1 The word of the LORD which came to Micah of Moresheth in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah: that is, the vision he received concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.	1 Palabra de Yahveh que fue dirigida a Miqueas de Moréset, en tiempo de Jotam, Ajaz y Ezequías, reyes de Judá. Sus visiones sobre Samaria y Jerusalén.
2 Hear, O peoples, all of you, give heed, O earth, and all that fills you! Let the Lord GOD be witness against you, the Lord from his holy temple!	2 ¡Escuchad, pueblos todos, atiende tierra y cuanto encierras! ¡Sea testigo Yahveh contra vosotros, el Señor desde su santo Templo!
3 For see, the LORD comes forth from his place, he descends and treads upon the heights of the earth.	3 Pues he aquí que Yahveh sale de su lugar, baja y huella las alturas de la tierra.
4 The mountains melt under him and the valleys split open, Like wax before the fire, like water poured down a slope.	4 Debajo de él los montes se derriten, y los valles se hienden, como la cera al fuego, como aguas que se precipitan por una pendiente.
5 For the crime of Jacob all this comes to pass, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the crime of Jacob? Is it not Samaria? And what is the sin of the house of Judah? Is it not Jerusalem?	5 Todo esto por el delito de Jacob, por los pecados de la casa de Israel. ¿Cuál es el delito de Jacob? ¿No es Samaria? ¿Cuál es el pecado de la casa de Judá? ¿No es Jerusalén?
6 I will make Samaria a stone heap in the field, a place to plant for vineyards; I will throw down into the valley her stones, and lay bare her foundations.	6 «Voy a hacer de Samaria una ruina de campo, un plantío de viñas. Haré rodar sus piedras por el valle, pondré al desnudo sus cimientos.
7 All her idols shall be broken to pieces, all her wages shall be burned in the fire, and all her statues I will destroy. As the wages of a harlot they were gathered, and to the wages of a harlot shall they return.	7 Todos sus ídolos serán machacados, todos sus dones quemados al fuego, todas sus imágenes las dejaré en desolación, porque han sido amontonadas con don de prostituta y a don de prostituta tornarán».
8 For this reason I lament and wail, I go barefoot and naked; I utter lamentation like the jackals, and mourning like the ostriches.	8 Por eso me lamentaré y gemiré, andaré descalzo y desnudo, lanzaré aullidos como los chacales, y lamentos como las avestruces;
9 There is no remedy for the blow she has been struck; rather, it has come even to Judah, It reaches to the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.	9 porque su herida es incurable, hasta Judá ha llegado, ha tocado hasta la puerta de mi pueblo, hasta Jerusalén.
10 Publish it not in Gath, weep not at all; In Beth-leaphrah roll in the dust.	10 ¡No lo contéis en Gat en... no derraméis llanto! ¡En Bet Leafrá revolveos en el polvo!
11 Pass by, you who dwell in Shaphir! The inhabitants of Zaanan come not forth from their city. The lamentation of Beth-ezel finds in you its grounds.	11 ¡Toca el cuerno, habitante de Safir! ¡De su ciudad no sale la que habita en Saanán! ¡Bet Haesel desde sus cimientos ha sido arrancada, desde la base de su emplazamiento!
12 How can the inhabitants of Maroth hope for good? For evil has come down from the LORD to the gate of Jerusalem.	12 ¿Cómo podrá esperar el bien la que habita en Marot? Porque ha llegado el mal de parte de Yahveh a la puerta de Jerusalén.
13 Harness steeds to the chariots, O inhabitants of Lachish; Lachish, the beginning of sin for daughter Zion, Because there were in you the crimes of Israel.	13 ¡Unce al carro los corceles, habitante de Lakís! (Tal fue el comienzo del pecado para la hija de Sión, porque en ti se encontraban los delitos de Israel.)
14 Therefore you shall give parting gifts to Moresheth-gath; Beth-achzib is a deception to the kings of Israel.	14 Por eso tendrás que devolver la dote a Moréset Gat. Bet Akzib será una mentira para los reyes de Israel.
15 Yet must I bring to you the conqueror, O inhabitants of Mareshah; Even to Adullam shall go the glory of Israel.	15 ¡Aún te traeré al conquistador, habitante de Maresá! Hasta Adullam se irá la gloria de Israel!
16 Make yourself bald, pluck out your hair, for the children whom you cherish; Let your baldness be as the eagle's, because they are exiled from you.	16 ¡Arranca tus cabellos, mésate, por los hijos de tus delicias, ensancha tu calva como la del buitre, porque lejos de ti van deportados!
