy wil be valued at twenty shekels, a girl at ten shekels;	5 se si tratta di una persona dai cinque ai trent'anni, il valore del maschio sarà di venti sicli e della femmina di dieci sicli;
6 "between one month and five years, a boy wil be valued at five silver shekels, a girl at three silvershekels;	6 se si tratta di un bambino da un mese a cinque anni, il valore del maschio sarà di cinque sicli d'argento e della femmina di tre sicli d'argento;
7 "at sixty years and over, a man will be valued at fifteen shekels and a woman at ten shekels.	7 se si tratta di persona da sessant'anni in su, se è maschio il suo valore sarà di quindici sicli, e per la donna sarà di dieci sicli.
8 "If the person who made the vow cannot meet this valuation, he wil present the person concerned tothe priest, and the priest wil set a value proportionate to the resources of the person who made the vow.	8 Se colui che ha fatto il voto non arriva a pagare il valore stabilito, presenti la persona al sacerdote; il sacerdote la valuta secondo le possibilità di colui che ha fatto il voto. 9 "In the case of an animal suitable for offering to Yahweh, any such animal given to Yahweh wil beholy.	9 Se si tratta di bestiame che si può offrire al Signore, ogni animale offerto al Signore sarà sacro.
10 It cannot be exchanged or replaced, a good one instead of a bad one, or a bad one instead of a goodone. If one animal is substituted for another, both of them wil become holy.	10 Non si potrà cambiarlo o permutarne uno buono con uno cattivo, o uno cattivo con uno buono. 14 "If a man consecrates his house to Yahweh, the priest wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. Hisvaluation wil be decisive.	14 Quando un uomo consacra al Signore la sua casa, il sacerdote la valuti; buona o cattiva che sia la valutazione, si starà alla valutazione del sacerdote.

18 But if he consecrates it after the jubilee, the priest wil calculate the price in terms of the number ofyears stil to run until the next jubilee and the valuation wil be reduced accordingly.	18 ma se consacra il suo campo dopo il giubileo, il sacerdote gli calcoli la somma in base agli anni che restano fino all'anno giubilare, diminuendo la valutazione.
19 "If he wishes to redeem the field, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and the field wil revert to him.	19 Se chi ha consacrato il campo lo vuole riscattare, aggiunga un quinto della somma valutata e il campo vada a lui.
20 If he does not redeem it but sel s it to someone else, the right of redemption ceases;	20 Se non riscatta il suo campo e lo vende a un altro uomo, non potrà riscattarlo più;
21 when the purchaser has to vacate it at the jubilee year, it becomes consecrated to Yahweh, like afield vowed unconditional y; ownership of it passes to the priest.	21 e quando, al giubileo, dovrà essere lasciato dal compratore, il campo sarà sacro al Signore come un campo votato con anatema; sarà possesso del sacerdote.
22 "If he consecrates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, but which is not part of his ancestralproperty,	22 Se consacra al Signore un campo che ha acquistato e non un campo del suo patrimonio,
23 the priest wil calculate the valuation in terms of the number of years stil to run before the jubileeyear; and the man wil pay this sum the same day since it is consecrated to Yahweh.	23 il sacerdote calcoli la somma del valore fino all'anno del giubileo ed egli versi il valore il giorno stesso come cosa sacra al Signore.
24 In the jubilee year the field wil revert to the vendor, the man to whose ancestral property the landbelongs.	24 Nell'anno giubilare il campo ritorni in possesso della persona da cui l'ha comprato, a cui appartiene la terra.
25 All your valuations will be made in sanctuary shekels, at the rate of twenty gerah to the shekel.	25 Ogni valutazione sia fatta in sicli del santuario, ogni siclo venti ghera.
26 "The first-born of livestock is born to Yahweh; no one may consecrate it, whether it be cattle or sheep, for it belongs to Yahweh anyway.	26 Nessuno consacri un primogenito di animali, che, in quanto tale, appartiene già al Signore; sia bestiame grosso che minuto, appartiene al Signore.
27 But if it is an unclean animal, it may be redeemed at the valuation price with one-fifth added; if theanimal is not redeemed, it wil be sold at the valuation price.	27 Nel caso di bestiame impuro, lo si può riscattare al suo valore, aggiungendovi un quinto; e se non è riscattato sarà venduto al prezzo di stima.
28 "Nothing, however, that someone vows unconditional y to Yahweh may be redeemed, nothing hepossesses, be it a human being or animal or field of his ancestral property. What is vowed unconditional y isespecial y holy and belongs to Yahweh.	28 Ogni cosa di cui un uomo ha fatto voto con anatema al Signore fra quanto gli appartiene, persone o animali o campi del suo patrimonio, non sia venduta e non sia riscattata; ogni cosa votata con anatema sia considerata sacra al Signore.
29 A human being vowed unconditional y cannot be redeemed but wil be put to death.	29 Nessuna persona votata con anatema può essere riscattata; sia messa a morte.
30 "Al tithes on land, levied on the produce of the soil or on the fruit of trees, belong to Yahweh; they areconsecrated to Yahweh.	30 Ogni decima della terra, sia dei prodotti del suolo che dei frutti delle piante, appartiene al Signore; è sacra al Signore.
31 If anyone wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he will add one-fifth to its value.	31 Se un uomo riscatta una parte delle sue decime, vi aggiunga un quinto.
32 "In al tithes on herds or flocks, the tenth animal of al that pass under the herdsman's staff wil beconsecrated to Yahweh;	32 Ogni decima del bestiame grosso o minuto, e cioè il decimo capo di quanto passa sotto la verga del pastore, sia considerato sacro al Signore.
33 there wil be no examining whether it is good or bad, and no substitution. If substitution takes place,the animal and its substitute wil both become holy without possibility of redemption." '	33 Non si scelga tra il buono e il cattivo, non si facciano permute; se una permuta sarà stata fatta, l'animale e il suo sostituto saranno ritenuti sacri; non potranno essere riscattati".
34 Such were the orders which Yahweh gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.	34 Queste sono le norme che il Signore comandò a Mosè per i figli d'Israele sul monte Sinai.
