³ Why dost thou glory in malice, thou that art mighty in iniquity?	³ ¿Por qué te glorías del mal, héroe de infamia? Todo el día
⁴ All the day long thy tongue hath devised injustice: as a sharp razor, thou hast wrought deceit.	⁴ pensando estás en crímenes, tu lengua es una afilada navaja, oh artífice de engaño.
⁵ Thou hast loved malice more than goodness: and iniquity rather than to speak righteousness.	⁵ El mal al bien prefieres, la mentira a la justicia; Pausa.
⁶ Thou hast loved all the words of ruin, O deceitful tongue.	⁶ amas toda palabra de perdición, oh lengua engañadora.
⁷ Therefore will God destroy thee for ever: he will pluck thee out, and remove thee from thy dwelling place: and thy root out of the land of the living.	⁷ Por eso Dios te aplastará, te destruirá por siempre, te arrancará de tu tienda, te extirpará de la tierra de los vivos. Pausa.
⁸ The just shall see and fear, and shall laugh at him, and say:	⁸ Los justos lo verán y temerán, se reirán de él:
⁹ Behold the man that made not God his helper: But trusted in the abundance of his riches: and prevailed in his vanity.	⁹ «¡Ese es el hombre que no puso en Dios su refugio, mas en su gran riqueza confiaba, se jactaba de su crimen!»
¹⁰ But I, as a fruitful olive tree in the house of God, have hoped in the mercy of God for ever, yea for ever and ever.	¹⁰ Mas yo, como un olivo verde en la Casa de Dios, en el amor de Dios confío para siempre jamás.
¹¹ I will praise thee for ever, because thou hast done it: and I will wait on thy name, for it is good in the sight of thy saints.	¹¹ Te alabaré eternamente por lo que has hecho; esperaré en tu nombre, porque es bueno con los que te aman
