1 Yahweh then spoke to Moses and said,	1 Yahveh habló así a Moisés:
2 'On the first day of the first month, you wil erect the Dwel ing, the Tent of Meeting,	2 «El día primero del primer mes alzarás la Morada de la Tienda del Encuentro.
3 and place the ark of the Testimony in it and screen the ark with the curtain.	3 Allí pondrás el arca del Testimonio y cubrirás el arca con el velo.
4 You will then bring in the table and arrange what has to be arranged on it. You wil then bring in thelamp-stand and set up its lamps.	4 Llevarás la mesa y colocarás lo que hay que ordenar sobre ella; llevarás también el candelabro y pondrás encima las lámparas.
5 You will place the golden altar of incense in front of the ark of the Testimony, and place the screen atthe entrance to the Dwel ing.	5 Colocarás el altar de oro para el incienso delante del arca del Testimonio y colgarás la cortina a la entrada de la Morada.
6 You will place the altar of burnt offerings in front of the entrance to the Dwel ing, the Tent of Meeting,	6 Colocarás el altar de los holocaustos ante la entrada de la Morada de la Tienda del Encuentro.
7 and you wil place the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and fil it with water.	7 Pondrás la pila entre la Tienda del Encuentro y el altar, y echarás agua en ella.
8 You will then set up the surrounding court and hang the screen at the gateway of the court.	8 En derredor levantarás el atrio y tenderás el tapiz a la entrada del atrio.
9 Then, taking the anointing oil, you will anoint the Dwelling and everything inside, consecrating it and alits accessories; it wil then be holy.	9 Entonces tomarás el óleo de la unción y ungirás la Morada y todo lo que contiene. La consagrarás con todo su mobiliario y será cosa sagrada.
10 You wil then anoint the altar of burnt offerings and all its accessories, consecrating the altar; the altarwil then be especial y holy.	10 Ungirás además el altar de los holocaustos con todos sus utensilios. Consagrarás el altar, y el altar será cosa sacratísima.
11 You wil then anoint the basin and its stand, and consecrate it.	11 Asimismo ungirás la pila y su base, y la consagrarás.
12 You wil then bring Aaron and his sons to the entrance of the Tent of Meeting, bathe them thoroughly	12 Después mandarás que Aarón y sus hijos se acerquen a la entrada de la Tienda del Encuentro y los lavarás con agua.
13 and then dress Aaron in the sacred vestments, and anoint and consecrate him, to serve me in thepriesthood.	13 Vestirás a Aarón con las vestiduras sagradas, le ungirás, y le consagrarás para que ejerza mi sacerdocio.
14 You wil then bring his sons, dress them in tunics	14 Mandarás también que se acerquen sus hijos; los vestirás con túnicas,
15 and anoint them as you anointed their father, to serve me in the priesthood. Their anointing willconfer an everlasting priesthood on them for al their generations to come.'	15 los ungirás, como ungiste a su padre, para que ejerzan mi sacerdocio. Así se hará para que su unción les confiera un sacerdocio sempiterno de generación en generación.»
16 Moses did this; he did exactly as Yahweh had ordered him.	16 Moisés hizo todo conforme a lo que Yahveh le había mandado. Así lo hizo.
17 On the first day of the first month in the second year the Dwel ing was erected.	17 En el primer mes del año segundo, el día primero del mes, fue alzada la Morada.
18 Moses erected the Dwel ing. He fixed its sockets, set up its frames, put its crossbars in position andset up its poles.	18 Moisés alzó la Morada, asentó las basas, colocó sus tableros, metió sus travesaños y erigió sus postes.
19 He spread the tent over the Dwel ing and the covering for the tent over that, as Yahweh had orderedMoses.	19 Después desplegó la Tienda por encima de la Morada y puso además por encima el toldo de la Tienda, como Yahveh había mandado a Moisés.
20 He took the Testimony and put it in the ark, positioned the shafts on the ark and put the mercy-seaton top of the ark.	20 Luego tomó el Testimonio y lo puso en el arca; puso al arca los varales y sobre ella colocó el propiciatorio en la parte superior.
21 He brought the ark into the Dwel ing and put the screening curtain in place, screening the ark of theTestimony, as Yahweh had ordered Moses.	21 Llevó entonces el arca a la Morada, colgó el velo de protección y cubrió así el arca del Testimonio, como Yahveh había mandado a Moisés.
22 He put the table inside the Tent of Meeting, against the side of the Dwel ing, on the north, outside thecurtain,	22 Colocó también la mesa en la Tienda del Encuentro, al lado septentrional de la Morada, fuera del velo.
23 and on it arranged the loaves before Yahweh, as Yahweh had ordered Moses.	23 Dispuso sobre ella las filas de los panes de la Presencia delante de Yahveh, como Yahveh había ordenado a Moisés.
24 He put the lamp-stand inside the Tent of Meeting, opposite the table, on the south side of theDwelling,	24 Luego instaló el candelabro en la Tienda del Encuentro, frente a la mesa, en el lado meridional de la Morada,
25 and set up the lamps before Yahweh, as Yahweh had ordered Moses.	25 y colocó encima las lámparas delante de Yahveh, como Yahveh había mandado a Moisés.
26 He put the golden altar inside the Tent of Meeting, in front of the curtain,	26 Asimismo puso el altar de oro en la Tienda del Encuentro, delante del velo;
27 and on it burnt fragrant incense, as Yahweh had ordered Moses.	27 y quemó sobre él incienso aromático como Yahveh había mandado a Moisés.
28 He then put the screen at the entrance to the Dwel ing.	28 A la entrada de la Morada colocó la cortina,
29 He put the altar of burnt offerings at the entrance to the Dwel ing, to the Tent of Meeting, and on itoffered the burnt offering and cereal offering, as Yahweh had ordered Moses.	29 y en la misma entrada de la Morada de la Tienda del Encuentro colocó también el altar de los holocaustos, sobre el cual ofreció el holocausto y la oblación, como Yahveh había mandado a Moisés.
30 He put the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar and put water in it for the ablutions,	30 Situó la pila entre la Tienda del Encuentro y el altar, y echó en ella agua para las abluciones;
31 where Moses, Aaron and his sons washed their hands and feet,	31 Moisés, Aarón y sus hijos se lavaron en ella las manos y los pies.
32 whenever they entered the Tent of Meeting or approached the altar they washed, as Yahweh hadordered Moses.	32 Siempre que entraban en la Tienda del Encuentro y siempre que se acercaban al altar, se lavaban, como Yahveh había mandado a Moisés.
33 He then set up the court round the Dwel ing and the altar and set up the screen at the gate-way tothe court. Thus Moses completed the work.	33 Por fin alzó el atrio que rodeaba la Morada y el altar, y colgó el tapiz a la entrada del atrio. Así acabó Moisés los trabajos.
34 The cloud then covered the Tent of Meeting and the glory of Yahweh fil ed the Dwel ing.	34 La Nube cubrió entonces la Tienda del Encuentro y la gloria de Yahveh llenó la Morada.
35 Moses could not enter the Tent of Meeting, since the cloud stayed over it and the glory of Yahwehfilled the Dwelling.	35 Moisés no podía entrar en la Tienda del Encuentro, pues la Nube moraba sobre ella y la gloria de Yahveh llenaba la Morada.
36 At every stage of their journey, whenever the cloud rose from the Dwel ing, the Israelites wouldresume their march.	36 En todas las marchas, cuando la Nube se elevaba de encima de la Morada, los israelitas levantaban el campamento.
37 If the cloud did not rise, they would not resume their march until the day it did rise.	37 Pero si la Nube no se elevaba, ellos no levantaban el campamento, en espera del día en que se elevara.
38 For Yahweh's cloud stayed over the Dwel ing during the daytime and there was fire inside the cloudat night, for the whole House of Israel to see, at every stage of their journey.	38 Porque durante el día la Nube de Yahveh estaba sobre la Morada y durante la noche había fuego a la vista de toda la casa de Israel. Así sucedía en todas sus marchas.
