1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	1 E il Signore parlò a Mosè, e disse:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "If anyone vows the value of a person to Yahweh and wishes todischarge the vow:	2 Parla a' figliuoli d'Israele, e di' loro: Un uomo, che avrà fatto un voto, e avrà promessa a Dio l’anima sua, pagherà il prezzo tassato.
3 "a man between twenty and sixty years of age wil be valued at fifty silver shekels -- the sanctuaryshekel;	3 Se è un maschio da' venti anni fino a’ sessanta, darà cinquanta sicli d'argento al peso del Santuario:
4 a woman wil be valued at thirty shekels;	4 Se una donna, trenta.
5 "between five and twenty years, a boy wil be valued at twenty shekels, a girl at ten shekels;	5 Da cinque anni sino ai venti l'uomo darà venti sicli; la donna dieci.
6 "between one month and five years, a boy wil be valued at five silver shekels, a girl at three silvershekels;	6 Da un mese fino a' cinque anni si darà per un ragazzo cinque sicli: per una ragazza tre.
7 "at sixty years and over, a man will be valued at fifteen shekels and a woman at ten shekels.	7 A' sessant'anni e al di là l’uomo darà quindici sicli: la donna dieci.
8 "If the person who made the vow cannot meet this valuation, he wil present the person concerned tothe priest, and the priest wil set a value proportionate to the resources of the person who made the vow.	8 Se è un povero, che non possa pagar la tassa, si presenterà al sacerdote: e darà quello che questi giudicherà, e vedrà, ch'ei possa dare.
9 "In the case of an animal suitable for offering to Yahweh, any such animal given to Yahweh wil beholy.	9 Se uno fa voto d’un animale, che possa essere immolato al Signore, l’animale sarà cosa santa,
10 It cannot be exchanged or replaced, a good one instead of a bad one, or a bad one instead of a goodone. If one animal is substituted for another, both of them wil become holy.	10 E non potrà cambiarsi, vale a dire, non si darà né un migliore per un cattivo, né uno peggiore in vece di un buono: che se si cambierà, sarà consacrato al Signore, e quello, in cui fu fatto il cambio, e quello, in luogo di cui fu fatto.
11 In the case of an unclean animal unsuitable for offering to Yahweh, whatever it may be, it will bepresented to the priest	11 Se uno fa voto d’un animale immondo, che non può immolarsi al Signore, lo conduca dinanzi al sacerdote,
12 and he wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. His valuation will be decisive;	12 Il quale giudicherà, se l’animale è buono, o cattivo, e fisserà il prezzo.
13 but if the person wishes to redeem it, he will add one-fifth to the valuation.	13 E se l’offerente vorrà pagarlo, aggiungerà un quinto sopra la stima.
14 "If a man consecrates his house to Yahweh, the priest wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. Hisvaluation wil be decisive.	14 Se uno fa voto della sua casa, e al Signore la consacra, il sacerdote la esaminerà, s’ella è buona, o cattiva, e venderassi al prezzo ch'egli avrà fissato.
15 If the man who has vowed his house wishes to redeem it, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and itwil revert to him.	15 Che se colui, che fece il voto, vorrà redimerla, darà il quinto sopra la stima, e avrà la casa.
16 "If a man consecrates one of the fields of his ancestral property to Yahweh, its value wil becalculated in terms of its yield, at the rate of fifty silver shekels to one homer of barley.	16 Che se fa voto e consacra al Signore un podere di suo dominio, il prezzo sarà fissato a ragione della sementa; se il podere porta di seme trenta moggia d'orzo, si venderà per cinquanta sicli d'argento.
17 "If he consecrates the field during the jubilee year, he wil abide by this valuation.	17 Se fa voto d'un podere subito al principio dell'anno del giubileo, sarà stimato, quanto ei può valere:
18 But if he consecrates it after the jubilee, the priest wil calculate the price in terms of the number ofyears stil to run until the next jubilee and the valuation wil be reduced accordingly.	18 Se fa il voto qualche tempo dopo, il sacerdote calcolerà il prezzo a proporzione del numero degli anni, che restano fino al giubileo, e si farà detrazione dal prezzo.
19 "If he wishes to redeem the field, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and the field wil revert to him.	19 Che se colui, che fece il voto, vorrà riscattare il podere, aggiungerà un quinto al prezzo di stima, e se lo terrà.
20 If he does not redeem it but sel s it to someone else, the right of redemption ceases;	20 Se poi non vorrà riscattarlo, e sarà venduto ad un altro, colui che ne fece voto, non potrà più riscattarlo.
21 when the purchaser has to vacate it at the jubilee year, it becomes consecrated to Yahweh, like afield vowed unconditional y; ownership of it passes to the priest.	21 Perocché venuto il dì del giubileo, (il podere) sarà consacrato al Signore, e il fondo consacrato egli è di ragione de’ sacerdoti.
22 "If he consecrates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, but which is not part of his ancestralproperty,	22 Se il podere consacrato al Signore fu comprato, e non è dell'eredità de' maggiori,
23 the priest wil calculate the valuation in terms of the number of years stil to run before the jubileeyear; and the man wil pay this sum the same day since it is consecrated to Yahweh.	23 Il sacerdote fisserà il prezzo secondo il numero degli anni fino al giubileo, e colui, che fece il voto, darà questo prezzo al Signore:
24 In the jubilee year the field wil revert to the vendor, the man to whose ancestral property the landbelongs.	24 Ma al giubileo (il podere) ritornerà al primo padrone, che l’aveva venduto, e l’aveva avuto nel catasto de' suoi beni.
25 All your valuations will be made in sanctuary shekels, at the rate of twenty gerah to the shekel.	25 Tutte le stime si faranno al peso del siclo del Santuario. Il siclo vale venti oboli.
26 "The first-born of livestock is born to Yahweh; no one may consecrate it, whether it be cattle or sheep, for it belongs to Yahweh anyway.	26 I primogeniti, che spettano al Signore, nissun potrà consacrargli e farne voto; sia un bue, sia un agnello, ei sono del Signore.
27 But if it is an unclean animal, it may be redeemed at the valuation price with one-fifth added; if theanimal is not redeemed, it wil be sold at the valuation price.	27 Se l’animale è immondo, colui, che lo avea offerto, lo riscatterà secondo la stima fatta da te, e aggiungerà un quinto del prezzo; se nol vorrà riscattare, sarà venduto ad un altro pel prezzo da te fissato.
28 "Nothing, however, that someone vows unconditional y to Yahweh may be redeemed, nothing hepossesses, be it a human being or animal or field of his ancestral property. What is vowed unconditional y isespecial y holy and belongs to Yahweh.	28 Tutto quello che è consacrato al Signore, sia un uomo, o un animale, o un podere, non si venderà, né si potrà riscattare. Qualunque siasi cosa dedicata una volta al Signore sarà sacrosanta.
29 A human being vowed unconditional y cannot be redeemed but wil be put to death.	29 E tutto quello, che da un uomo è offerto, e consacrato al Signore, non si riscatterà, ma sarà messo a morte.
30 "Al tithes on land, levied on the produce of the soil or on the fruit of trees, belong to Yahweh; they areconsecrated to Yahweh.	30 Tutte le decime della terra sia di grasce, sia di frutti delle piante, sono del Signore e a lui consacrate.
31 If anyone wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he will add one-fifth to its value.	31 Che se uno vorrà riscattar le sue decime, v’aggiungerà il quinto.
32 "In al tithes on herds or flocks, the tenth animal of al that pass under the herdsman's staff wil beconsecrated to Yahweh;	32 D’ogni dieci buoi, pecore e capre, che passano sotto la verga del pastore, il decimo capo sarà santificato al Signore.
33 there wil be no examining whether it is good or bad, and no substitution. If substitution takes place,the animal and its substitute wil both become holy without possibility of redemption." '	33 Non si baderà se sia buono, o cattivo, né si cangerà con un altro: se uno cambierà, sarà santificato al Signore, e quello che è stato messo in cambio, e quello, in luogo di cui quello è stato messo, e non si darà riscatto.
34 Such were the orders which Yahweh gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.	34 Questi sono i comandamenti intimati dal Signore a Mosè per esporgli a' figliuoli d'Israele presso il monte Sinai.
