1 When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.	1 Cantico di Maalot. QUANDO il Signore ritrasse Sion di cattività, Egli ci pareva di sognare.
2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them.	2 Allora fu ripiena la nostra bocca di riso, E la nostra lingua di giubilo; Allora fu detto fra le nazioni: Il Signore ha fatte cose grandi inverso costoro.

4 Turn again our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south.	4 Signore, ritiraci di cattività; Il che sarà come correnti rivi in terra meridionale.
5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.	5 Quelli che seminano con lagrime, Mieteranno con canti.
