1 Recomendo-vos a nossa irmã Febe, que é diaconisa da igreja de Cêncris,	1 Now I commend to you our sister Phoebe, who is in the ministry of the church, which is at Cenchreae,
2 para que a recebais no Senhor, dum modo digno dos santos, e a ajudeis em qualquer coisa que de vós venha a precisar; porque ela tem ajudado a muitos e também a mim.	2 so that you may receive her in the Lord with the worthiness of the saints, and so that you may be of assistance to her in whatever task she will have need of you. For she herself has also assisted many, and myself also.
3 Saudai Prisca e Áquila, meus cooperadores em Cristo Jesus;	3 Greet Prisca and Aquila, my helpers in Christ Jesus,
4 pela minha vida eles expuseram as suas cabeças. E isso lhes agradeço, não só eu, mas também todas as igrejas dos gentios.	4 who have risked their own necks on behalf of my life, for whom I give thanks, not I alone, but also all the churches of the Gentiles;

10 Saudai Apeles, provado em Cristo. Saudai aqueles que são da casa de Aristóbulo.	10 Greet Apelles, who has been tested in Christ.

17 Rogo-vos, irmãos, que desconfieis daqueles que causam divisões e escândalos, apartando-se da doutrina que recebestes. Evitai-os!	17 But I beg you, brothers, to take note of those who cause dissensions and offenses contrary to the doctrine that you have learned, and to turn away from them.
18 Esses tais não servem a Cristo nosso Senhor, mas ao próprio ventre. E com palavras adocicadas e linguagem lisonjeira enganam os corações simples.	18 For ones such as these do not serve Christ our Lord, but their inner selves, and, through pleasing words and skillful speaking, they seduce the hearts of the innocent.
19 A vossa obediência se tornou notória em toda parte, razão por que eu me alegro a vosso respeito. Mas quero que sejais prudentes no tocante ao bem, e simples no tocante ao mal.	19 But your obedience has been made known in every place. And so, I rejoice in you. But I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple in what is evil.
20 O Deus da paz em breve não tardará a esmagar Satanás debaixo dos vossos pés. A graça de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo esteja convosco!	20 And may the God of peace quickly crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
21 Saúdam-vos Timóteo, meu cooperador, Lúcio, Jasão e Sosípatro, meus parentes.	21 Timothy, my fellow laborer, greets you, and Lucius and Jason and Sosipater, my kinsmen.
22 Eu, Tércio, que escrevi esta carta, vos saúdo no Senhor.	22 I, Tertius, who wrote this epistle, greet you in the Lord.

25 Àquele que é poderoso para vos confirmar, segundo o meu Evangelho, na pregação de Jesus Cristo - conforme a revelação do mistério, guardado em segredo durante séculos,	25 But to him who is able to confirm you according to my Gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, in accord with the revelation of the mystery which has been hidden from time immemorial,
26 mas agora manifestado por ordem do eterno Deus e, por meio das Escrituras proféticas, dado a conhecer a todas as nações, a fim de levá-las à obediência da fé - ,	26 (which now has been made clear through the Scriptures of the Prophets, in accord with the precept of the eternal God, unto the obedience of faith) which has been made known among all the Gentiles:
27 a Deus, único, sábio, por Jesus Cristo, glória por toda a eternidade! Amém.	27 to God, who alone is wise, through Jesus Christ, to him be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
