1 And the second lot came forth to Simeon, even for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families: and their inheritance was within the inheritance of the children of Judah.	1 Et egressa est sors secunda filiorum Simeon per cognationes suas : fuitque hæreditas
2 And they had in their inheritance Beer-sheba, or Sheba, and Moladah,	2 eorum in medio possessionis filiorum Juda : Bersabee et Sabee et Molada
3 And Hazar-shual, and Balah, and Azem,	3 et Hasersual, Bala et Asem
4 And Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,	4 et Eltholad, Bethul et Harma
5 And Ziklag, and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,	5 et Siceleg et Bethmarchaboth et Hasersusa
6 And Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen; thirteen cities and their villages:	6 et Bethlebaoth et Sarohen : civitates tredecim, et villæ earum.
7 Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan; four cities and their villages:	7 Ain et Remmon et Athar et Asan : civitates quatuor, et villæ earum :
8 And all the villages that were round about these cities to Baalath-beer, Ramath of the south. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.	8 omnes viculi per circuitum urbium istarum usque ad Baalath Beer Ramath contra australem plagam. Hæc est hæreditas filiorum Simeon juxta cognationes suas,
9 Out of the portion of the children of Judah was the inheritance of the children of Simeon: for the part of the children of Judah was too much for them: therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance within the inheritance of them.	9 in possessione et funiculo filiorum Juda : quia major erat, et idcirco filii Simeon possederunt in medio hæreditatis eorum.
10 And the third lot came up for the children of Zebulun according to their families: and the border of their inheritance was unto Sarid:	10 Ceciditque sors tertia filiorum Zabulon per cognationes suas : factus est terminus possessionis eorum usque Sarid.
11 And their border went up toward the sea, and Maralah, and reached to Dabbasheth, and reached to the river that is before Jokneam;	11 Ascenditque de mari et Merala, et pervenit in Debbaseth, usque ad torrentem qui est contra Jeconam.
12 And turned from Sarid eastward toward the sunrising unto the border of Chisloth-tabor, and then goeth out to daberath, and goeth up to Japhia,	12 Et revertitur de Sared contra orientem in fines Ceseleththabor : et egreditur ad Dabereth, ascenditque contra Japhie.
13 And from thence passeth on along on the east to Gittah-hepher, to Ittah-kazin, and goeth out to Remmon-methoar to Neah;	13 Et inde pertransit usque ad orientalem plagam Gethepher et Thacasin : et egreditur in Remmon, Amthar et Noa.
14 And the border compasseth it on the north side to Hannathon: and the outgoings thereof are in the valley of Jiphthah-el:	14 Et circuit ad aquilonem Hanathon : suntque egressus ejus vallis Jephthaël,
15 And Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Bethlehem: twelve cities with their villages.	15 et Cateth et Naalol et Semeron et Jerala et Bethlehem : civitates duodecim, et villæ earum.
16 This is the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.	16 Hæc est hæreditas tribus filiorum Zabulon per cognationes suas, urbes et viculi earum.
17 And the fourth lot came out to Issachar, for the children of Issachar according to their families.	17 Issachar egressa est sors quarta per cognationes suas :
18 And their border was toward Jezreel, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,	18 fuitque ejus hæreditas Jezraël et Casaloth et Sunem
19 And Hapharaim, and Shion, and Anaharath,	19 et Hapharaim et Seon, et Anaharath
20 And Rabbith, and Kishion, and Abez,	20 et Rabboth et Cesion, Abes,
21 And Remeth, and En-gannim, and En-haddah, and Beth-pazzez;	21 et Rameth, et Engannim, et Enhadda et Bethpheses.
22 And the coast reacheth to Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Beth-shemesh; and the outgoings of their border were at Jordan: sixteen cities with their villages.	22 Et pervenit terminus ejus usque Thabor et Sehesima et Bethsames, eruntque exitus ejus Jordanis : civitates sedecim, et villæ earum.
23 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families, the cities and their villages.	23 Hæc est possessio filiorum Issachar per cognationes suas, urbes et viculi earum.
24 And the fifth lot came out for the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families.	24 Ceciditque sors quinta tribui filiorum Aser per cognationes suas :
25 And their border was Helkath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,	25 fuitque terminus eorum Halcath et Chali et Beten et Axaph
26 And Alammelech, and Amad, and Misheal; and reacheth to Carmel westward, and to Shihor-libnath;	26 et Elmelech et Amaad et Messal : et pervenit usque ad Carmelum maris et Sihor et Labanath,
27 And turneth toward the sunrising to Beth-dagon, and reacheth to Zebulun, and to the valley of Jiphthah-el toward the north side of Beth-emek, and Neiel, and goeth out to Cabul on the left hand,	27 ac revertitur contra orientem Bethdagon : et pertransit usque Zabulon et vallem Jephthaël contra aquilonem in Bethemec et Nehiel. Egrediturque ad lævam Cabul,
28 And Hebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, even unto great Zidon;	28 et Abran et Rohob et Hamon et Cana, usque ad Sidonem magnam.
29 And then the coast turneth to Ramah, and to the strong city Tyre; and the coast turneth to Hosah; and the outgoings thereof are at the sea from the coast to Achzib:	29 Revertiturque in Horma usque ad civitatem munitissimam Tyrum, et usque Hosa : eruntque exitus ejus in mare de funiculo Achziba :
30 Ummah also, and Aphek, and Rehob: twenty and two cities with their villages.	30 et Amma et Aphec et Rohob : civitates viginti duæ, et villæ earum.
31 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families, these cities with their villages.	31 Hæc est possessio filiorum Aser per cognationes suas, urbesque et viculi earum.
32 The sixth lot came out to the children of Naphtali, even for the children of Naphtali according to their families.	32 Filiorum Nephthali sexta sors cecidit per familias suas :
33 And their coast was from Heleph, from Allon to Zaanannim, and Adami, Nekeb, and Jabneel, unto Lakum; and the outgoings thereof were at Jordan:	33 et cœpit terminus de Heleph et Elon in Saananim, et Adami, quæ est Neceb, et Jebnaël usque Lecum : et egressus eorum usque ad Jordanem :
34 And then the coast turneth westward to Aznoth-tabor, and goeth out from thence to Hukkok, and reacheth to Zebulun on the south side, and reacheth to Asher on the west side, and to Judah upon Jordan toward the sunrising.	34 revertiturque terminus contra occidentem in Azanotthabor, atque inde egreditur in Hucuca, et pertransit in Zabulon contra meridiem, et in Aser contra occidentem, et in Juda ad Jordanem contra ortum solis :
35 And the fenced cities are Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Chinnereth,	35 civitates munitissimæ, Assedim, Ser, et Emath, et Reccath et Cenereth,
36 And Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,	36 et Edema et Arama, Asor
37 And Kedesh, and Edrei, and En-hazor,	37 et Cedes et Edrai, Enhasor,
38 And Iron, and Migdal-el, Horem, and Beth-anath, and Beth-shemesh; nineteen cities with their villages.	38 et Jeron et Magdalel, Horem et Bethanath et Bethsames : civitates decem et novem, et villæ earum.
39 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Naphtali according to their families, the cities and their villages.	39 Hæc est possessio tribus filiorum Nephthali per cognationes suas, urbes et viculi earum.
40 And the seventh lot came out for the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families.	40 Tribui filiorum Dan per familias suas egressa est sors septima :
41 And the coast of their inheritance was Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-shemesh,	41 et fuit terminus possessionis ejus Sara et Esthaol, et Hirsemes, id est, civitas solis.
42 And Shaalabbin, and Ajalon, and Jethlah,	42 Selebin et Ajalon et Jethela,
43 And Elon, and Thimnathah, and Ekron,	43 Elon et Themna et Acron,
44 And Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Baalath,	44 Elthece, Gebbethon et Balaath,
45 And Jehud, and Bene-berak, and Gath-rimmon,	45 et Jud et Bane et Barach et Gethremmon :
46 And Me-jarkon, and Rakkon, with the border before Japho.	46 et Mejarcon et Arecon, cum termino qui respicit Joppen,
47 And the coast of the children of Dan went out too little for them: therefore the children of Dan went up to fight against Leshem, and took it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and possessed it, and dwelt therein, and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father.	47 et ipso fine concluditur. Ascenderuntque filii Dan, et pugnaverunt contra Lesem, ceperuntque eam : et percusserunt eam in ore gladii, et possederunt, et habitaverunt in ea, vocantes nomen ejus Lesem Dan, ex nomine Dan patris sui.
48 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families, these cities with their villages.	48 Hæc est possessio tribus filiorum Dan, per cognationes suas, urbes et viculi earum.
49 When they had made an end of dividing the land for inheritance by their coasts, the children of Israel gave an inheritance to Joshua the son of Nun among them:	49 Cumque complesset sorte dividere terram singulis per tribus suas, dederunt filii Israël possessionem Josue filio Nun in medio sui,
50 According to the word of the LORD they gave him the city which he asked, even Timnath-serah in mount Ephraim: and he built the city, and dwelt therein.	50 juxta præceptum Domini, urbem quam postulavit Thamnath Saraa in monte Ephraim : et ædificavit civitatem, habitavitque in ea.
51 These are the inheritances which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, divided for an inheritance by lot in Shiloh before the LORD, at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. So they made an end of dividing the country.	51 Hæ sunt possessiones, quas sorte diviserunt Eleazar sacerdos, et Josue filius Nun, et principes familiarum ac tribuum filiorum Israël in Silo, coram Domino ad ostium tabernaculi testimonii : partitique sunt terram.
